Worst hotel and dirtiest where I've ever stayed. The cockroaches come bundled with the room which apparently is something they have forgotten to put in. The emergency number is about to put something up because 10 calls and no response. Anyway, I could put up thousands of things but I leave better photos for everyone to draw their own conclusions.

Let's start from the fact that check in is not at all convenient, as there is no reception. We open the room and realize that the beds were full of hair. After a long trek we needed to wash ourselves and instead we were shocked to find no hot water and no response from the telephone number provided, the next day the same thing, off to follow the others, we had no hot water and no assistance from part of no one, even considering having a child, I think it's really careless behavior. There is not a carpet that gets dirty from outside and inside with shoes There isn't a broom since no one comes to tidy it up, not even the trash can is emptied and for 4 days neither the sheets nor the towels were changed. The dirty wardrobes, the filthy shutters, the door lock all rickety, two reservations with the same characteristics, what a shame. I hope for a full refund of the cost.

DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! The owners have put on photos that are false! Don’t believe the description…. The rooms do not have patios, there’s no restaurant as it’s closed up and looks as if it’s been vacated and almost derelict for years, the room and bathroom stink of sewage, ceiling held up by parcel tape with cobwebs, a roach and bugs all stuck to it, air con doesn’t work, bedside shelves hanging off, cockroaches in hallways. The owners don’t answer calls… even to booking.com, the supposed manager would not come to speak to us or an elderly couple who were very unhappy and just said doesn’t speak English. The outside area has dirty mattresses, dangerous broken paving, rubbish and seems to be used by vagrants.
They also try to charge you for local tax AGAIN when it’s included in your booking payment. Booking.com even said do not pay them as its already paid!
Go elsewhere, we would have but arrived very late.
This must be the worst place to stay in in Can Pastilla…. GO ELSEWHERE.

Daylight passes through the curtain so at 6:30 a.m. the whole room is bathed in light, a cockroach visited us in the bathroom and the smell of sewage came up through the toilet constantly..great stay in this room

HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTING The only thing we liked about the place was the location....but We are going to name several things in which We are totally DISAPPOINTED as to give it a score of minus zero! To start... I'm still waiting for a response of the owner so that she can at least resolve those problems, since we left a while ago... 1- broken bath towels, and no replacements. On top of that they enter the room, and they did not leave clean towels. 2- we found a cockroach in the shower 3-the wifi never reaches room #9...never does they solved 4- the mattress had several stains visible, very unpleasant odors, when removing the Nordic... we saw that horrible panorama! 5-as only the Nordic was there...if you want change the sheets in 3 days...you can't, now There wasn't a SINGLE replacement. The conditions are a lack of respect, we pay for something that is appropriate, not for something that is not even given to a person as a gift...
