We stayed there for a night. It's right next to Triveni Ghat. We got a Super deluxe room with balcony for a very good price and it was totally worth it. Room was very well maintained with clean toilet, bed and linen. Asked the front desk to arrange a special dinner setup for a small celebration and that was very well arranged within short notice. Food eas delecious. Overall it was a wonderful stay

Everything was superb. But one negative point at the point at checkin. They were kept pushing me for cash payment. When I said I will pay by card or phone pay n they said it will be charged 12% more gst. I agreed and asked for GST invoice but later on they agreed to accept payment by electronic ways without GST. Bit dodgy behaviour. I don't know it was people at the reception or owner policy.

The manager and staff were very cordial and accommodated even the smallest of my whims. The property is located just next to Triveni Ghat. Food was amazing just like a home cooked meal. Would definitely recommend you to stay here. I had my 86 year old grandma with me and the staff took care of her like their own.

We checked in on 8th July 2023, had booked 5 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were stinky,in 2 of the rooms the floor had water on it being leakage. The bed linen was dirty had them changed but the new ones were damp & spotted. Two of the rooms did not have functional geysers. We had one of the rooms changed the next day which was even smaller & didn't even have the space to keep teapot tray. We had paid Rs.3800/- per night which was including breakfast,the breakfast served did not even have fruits the menu was Ala carte with very limited options. To put it mildly Rs.1000-1500 of Paharganj or Mahipalpur is better then this place. The hotel needs a very major & urgent renovation. The staff was good & courteous,the only thing good about the place was it's location being located on Triveni Ghat.

While on the way to attend the evening Ganga aarti, we decided to make a stop at this hotel/restaurant cum cafe and made our way to the rooftop cafe. There were two employees who, forget about welcoming but did not even come to take our orders once we were settled. We were in fact told to go to their restaurant downstairs instead. When we went to their restaurant, it was the same. We had to literally go to the counter to ask for the menu and after placing the order (just two shakes), we were just made to wait for 1 hr and the order did not come. And there was no status on the order as well and the counter was also left unattended at that time for us to ask about the order. While we were waiting, another family of four entered and sat beside us. The waitress whose name I think was Sheetal, was passing by and the lady from that group of family called her to ask for the menu which she actually completely ignored. The family waited with us for few minutes and then asked us if they were even serving anyone or not. Then we all left the restaurant disappointed. There were other employees standing right outside but no one was even bothered to ask why we were leaving in such disappointment or did we even eat something..No..No.. nothing at all. So from my side, for a review, if there was something less than 0, I would go for that. Not a good place to hang out Hospitality is an alien term for the entire staff of this Hotel.

I found the place online near to triveni ghat so i thought it would be better although high priced and it was the worst hotel. The staff is horrible and they have so much mis management that they dont care about your time. The receptionist monika and other person were behaving as they are doing their job for the first time. The waiters have no manners. No hospitality no welcoming behaviour no service. Also they said there is wifi but it was not working and the electricity cut because no one switches on the inverter till you complain. The rooms are not clean and they come to clean after we complaint many time. Food is over priced and not worthy. I would suggest you go for better hotels and not waste your time and money here. They are not worth it. You can get better hotels at better location and cheaper who have hospitality. Never......will go here again....just never.

Where to start. We paid premium price for 17 rooms and a suite. The walls were seeping, bathroom floors were sticky, cockroaches were in the rooms. Suite wardrobe was broken, Suite Ac was leaking and flowing upto the bed. This was after more than two weeks notice to have the rooms ready. Verandah had dead rats and very dirty. They refused to refund our money for the bad rooms and suite. All I can say is greed for others money without the basic neat and clean facilities is like looting others. Just because location is monopoly they are providing a dilapidated place. Very disappointed. Would however like ro mention the helpful staff and good food.

Excellent hotel and staffs and good food and the hotel is right next to the Ganga araati of triveni ghat. Staffs are very friendly I can’t remember all there names but Vinay was helpful and kind when we checked in and t I didn’t ask the name of the guy in the reception he was kind and helpful ( we stay in the hotel from 5 to 6 February 2020) it was a good stay enjoy the place.the pic is post are next to the hotel about 0.1KM

Staff is very good and hotel location is perfect. I enjoyed our stay along with food Rishikesh river is just beside and you can enjoy Aarti as well from the window. Weather was so cold that we loved it.
