We love everything about this hotel except for the shower floors They are slippery and there is nothing to grab onto if you need to stand on one foot. They need rubber mats or to roughen up the shower floors. Location and service are great!

Very kind , supportive stuff. We had chance to request food without sugar for the breakfast and they been happily to provide the best quality of their possibility. The room is always fresh, well cleaned and the most important to me cleaned fresh bedsheets. The breakfast buffet very diverse, I would add fresh juices without sugar and baby porridge without sugar, otherwise there is something for everyone that they can like. helped with luggage, the shuttle is very convenient. the pool is clean though small but very nice to cool down and chill. very close to the airport and within walking distance there are various cafes and restaurants.

Great value for a short stay either before or after arrival. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, additionally, the Grab ride available for abound $1.5 usd (Rp. 21k)
Location is perfect, and we walked around 1km to the excellent vegan restaurant, located at Park 23 shopping center, which has a cinema as well.
The is a modern supermarket, called Pepito, near by, where you can make the last minute shopping and buy souvenirs, like coffee, chocolate, etc. and bring them back home.
The room was clean and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Even sleepers. The pool is lovely.
Great customer service! In the morning, before our departure, the hotel staff brought a cake for a guest, who had a birthday on that day. It was a sweet surprise and all other guests were happy to participate and sing "Happy Birthday to you"
The beds are comfortable but the pillows could be softer.

Excellent stay at HARRIS hotel. The staff could not have done more for me. I checked in the night before my flight. The hotel offered laundry service which was done overnight, and also offered late check out until 1pm at no additional cost while then held my bags for the day while I waited for my evening flight. Lastly, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour which was a great touch. Overall 10/10, not to mention the spa and pool it also offers.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport. We stayed here before flying out and already at check in they asked us if we wanted the free shuttle and recommended us which time we should take it (it runs once per hour). Our room faced the courtyard with the pool etc. and it was very quiet. There was large bed, bedside tables, desk, couch, TV, AC, good WiFi, safe, fridge and kettle with supplies to make tea. The bathroom also had plenty of space, hot water etc. Everything was clean. What I really liked – other hotels should take note – was that they gave drinking water in a glass bottle (which they refill) and there was a note that you can refill it any time you want out in the corridor where they have the large 25-litre drinking bottles. That is the one and only way to avoid plastic bottles. Soap is also given in large installed containers which they refill (not the small plastic ones). The beach is about 15 minutes walk away (perfect sunsets). As you approach the beach the density of restaurants increases.

I booked harris hotel room because I missed my flight and the location is close to the airport. The room I got on the third floor was clean with a modern design that was comfortable and smelled good I didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool because I was too comfortable enjoy my time in the room 😆 I also ordered some food and drinks everything was delicious. When I had to stay overnight I couldn't go to reception because my leg hurt so one of the staff came to my room and very helpful her name is Kiky she was very kind and friendly, seeing my swollen feet she offered and brought ice cubes to compress my feet she was so sweet and before I checked out she call to my room and asked if my leg was getting better and offered to help carry my luggage. She also explained some information about booking process which was very helpful . The staff at Harris are simply amazing.... Also kind and friendly. For sure I will definitely come back and stay with my family. Thank you Kiky for the attention and excellent services. Will meet again' Cheers

Thanks for the warm hospitality! It was a good choice to stay overnight here especially when you need to be on time to catch your flight as the airport is only 10 minutes away from the hotel's location. Also, they have a free shuttle bus to the airport.

Been using this hotel for 9 years and it never disapoints. It is value for money with its airport transfer, modern clean rooms, accommodating staff and it's location providing walking distance to discovery and Lippo malls and the beach. I love the upgraded restaurant.

Staff were lovely and welcoming, hotel was clean, pool was great and the rooms were good value ! Would definitely stay again. There were grip mats around the pool, staff everywhere making sure things were tidy and that guests were looked after. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus as well as the flight schedule on screen in the lobby showing delays etc.

Hotel is very near to airport. We landed at around 10.30pm and the hotel sent a complimentary pick-up. Driver waited patiently for us when we were slow in clearing immigration due to pandemic control and baggage claim. Check in was quick and fuss free, even at almost 12 midnight! Room was basic, but came with full sets of amenities, including bedroom slippers. Towels were looking a bit old though. Beds are good, showers strong, good sleep value. We didn’t have a balcony, but had floor to ceiling bay-like windows. Staff were all cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, standard stuffs like eggs, cereals, bread and pastry, local food (fried rice, noodles etc) coffee, tea, milk and juices. Certainly a good choice for overnight stay to either catch an early morning flight or late arrival.

The hotel has a free shuttle (once every hour). There is also a Grab shop just as you get out of the terminal where they give you free WiFi and help you to order your Grab taxi. There are even seats there to wait for the taxi.
Hi not sure on massages but this hotel is mainly f or people whom have to wait day 6 hours for a lay e flight home they have free shuttle to airport which is next door but massages are easy as is w walking distance
