I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The beauty of the Amalfi Coast and Minori itself can undoubtedly speak for themselves, however the standard of service one can expect to receive from this hotel is second to none. The hotel itself is spotless and beautiful, tastefully decorated with local ceramics, with a great little pool to lounge by. The room too was spacious with a cute balcony overlooking the narrow street below, giving a view of life in this little coastal town. But from the moment we arrived, every care and request was catered for. From housekeeping coming round in the early evenings to ask if new towels would be required (even though they were changed daily as standard), to staff ensuring our baby's requirements were always met, with a cot change and milk being provided when requested... the service was faultless. The breakfast buffet was always abundant, with staff on hand to keep your plate well filled. However, upon leaving the hotel, I clumsily left behind the baby carrier outside the hotel, only realising once I had got home. Upon contacting the hotel, they had told me they had placed it in safe keeping, and would have the item couriered to me. 2 days later and the carrier was with me with the minimum of fuss. I will be returning when I'm next in Minori.…
The hotel is all 4-star very clean and most welcoming, all our party was looked after very well. The hotel is just a few minute's walk from the beach area where even in February we were able to get some sun. For the whole week our restaurant staff, "Chiara" and "Tito" looked after us for breakfast and dinner nothing was too much trouble even to the extent Tito got the chief to change the menu a little to suit our tastes, "Many thanks again to them both"
I have recently returned home after spending time at the this beautiful hotel with a friend , Staff were first class so helpful , food at breakfast was plentiful , dinner was sufficient . Beautiful place but we were unable to get to other places due to the land slides in the area. Weather was an added bonus very warm walked around most days in a T-shirt. Locals very friend. Certainly a hotel I would recommend
I went here as part of a solo's group over Christmas. The hotel is very attractive, in a great position in Minori. The lounge is lovely with white walls, very comfortable white and yellow armchairs and tiled floors. My room was very large with and newly decorated, with a totally refurbished shower room and lovely powerful shower. However, the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything my neighbouring guests were doing. Also my room was at the front of the hotel next to the road and was extremely noisy, with motorbikes being revved up the hill and what sounded like delivery lorries passing from 3am. Sadly the local lads seemed fascinated by fire crackers, but I don't know if this was just because it was Christmas. Double glazing would have made the holiday much more enjoyable. Breakfast was fine with lots of choice, but with the odd exception the dinners were pretty awful. Stodgy, lukewarm, very poor cuts of meat and nothing fresh at all. Some sort of salad buffet would have been wonderful. As part of a Christmas group I didn't feel I could give up on the food and eat elsewhere, but if possible I certainly would have. To top it off, on Christmas Day I developed chronic sickness and diarrhoea, and couldn't participate in the rest of the holiday. Others then developed the same thing, one being hospitalised and around half of the group of 37 finally suffering to varying degrees. I was told by a member of the cleaning staff that several of the staff had been coming down with it too.…
We were so happy with this hotel. It was clean, and decorated in white and bright yellow. Our room was modern, all white, extremely comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast in the dining room was outstanding with a huge selection of savory, sweet, and delicious home made breads and pastries. Dinners were both good and bad. They had excellent pastas, delicious fish, and soups. However one evening we has lamb shank that was still on the bone and so tough and flavorless that most of us were able to eat very little of it. The restaurant was very accommodating of my husbands seafood allergies and always had a good alternative for him.
