This is a very nice hotel with friendly and professional employees. A big plus is its location right in downtown and very close to Magnolia Market, Dr. Pepper Museum and wonderful locally-owned shops and restaurants. I have stayed there twice.
Had a company meeting held here. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were incredibly friendly and went out of their way. The location is also perfect for walking around for food, site seeing, and was told Dr Pepper Museum was close too but did not visit.
Great location, outdoor area with nice separate area for smokers. Room Service was hit or miss, and breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, and inexplicably charged a $6 room service fee. Some broken stuff in room. Not quite up to normal HIlton Experience, but I'd still…
Well maintained property. Owner has made efforts to keep the property up to date so it doesn’t show its age. Room very nice. I loved the bed in particular. Conveniently attached to convention center. Very nice set up for a conference or convention.
Great hotel, very nice accommodations, lots or restaurants right across the street within walking distance as well if you don't dine the hotel each time. The staff is willing to take care of you and provide great customer service.
"Get a room with a view of the rive"
"stay on the side of the hotel farthest away from the train track"
"Corner suite with city view is hard to beat"
"Ask for a room facing what you want to see: the river, The Silos, the ALICO bldg., the Baylor football stadium, etc."
