      Rude unhelpful staff.

      Terrible staff, unhelpful, transfer 1 hour late. Staff not helping resolve the issue at all. Told us to relax and not to worry, 1 hour late! Had to get taxis and lost the transfer money. Food terrible, greasy and bland, rowdy stag do hotel. Men...More

      My visit to Oro Negro Tenerife

      Have stayed her many times. Absolutely faultless,good food ,nice rooms,friendly staff,and at a competitive price. Central location within reach of most attractions and bars. Lovely views from the higher floors of las Americas and out to la Gomera. Can highly recommend this hotel!

      We had air conditioning in our room which was just the basic room so I think they would all have.
