We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and everything was great. Hotel is very clean and it should have more than 3 stars. Location of hotel is 5min from airport of Palma de Mallorca and it is also 100m from the sandy beach. Hotel have a pool and a lot of sunbeds around it. Staff of hotel are so friendly and nice to the guests i can surelly say that is the most friendly staff i've ever been in any hotel. For the guests who doesn't want a lot of noise this is great hotel.

Amazing place and the friendliest stuff. Very clean, the rooms were cleaned frequently. Can’t recommend enough! Had a bar food during our stay - variety of choice and very tasty. When popping into the bar, look out for Enrique! Such a gent!

Wonderful holiday, highly recommended! Super hotel with a beautiful location less than 2 min walk from the beach. Flat was always clean and tidy. The staff is super nice and the food is delicious, fresh and diverse. Anna (reception manager) has done everything to pamper us and we certainly succeeded. It was a great time and we will definitely go again next year!

Very lovely hotel with the beach like 100m away. You have everything you need with great breakfast, amazing and helpful staff and a fresh feeling. The rooms are great with good cleaning. The pool area is very nice. You have Nice restaurantens and many supermarkets close by.

We have just returned from a week at Helios. A family of 8 in four rooms. We paid for pool view and I asked if there was any chance we could all be together or even the same floor. We were so pleased to have all four rooms together and we could all look at the pool from the balconies when going backwards and forwards. I think this made our time at the hotel, it felt like one big room together but at the same time all separate. A big thank you to the reception staff for doing this. Staff genuinely all seemed happy and restaurant staff always greeted us with a welcome smile each morning. And breakfast is well worth paying for to start your day. Location was also perfect. Our teens would swim in the pool, then walk across the road, swim in the sea and then pop back. Everything is so close. And just far enough away from the busy end of Playa Palma to feel a bit quieter. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.…

What a wonderful place to stay, we only stayed for one night but wish it was longer! 5 mins from the airport, happy helpful staff, easy parking. Highly rate the food, and the pool is great for small kids with a beach style entrance - but also a fixed depth all the way along. An adult can stand chest height. Lots of loungers with no towels on loungers until 9.30 to avoid the early morning elbows! Room is perfect, clean, tidy, contemporary. We had a family room, comfortable beds and the magical aircon. You can’t ever see or hear the planes so you would never know you were so close. Very reasonably priced, high recommend!

Nice room. All new. Small but spotless, Modern and efficient design. Very friendly staff. Lucy was our waitress and helped with everything. Buffet is amazing, indoor and outdoor by the pool options.two minutes from the beach.large lobby with coffee shop with big selection.

Great staff, great breakfast and buffet. I highly recommend this hotell. We will definitely return. The area is quiet and nice for us who want to relax. Not a partyplace. Small boutiques and stores. Just 10 min from airport, we did not get bothered by the planes taking of and landing. Short distance with taxi or bus number 23 or 35 to Palma.
