Detailed Reviews
It is one of the most architecturally beautiful hotel I have stayed in. However, there is a big BUT. They must get rid of those damm old Grundig TVs from the bed rooms! It is pathetic and obviously does not blend in with the rest of the hotel. Get some flat screens please! There were no cable or satellite channels so my TV experience was terrible. However, there were a lot of good entertainment within the hotel and their next door sister hotel (Guayarmina Princess) for you to enjoy. Guests of either hotel are allowed to enjoy the facilities of both hotels. This is a great arrangement for any guest.
The Bahai Princess is preferable for adults. Not much fun stuff for small children.
This hotel charges for WIFIi, fridge and the safe in the rooms. Apart for the extra charges ( that other hotels provide for free) I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Perfect location for visiting the nightlife of tenerife, but far enough away that you won't hear it when you aren't.
Beautiful pool, lovely food selection at the buffet dinners, helpful staff, and very clean!

Going by the reviews this place must have changed from my daughter and I stayed there; awful hotel, awful staff (including the English holiday company rep); was so put off wouldn't return to Tenerife. My daughter was only seven at the time and she wanted to come home after three days - we were there for two weeks. Miserable holiday.

My husband and I have stayed many many times at this hotel and found it to be one of our favourites. We were upgraded without extra charge and without being asked and had a room /suite on the ground floor so that we could just walk out of our room and onto the poolside. The food and service was first class . Nothing was too much trouble for them. my husband was ill one night and they brought him a tray of food and everythingelse that he needed . The hotel is far enough away from the nightlife , but is fabulously set for a walk in the evening to see the shops, watermusic etc and all the designer shops. I found it safe to walk in the "golden strip" as I called it alone at night and had no worries about safety. There was no rowdy people and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would return there anytime. Poolside bar facilitiesfor coffees etc were waiter served and again first class. Thank you for giving me so many wonderful memories.

Had one of the rooms which were not upgraded and did not appreciate the outdated decor and furniture - the woodchip wallpaper was not to my liking and this must have been there since the 60s early 70s - seemingly all of the refurbed rooms are on the top floors so get one of these if possible - food was so so but a lot of the dishes were unlabled - I have an allergy to any shell fish with a hard shell so accidently had sea foord roulade?? with crab in it - which I only discovered when it was in my mouth - too late - I was ill for 36 hours of my holiday - not good!!
The noise from the surrounding nightclubs (loud music) kept me awake most nights until 2.00pm.

We stayed in December 2014, and we had a fantastic time, nice size room, clean and very comfortable, the food was good, a plentiful choice, and the entertainment was really good too, and the hotel is in an excellent location.

Stayed here as part of cruise and stay 11th Nov. Impressive frontage to hotel, quick check in, unfortunately we were confronted with a wall which I think was a lift shaft to lower floors right smack in front of balcony obscuring most of view, so asked for room change which was refused, we stood our ground because it was part of our 45th wedding anniversary, eventually another suitable room was found apart from that food was good staff were good, we went out most nights for entertainment because there seemed to either be a fashion show on or acrobatic show, didn't pay for their overpriced Wi fi because it didn't state that in brochure or to hire a key to open fridge in room, 19 euros for a weeks Wi fi steep isn't it you only need to walk 2 mnts outside hotel and you get as much FREE Wi fi in any bar or cafe, so come on Mr manager scrap your fee's and do what most hotels do , thank you.dave & pam.
