the room and the hotel and surrounding was excelent. The only problem was the restaurant - it was really poor quality. We really enjoy this hotel, garden and the swimming pool !! You can swim and looking to Estrela mountains.

Stayed there for 3 nights with a group touring north of Portugal.
The pousada is delightful, the staff very friendly.
Due to it being an old convent the bedroom window was very small.
Nethertheless a very enjoyable stay.

To answer your question, I inform you that the dress code for dinner can and should be the one you feel more comfortable. The Pousada, Hotel is a historic building, but with rural surroundings, from what costume can perfectly be casual.
Carefully introduce, the best regards
