Didn't stay here thanks just the same ! We booked a room with two separate beds on an internet reservations website. When we arrived at the venue we were greeted by an abrupt inhospitable host who was indifferent towards any semblance of customer service. He was in the act of doing other tasks and it seemed we were an interruption at the time. Despite advertising on the booking website the availability of accommodation with two beds in one room it seemed that was NOT actually available on site. When I questioned the gentleman he said " we don't have that, we have one room and one bed" and quickly developed a "you can take it or leave it approach " and as so stating went about his chores not choosing to be distracted by directing his attention towards us. Meanwhile two guests who had just checked in and obviously had no toilet paper in their room were attended to by the proprietor "pushing " two toilet rolls into the chest of the male guest while his wife looked on in astonishment. We thereby decided to leave.....it looked like fawlty towers with added angst. We were EVENTUALLY refunded by the booking site. Travelled in Italy for a while ..... and probably due to have such an experience eventually.... Agro turismo Bassa Venda I would suggest ....Ciao Bello
