Just returned from not a bad 2 weeks all inclusive holiday. Wasn't impressed first night due to unhelpful staff on reception and behind the bar but things did improve as time went on. Its in a great location, near the beach, bars etc. Managed to find something to eat every day and the food did change each day but it did seem to repeat a few things every few days or so. There's a set list of drinks/cocktails from the bar you can have all inclusive but only in small half pint glasses, so needed two each time you wanted a drink. Decent ice creams have to be paid for though, Wasn't much to do in the evenings on site so we often went for a walk or had a drink locally by the beach and watched the sun set. Booking the sun beds wasn't as much a pain as I thought it might be and there was 7 of us but what was the biggest problem was not having a drinks machine by the pools (especially the kids pool) it just meant having to dry off and put a mask on every time someone wanted a coke/beer etc. This site could really do with a pool bar to help out. We had no problems having drinks around the pool but food isnt allowed. Air con worked fine in the apartment but like with most places as soon as the door is open, it turns off and has to be turned back on with the remote. We couldn't fault the waiters and chefs, very helpful and funny but like I said its a shame the same cant be said about the reception staff. At the start I wouldn't have recommended it but after 2 weeks I would. That said, should I come back to Tenerife I wont be staying here again,

Late check-out was not possible until the day we left, eventhough we asked for it on the day we arrived. We asked for 2 bungalows next to each other because of our sleeping baby’s, baby-phones etc. We were situated 3 bungalows between us, so we lost connectivity when we stepped out the door, and couldn’t drink something with eachother while the baby’s were sleeping. Floor in swimmingpool is very rough, scratches under your foot. One of our bungalows (nr 104) was a disaster. Airconditioning didn’t work when we arrived, but was fixed immediately. Kitchen panel came off, tablescrews were so loose that the table collapsed. Just dangerous. We asked for another bungalow which was better than nr 104, but moving to 98 was possible 3 days later.

Rude receptionist on arrival, struggled as single parents with our luggage all the way to the apartment. Food cold and the same everyday, my autistic son couldn’t eat anything as apart from chips they didn’t really cater for kids. No inflatables in the pool or food by the pool, not even a bag of crisps with your pint! We went all inclusive as have 3 young boys between my best friend and l, had to eat out most nights as the food was so awful. Cleaners not really the best, dusty and tables and surfaces not cleaned in apartment. Shower not cleaned properly. Life guards around the pool tell you off for jumping in and having fun, please don’t crack a joke or smile as you will probably get thrown out for inappropriate behaviour. Children’s entertainment shocking I’ve seen better at park dean resorts so that says it all……… Drinks awful, had to buy our own coffee take out across the road…. My advice, book somewhere else!!!!!!!

Stayed for 6 nights All inclusive - hotel was nice, bungalows and pool area were spotless. Most staff were lovely too. Rooms don’t have an Iron so make sure you have your own if needed. Food wasn’t anything special. We definitely wouldn’t do the all inclusive option again. Not worth the money we paid for it. The pool side bar most things you have to pay for. (Exception for TINY child size cups for drinks) which the staff seemed annoyed at having to give you if you weren’t paying. The snacks were non existent we seen some cold soggy toasties and muffins one day - looked horrible! Everything else you had to pay for including ice creams for the kids etc. Never been to an all inclusive like it to be honest! Sun loungers around the pool have to be booked the previous day for either the morning or afternoon slots. Location is perfect for bars, shops and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Would maybe stay here again but I would only do the self catering option.
