We spent one week in march 2016, this is the third time, all rooms and bar have been refurbished. Very good organization for kids and ski. Cheap prices at the bar. Ski equipment shoes and ski are in good conditions. Serre Chevalier is a very nice and huge ski resort, very well equiped. The private shuttle bus to drive you to the lifts is very convenient.

I was there for a two days trip with my girlfriend. About the hotel: - Rooms are clean, a little bit small, but ok. I didn't liked the two single covers on the double bed. Rooms has French styled bathroom. - spa area is good, clean and not crowded. We enjoyed it very much. About the food: international breakfast sweet and salt, really appreciated. We didn't liked orange juice.
There was a misunderstanding with Expedia payment. I was charged on my PayPal account,but the hotel didn't know about it and asked me to pay again. We solved the problem with the manager of the hotel.
We will come back for sure!

- Lovely spacious renovated hotel - Big Pool adapted for children - Great Animation team for the Kids - Very friendly staff - We had a wonderfull stay with our young Kids (1, 3 and 5 years) - Rooms were clean but a bit small. I only missed a fridge. - Food was good but not suitable for everybody I think. You should give the custumors the choice between a few main dishes. - I recommand this hotel To all familly. - Thanks for the nice stay!!

The food was very basic and lacked flavour, and there was a lot of young kids running around the place creating lots of noise. The beds were uncomfortable with a singular pillow. The room keys didn’t work a few times. However the bar area is nice but can be overshadowed by games being played every night when some people would prefer to have a social drink.

I am really disappointed with communication of this hotel. I have made a reservation via Booking.com in October 2017 and after that I was trying contact the hotel to confirm my booking. The phone call without answer. Finally in the middle of October I have found the another phone number and I have spoken with someone from the company of this hotel. He advised me to write an email and I did. But no answer at all again. I finally spoke with another staff from the company two weeks ago. But she told me, that they couldn’t find my reservation made via Booking.com (of course I have sent her a copy of my confirmation of reservation). Really disappointing, because I am preparing my trip half a year and a few weeks before it I still have no sure. Sad. Disgusting.

Extremely accomodating staff especially Emilie at reception. Very helpful and goes that extra mile. Great location and the hotel also provides transport to the slopes. Very clean residence and rooms.Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Good value. Free wifi available.

A very good week on skiing holidays: children are taken to skiing school directly to the residence , no stress for the parents! We enjoy that trip, and recommand this place. Th swimming pool, the sauna and jacussi have been appreciate by all of us.

Good hotel for 3 stars. Nice rooms in nordic style. The only problem, which happens during you staying here - menu doesn't include options for people with food allergy or on special diet. Another minus - you can't use microwave oven in the hall of the restaurant, which is in teory designed for guests to heat food they want to eat. So if you want to eat healthy warm food on breakfast (not only eggs and toast), stay in another hotel.
