My son and I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September last and from the moment we entered the reception every thing was perfect nothing seemed to be any trouble.
The check in was speedy and faultless your bags are even taken to your rooms for you we asked for a quite room on a high floor which we had overlooking a tennis court the room was clean and what you expect in Spain the bathroom had recently been refurbished and had a walk in shower which was tremendous.
The restaurant was modern and excellently run by Pedro the manager which is reflected in the staff the food was superb as Spanish hotels go this was the best food I’ve had and I’ve been in a lot of Spanish hotels over the years.
The pool bar is just as good if you didn’t want to go to the main restaurant at lunch time I can recommend the fish 🐟 and chips.
Although most people tend to grab a sun bed around the pool the hotel is set in six acres of grounds so there is plenty of room we tended to stay on the grass under the trees. This is a adults only hotel and is reflected in the age of the hotel clientele which is great if you just want to chill out for a couple of weeks which is what we did.
Lesley the manager is very visual around the hotel and is very approachable if you have any queries or problems which again reflects in the way this hotel is run over the years I have travelled extensively and never return to the same hotel but this year we will be returning in September.

We came to this hotel as a second choice, due to covid cancellation. It should have been our first! Outstanding!! We've re-booked for June 2022.
Small accommodation blocks set in spacious grounds around a large pool area, plenty of room to relax. The restaurant - the food was the best we've had holidaying abroad, and the standard of service was excellent. The standard of service was mirrored throughout every member of staff in every department - Everywhere, indoors, outdoors, toilets, rooms, all kept extremely clean and well maintained. Exceptional!!! It was a delight to be in the hotel which made our stay so relaxing. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL.
C'an Picafort promenade and centre is nearby, a regular tourist road train stops at the hotel entrance, although the hotel sits in more of a quiet residential area. We found it ideal.
We hired a car for some of the holiday. We can recommend Vanrell, who did exceptional daily rates with no retained deposit.
Also, if you get a chance Cala Rajada worth a visit, and can highly recommend the Traumeria restaurant on the sea side walkway of Son Moll.

stayed here for 11 nights in september 2022.

the hotel is in a fairly good location just a few minutes' walk from the beach and promenade although a good 20 minutes walk from can picafort centre. The bus stops right outside the hotel for easy access to Alcudia and Palma.

Apart from the 2 sisters (?) working on reception who were efficient but impersonable, all of the staff were friendly and the hotel rooms and grounds were kept spotlessly clean.

Our room was big enough and all rooms have balconies and are part of a complex of apartment suites with a maximum of 30 rooms so are not too noisy and don't have the feel of a huge hotel.

The only complaint about the room is that the bed linen, blankets and mattress protector, are too small for the presumably new mattress and come loose after 10 minutes in bed!

The clientele for this hotel is the older generation who are mostly all inclusive so spend all of their time at the hotel but even so there are always loungers available if you want them.

Don't expect much from the entertainment as it's very poor quality and biased towards the older generation.

The saving grace for the hotel is the food which is excellent and varied and highly recommended.

Apart from the ''gold breakfast'' we were promised on our early morning pickup day which comprised of 2 choices of cereal and a loaf of bread (no jam, fruit, pastries, etc) the food really was excellent.

If you're not on all inclusive (which, by the way did not include many drinks and food without paying a supplement) then the food and drink prices are reasonable and largely comparable with local prices.

So if the hotel can replace the bed linen and improve the entertainment it will really take it to another level.

After our initial start, everything went well. We had a long journey from the airport to the hotel, via Alcudia, first group on the coach and waiting for other flights to arrive and then dropping passengers off individually or in very small groups which meant that the restaurant was closed by the time of arrival. The reception staff were very friendly, calm and helpful and continued to be the same throughout our two weeks stay. However, we were told that there was a cold buffet for our dinner in the dining room. Ugh! a row of processed ham, a row of sliced cheese, sliced dry white bread, a yogurt and a pear. No salad, no water and no offer of any other drink. Thankfully, from there on the meals were excellent. I had requested a quiet room on the top floor and that was absolutely fine. Our room, D303, which was immaculately clean looked towards the pool. Rooms with sea views tended to be close to a busy road. Unfortunately, the bed had fitted sheets which did not fit and kept slipping away from the edge of the bed and exposing the mattress topper and mattress. Also, the large, lumpy pillows were rather strange and uncomfortable. The Tui entertainment staff were good and did their best, but the activities tended to be rather repetitive and liable to be cancelled at no notice. There were a few acts that were brought in for the evening and Il Quattro, a group of four young men were excellent. The resident duo was dreadful. Although the rules said that sun loungers must not be reserved, by the end of breakfast there were towels galore on the loungers. This was rather silly as there were loungers aplenty and if we wished to use any at any time of day there was no problem. We were booked for half board as that was most suitable for us. The cost of house wine at dinner was very reasonable in price, but soft drinks and water was expensive and it seemed that there was a supplement for those on all-inclusive for the majority of drinks. There is a large pool area, which is not heated and it was very cold. A relaxing holiday, helped by mainly good weather, location and great staff but we may not return as it could be anywhere in the world.

Just got back from a weeks stay at this lovely hotel.
The food at the hotel was excellent every day and night with lots of choice and a special theme each night. The gala night on a Friday was superb serving steak or beef wellington! Most other nights was Chinese type stir fry’s or fish. The pool side bar served a good choice of food that was table service.
A bit of a let down was men have to wear trousers or jeans with any type of footwear (flip flops or trainers)on a evening.
This doesn’t seem to be advertised when booking the holiday. I only knew because of trip advisor!

The rooms are a little dated (bathrooom was very modern) these are cleaned spotless everyday.

The hotel was very clean and speaking to lots of people they come back year after year. This is adults only with a good age range from 30s to 70s in general.

Entertainment in the day was pool workout, French boules, pool volleyball and then a poolside quiz at 4pm.
Night time tui entertainment was pretty bad. The tui rep was ok but there’s a man playing a small drum in every song who a very bad singer. It’s that bad people laugh about it rather than moan.

Drinks are great serving local beers and spirits as many as you want. Sometimes there’s a 2min queue or so. Some of the bar staff need to smile more maybe they would get more tips.

There’s a beach about 10min walk away they call it the German beach. ( I didn’t go) Can a Picfort beach and town is a good 20 min walk away. Very nice beach with lots of shops etc. There’s a road train that picks up at the hotel every 30min or so going to the town until 11pm.

If you want a chilled and relaxed time away with very nice people and excellent food then this is for you.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Picafort Park Hotel. My sister and I stayed for a week and booked all inclusive in one of the suites to have a bit of extra room. I really enjoyed this holiday as was just looking to relax and switch off and this definitely was the right spot! Staff were all lovely, rooms cleaned every day and the food well I need an extra paragraph for how good the food was 🤤🤤

Just to note this is a TUI gold resort so we were probably on the younger side of the spectrum and the games and entertainment is geared towards an older crowd however, we enjoyed the daily quiz and the entertainment was grand just think ABBA tributes but was of a higher calibre for sure and still a bit of fun. The TUI reps were excellent doing the activities and entertaining at night so kudos to them! All the guests we met were very nice and seemed like a place that people kept coming back to which is always a good sign!

So the food… I must say the reason I booked this hotel was namely because of the food reviews (and the big pool!). It did not disappoint. Breakfast and dinner are done in the main dining room and buffet style but with fresh food also being cooked to order at some stations. Due to being below capacity the lunch was at the pool bar which was off a menu and cooked to order - would recommend the chicken curry. All inclusive this was free for us but otherwise seemed reasonable. Drink in general was free on AI unless looking for premium spirits or cider etc and even then was only €1.60/€2. The breakfast had everything you needed - full continental breakfast (meat cheese cereals) and fruit bar, hot food with all usuals and also waffles and pancakes. They did fried and poached eggs to order. Dinner was a particular favourite with often different food themes each evening like Asian, Mexican etc. But if you weren’t in the mood for that they also had a carvery station, various dishes that were fish, chicken or game and usual veg and potatoes options. They also had a full salad bar and starter option each evening as well as dessert bar with cheese and meats. Honestly don’t know how I didn’t put on a stone! Also which i took more photos but it was all excellent.. every night we had something to eat that was delicious!

All in all a fantastic holiday. My only drawback/ suggestion would be to upgrade the rooms a very 70s era with dark wood and dated furnishings. All clean but could so with some modernising which seems to have been done to the majority of the hotel.

On arrival, our allocated room was dirty and infested with ants. The light fittings were hanging off the walls and the air conditioner didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work and the door was practically falling off the fridge. We notified reception and on the second day, nothing had changed. We spoke to the manager about our concerns and eventually were offered another room which we gratefully accepted, only to find the bed was as hard as a chopping board. 2 days later they managed to swap mattresses for us, again on the second time of asking. Not a good start to our holiday 5 days in!!

The entertainment was dreadful apart from 3 of our 14 nights. The resident duo were off key, poor harmony, kept getting things wrong and played the same songs every night. The quizzes during the entertainment breaks were childish, repetitive and extremely boring (Take control 👎🏼, Test of Time 👎🏼 Golden Opportunity 👎🏼 and We Wouldn’t lie to you, would we? 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼which was to worst).

The TUI production team did tributes to Abba, the Beatles and a Classical Tribute, which were all dreadful and haven given them a chance, as we walked out, so did many others. Other couples even advised us to visit other local hotels where the entertainment was far better.

On the good side, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and a big shout out to Santiago, one of the chefs in the dining room who prepared outstanding dishes whilst you watched his talents preparing your dinner. He was far more entertaining than the entertainment team. The pool was great. A bit chilly but once in, fantastic 👍🏼👍🏼. The location was stunning with a short walk to the promenade with a small beach close by and with a slightly longer walk, you were in Ca’n Picafort with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and a long sandy beach.

Would we go back? Yes, but the above issues need to be resolved as they fall well below the TUI 4 Star standard expected.

Dear Ian-D-Drysdale, We appreciate that you have taken the time to write about his experience at the Hotel. We apologize for all the problems that have arisen in your rooms, we are sorry for the inconvenience of the first few days. We have suffered very dry weather this year in Mallorca and we have had many ants, with our company dedicated to pest containment we are trying to solve the problem. We are glad to know that changing the mattress solved the problem. We appreciate your comments about the Hotel staff, we try to give our best every day so that our customers feel satisfied. Regarding the entertainment, we have passed the information to the person in charge of TUI, so that measures can be taken on these problems. Hoping he had a happy return home, we look forward to seeing him again to show him that we've fixed the issues. Best regards.

We are on our last day of a 4 day break, following a weeks cruise holiday.

The hotel grounds and amenities are great, centred around a huge pool which is never overcrowded. It’s nice as it’s deep and you can have a proper swim. Sun beds - always a bone of contention. We never had a problem getting a lounger, but typically some people put towels out very early in the morning, not returning until later in the day.

On the cruise someone would come round and put a sticky label on an unattended towel with the time. If the towel was still unattended an hour later the towel was removed and any towel deposit lost. I’m not saying that this should be implemented here at the hotel, but it did seem to be a good system.

The evening entertainment has been top quality as well, consisting of bands/singers, although there is a comedy act this evening.

Guests are predominantly couples and families with older teenage children. The hotel does not really cater for children - no children’s entertainment, kids clubs, or children’s menu. This is probably a bonus for most of the guests here.

There are hosted activities during the day, such as water volleyball, boules, water aerobics, quizzes etc. the entertainment staff work hard to make the guests holidays as enjoyable as possible, and nobody is pressured into joining in.

Our room H301 is spacious with a great view overlooking the pool, and also has a sea view. The bathroom has obviously been renovated more recent that the rest of the room, but it is still pleasant and comfortable with plenty of storage and a large flat screen tv.

The hotel is predominantly all inclusive, however we are staying half board, so breakfast and evening meals are included. There is great choice and variety.

For lunch there is a snack bar, where there is a sufficient menu offering sandwiches, toasties, burgers, chips etc all at reasonable prices.

The only criticism I have is the price of soft drinks, especially water. The hotel has a policy of not allowing food and drink to be consumed within the grounds that haven’t been purchased from the hotel. This is fine, but soft drinks are expensive, seemingly over 3 euros for a coke, and 2euros for a large cup of water. In 35 degree heat, I’m not sure you can justify this when a 1.5 litre bottle of water is just over a euro in the nearby supermarket. If we have mistaken a service charge for higher drinks prices (as drinks prices not on the menu) then we apologise.

The other thing to mention, is that we thought the beach was going to be closer to the hotel than it is. The sea is close, but the nearest small beach is about 5 - 10 minutes up the road. Whereas the main Can Picafort beach is around a 25 minute walk.

Overall it’s been a great stay. We would definitely recommend for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in great surroundings.

Dear MarkandDawn_123, We are very sorry that the beach was further away from the hotel, also regarding the price of soft drinks, we are one of the cheapest hotels in soft drinks in the area, due to the reduction that hotels force plastic containers, the soft drinks have become very expensive, we cannot sell soft drinks in plastic containers. We wish you had an amazing journey back home and look forward to welcoming you back again. Best regards.

This was the first holiday away with my boyfriend and we were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel regarding the location, some food and entertainment. Firstly the location is in a good spot close to the beach (around a 6 minute walk) which you can then walk further along the coast on the rocky parts of the coast. The sea was warm and mostly clear in parts, although it could get quite busy if you swam far enough out to just above standing height it was relatively quiet. Apart from the beach there were lots of restaurants near by all within a 5 minute walk. Secondly, the food in the hotel at most parts was very average. Breakfast included a wide variety but the standard was lacking, as for lunch the snack bar was slightly disappointing as the wait could sometimes be over 30/40 minutes and the portions could be small. The buffet option at lunch again provided a wide variety but the quality was average. Dinner was the stand out meal for us, the quality of the food was good and the selection was vast. I would argue that some of the drinks were disappointing, the cocktails from the bar were limited and usually just tasting of pure alcohol. Thirdly the entertainment was on the whole very good, however it was hard to find seating if you arrived later than 9:30pm, as for this if you sat inside around the bar the music could be very loud by which you couldn’t hear yourself speak! The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were obviously more modern than the bedrooms and if the bedrooms were updated to the same standard as the bathrooms the rooms would be very impressive. The rooms were cleaned once a day whilst we were out but sometimes i wondered whether they were too efficient as the floors sometimes would be dirty. Finally the subbed saga! There weren’t enough sun loungers with umbrellas which meant you had to get up early to ‘reserve’ your spot. Again as most people in this resort were older they wouldn’t move from the hotel so there was little re arrangement of who takes which sun loungers. All in all, this was a nice hotel especially compared with other hotels in the area as they were definitely gave a more sky rise feeling whereas this hotel is more resort like. Therefore I had a lovely time and would recommend for similar couples going away for the first time but would argue that it would be 3.5 stars rather than 4 stars.

This is an adult’s only hotel, so that’s why we chose to stay here for a hopefully peaceful, relaxing time…
We finally arrived around 23:00 hours, very tired after an extremely long day, so showered and went to bed…. Only to then notice a noise coming from outside that switched on/off every 15mins or so all night long, the following morning we discovered it was some sort of large heat extractor unit that operated 24/7
When we complained about the noise the following morning the duty receptionist said all the rooms are quiet with no noise!!! K306 was anything but quiet….
The bedroom furniture is very dated and the mattress very uncomfortable. By complete contrast to the bedroom, the en-suite bathroom is bright and modern, with a lovely walk-in shower. Both rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping services.
The food choices in the restaurant were okay, but we’ve previously stayed at other hotels that are much better.
The evening entertainment unfortunately wasn’t to our liking, cannot comment on the daytime activities. Sun beds!?!? Yes you could always get one away from the pool area, but the poolside ones all had towels etc on them well before 8am breakfast time….
Would we stay there again, that’s a big fat NO!!!
Several of the guests were repeat customers, so as they say, each to their own…

We have noted the problem you had with the noise and will try to find out where the noise is coming from as we have had no further complaints on this block. The rooms have begun their renovation and we have finished with the reform of the bathrooms, we hope in the coming seasons to have the rooms finished. Best regards.
