It's not fancy but it's ok. Simple one bedroom apartment which was clean and comfortable and had just about everything needed for a 1 week stay in March. 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine in kitchenette. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils but no mugs for English tea ;-) Two single beds pulled together as double with extra linen in cupboards in case you got cold. Really clean and serviced once during our stay. Checked in by Albert who arrived quickly after ringing the number on the door (make sure you have a mobile that can make European calls). Parking easy at front or down steep slope at back. Lots of restaurants closed in early March so a bit of hunting around for dining options. Good local supermarkets (Eroski) for supplies and a really good base to go off and explore a really beautiful island. Would recommend if you want a basic, self catering good clean base.

Stayed for 5 nights new year break On arrival we were meet by Alberto who checked us in and told us about the facilities in the apartment On entering apartment was clean tidy and plenty of room Large shower and a comfy bed Basic cooking facilities but restaurants were open not as many as the summer but enough for the time we were there A free car park at the back of the building but a steep driveway to navigate on foot but you can also park outside if there’s a space Would definitely go back

Small apartment for 5 people. Sofa bed is simple enough sheet and pillow over the sofa seating. Air conditioning was good. Excellent bathroom with nice shower and plenty of water. An old building with fairly thin walls, could hear children running in apartment above and from street outside. Reception is in a separate hotel up the road but all staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Firstly when we arrived past midnight doors were locked there is a note on the door to say go to hotel across the road to get keys ,we explained to the night staff that the note needs to be bigger and not to read it with my torch on my phone. We had to go across the the road to request our towel changes get safe key and report anything really( second last day we realised the phone in the room actually works) It is a noisy hotel, as there is no double glazing doors/ windows. Bathroom was amazing tho. TV, Fridge and air con all worked perfectly. We were able to get sunbeds without any issue, pool also ok, if you want basic then this fantastic.

When we arrived off our flight we had found out at reception that they had falsely advertised their rooms. We booked the rooms for 4 adults per room they then proceeded to tell us that it was actually 2 adults and 2 children even though they had advertised their rooms on booking.com for 4 adults. They made the mess up with their advertisement they then failed to accommodate us for our booking which is a breach of the booking contract. Since then anything that happened in the apartment block was blamed on us even though it wasn’t us going against their rules. Their cleaners took pictures of us and ripped us out of our beds in the morning demanding us to leave so they could clean. On our 8th day of staying we were rudely awakened and being told we were to leave the premises by 3:30pm they were kicking us out with no proof of it being us that went against there rules. After this the apartments main reception proceeded to turn off their phone lines so nobody could call in and complain whatsoever they were the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. They didn’t cooperate, negotiate or reason with us they wouldn’t tell us what we did and refused to show video evidence of us commits these “acts”. Even tho it should be very easy for them to do so as the premises is covered by CCTV cameras. I wouldn’t recommend people to stay here at all never again will I go back to this establishment I am disgusted by how they treated us.

I booked a holiday for a group of young people on our 6th year holiday and we were hit with a complication off the bat where it was advertised as 4 people but they said it was only 3 adults and one child so from the start they were agaisnt us. On the first day we received a noise complaint but we showed them evidence that it was not us as we had videos of others screaming to ensure that they knew we did not want any trouble yet they refused to listen to us and were being very unprofessional towards me. The next few days were fine but the cleaners were being quite rude but we prevailed. I then got rudely awakened at 9am to the manager standing over my bed screaming that he must meet with me so I got up and went down to reception and met with them where they then told me that we have 2 hours to pack up and hit the streets with 3 days left in our holiday. Again we showed them evidence that it was not us and they refused to listen me. I was being polite and trying not to get mad and yet they just laughed and spoke in Spanish while in our meeting. When i tried reasoning at the end they just told me leave and would not even give it to me in writing that we got evicted so I could apply for a refund. Overall the rooms were nice and the location was perfect but the staff and circumstanves were absolutely horrible and I heavily recommend to avoid it and I regret ever staying there.

Don’t bother staying here if you want to have fun by the pool, or music on your balcony. Staying here this week with 4 friends, we also have friends staying across the street in reverence hotel who came over to join us. We really should have stayed somewhere else. It’s full of old people, some who actually live there, full time. Constantly complaining to the hotel about “the noise’ , security coming over to put a stop to it, completely ruining it for us, pfft

Lovely quiet hotel. Apartment well stocked with kitchen utensils and everything you need for basic self catering. Iron and board, hairdryer supplied. TV ok but who needs a TV on holiday! Pool lovely and well maintained. 5 minutes from supermarket and beach. 10 minutes from main bars but loads just around the corner. Rooms cleaned very well and towels supplied whenever you ask. WiFi not brilliant but again not an issue. Check in across the road at the big white reverence hotel.all in all lovely apartments and great value!

Stayed with hubby and 15 year old. Nice apartment, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, 2 ring electric hob. Everything you need really. We were on the ground floor next to the pool, a bit noisy at night from the room above, moving furniture around, quite a bit of noise from the road also as the balcony was at the back of the hotel and overlooked a car park. Bedroom had twin beds in, nice and comfy apart from the pillows! I’m fussy with my pillow so may have just been me! Sofa beds in the lounge not so comfy, my 15 year old had backache in the morning after sleeping on them, not comfy to sit on through the day. Only cooked breakfast twice whilst there as the job could only fit one pan at a time on it to cook, not a problem as we went to a lovely cafe called Alhambra, served full English for €3, fresh squeezed orange juice for €1.75 and a coffee for €1.10. Well worth the money. There are plenty of bars snd good restaurants to eat out at. The pool was clean but freezing as it was still early start to the season, plenty of beds. All in all, Santa Ponca and Majorca is lovely, clean beach and town .

We booked this start on a budget to get away for a few days, and were pleasantly surprised with Casa Vida. The apartment was clean, comfortable on the whole with a half decent kitchen, British TV. The only negatives we can think of was a bit of noise from the apartment above and the sofas were a little uncomfortable (probably as they are also beds). Special mention to Alberto, who was really warm and welcoming, and was really helpful after we had a coat stolen with the apartment key in it. We are already talking about going back next year!
