Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed in the Valentin Reina across from Cupidor. All guests here at our lovely hotel were disturbed by noise coming from Cupidor. The male staff was hitting and pushing a female member of staff violently while we all shouted for help for the female from across the road. The police came as the staff in our hotel were asked by our fellow guests to get help. It was very shocking to see and the only trouble we witnessed in all our travel in Mallorca. Shame on you Cupidor for this awful treatment of a woman. Never ever will I go there after witnessing this make staff behaviour. Not acceptable EVER

Great family business. I really like smaller places in top locations where You are Someone- Guest! Big commercial hotels are like many making fabrics where food is so bad and You are no one! Here Food was like from Michelin star restaurant with friendly chats and peaceful atmosphere. Amazing! Room is super clean and has everything what You will need in long or short stay. I was there 6 nights and i could do way more in the same spot because there is everything next to You; beach is just next to, so many shops: different cousins (if You will have enough of hotel restaurant - but I don’t believe that!), bus stop is 5 min walk. Staff - impressed in terms of how many languages they speak! And how friendly they are:) All together from me 10/10! Highly recommend I’ll be back for sure.

For many years, our favorite holiday destination has been Cupidor. We have been coming here for many years because the family that owns the hotel goes out of their way to make your holiday truly unforgettable. The kitchen, which is presented in the hotel is beyond praise, exactly the same as the location. Very close to the sea and ennobled with excellent green area. In turn, we can advise everyone who comes to Mallorca exactly Cupidor, because of all the places in Mallorca, it is this place that has sunk into our souls with its charm and wonderful conditions.

Stayed for a week in Peguera with my husband and went to several different restaurants for either lunch or dinner and the Cupidor was definitely the best in every way. So much so we dined there 3 times in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff, good selection from the a la carte menu + the specials on the blackboard. The food was delicious, well presented and priced just right.

On arrival instantly made welcome and given complimentary glass of cava, hotel ideally situated 100 yards from main beach , ate at hotel restaurant first night and great reasonably priced food. Breakfast better than most , large range of cold meats, cheeses breads yogurts etc but also bacon and eggs cooked to order.Rooms spotless a bit tired but cleaned everyday with fresh towels. As s case with tv only 2 uk news channels but a lot of german channels as Paguera is predominately a german resort. Overall cant praise the friendly owners and family , including two dogs who friendly unless you on a bike :)

Slightly off avenida Peguera, do not let this option pass you by. My partner and I dined here 5 times in our 4 week stay. Restaurant is consistently busy especially with patrons of the hotel and people walking by who join in. Food is fresh and traditional with a modern twist. Staff is very accommodating, attentive and kind. Stuffed porkloin dish was delish. Tapas are excellent!! Pardon peppers, baby squid (excellent), meatballs, croquettes... singular or order the chef special, 5 for 10€. Best deal around. Family owned/operated.. give it a try!

Had a small problem with safe deposit box on arrival and was immediately given upgrade to another room. The restaurant menu was the best we found for choice. Good size bathroom and nice quiet balcony to relax on.Found the resort itself was very Germanic in feel but the hotel was very comfortable..

Overall the hotel is good, although the bathroom is a little small, and the shower head didn't work correctly. The room we got was a twin room. It was very clean, and the hotel in general is very quiet which was good. We stayed in Paguera for a family wedding for four nights, but didn't really spend much time in the hotel. All the bars/restaurants are less than a minute walk from the hotel, so the location is excellent. The price is probably a little to expensive compared to other hotels in the area. We paid €110 per night. I think the price should be under €100 for a room. There is no pool here but this didn't bother me as we spend time at the pool where some of the other family were staying across the road. For cheap food and beer/wine check out some of the bars along the beach. They are half the price of some of the bars on the strip or the pool bar we went too. Didn't use the wifi here as I have a Spanish SIM card with 4G for when I travel to Spain. I would class this a 3 Star hotel and I would stay here again.
