All we can say is wonderful!
We managed to book a really great deal (1 night at the hotel with breakfast, 2 days of Legoland park entry) for our family and the hotel was beyond great! The room (suite) was huge, really clean, quiet. The breakfast was nice, they even provided us with gluten-free bread for our son and they staff was really polite and helpful. We also tried the restaurant which was amazing: the soup tasted wonderful and the kids meal (fish with potatos) tasted amazing!
Altogether: a perfect experience, can’t wait to go there again!

Very good hotel. The location above the city and right next to the castle is unique. We were given a very friendly welcome, the room with a view of the city was clean and spacious. Double room with bathtub. Very large and very bright underground car park (8€) and direct access to the hotel. The restaurant was good, the staff attentive and the prices reasonable. Structure: Excellent large structure outside the city, with ample underground parking for a fee, near the stadium of the city team that plays in bundesliga. Stayed to go to Legoland. Very spacious room and presence of every service inside the hotel and rooms. Very clean. Presence safe and minibar. Great bathroom but lack of bidet. Presence SPA area.
Very nice and helpful staff but also in this case (as in other hotels in the area), we speak German / English.
Breakfast: Great, but there are no dispensers for drinks. Having to touch the water bottle (and juices) that touch everyone before breakfast, in my opinion is unhygienic.

Everything was good! Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, great food (asparagus) in the adjacent restaurant, what we would like to particularly mention is Mr.
Besim Dakaj in the hotel bar, who greeted us and served us in a friendly manner despite the late hour and prepared our cocktails very professionally (super tasty). A very pleasant person.
