Stayed here for seven nights , and honestly couldn’t say anything negative about this place . It was our first time in Greece so we weren’t sure what we were getting ourselves into but this hotel did not disappoint.

The staff were excellent, very attentive and very friendly! Our room was beautiful, very modern and very clean . Comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. Loved the open shower !

The area was good , the beach is on the opposite side of the hotel , Athens sea side .. Was difficult to find at first …but other than that it’s fine the beach is beautiful.
On the same side you have trams that can take you into the small towns or into Athens city . Didn’t have any complications .. was very straight forward .

The town was like a 10 -15 min walk away .. which we didn’t mind , great shops and great coffee .

We decided to go with the bed and breakfast package .. we also had a taxi pick us up from the airport (which the hotel booked )was fantastic. Breakfast was good , the tea and biscuits were delicious.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate on going back ! I’d really recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice hotel for a low price !

4th time staying here! It's a quiet area. Glyfada is a 15 minute away by foot. Voula beach directly across. Train and bus right in front of the hotel. Taxi is easy to find. Supermarket is 3 blocks away. There is everest sandwitch spot that had coffee and authetic greek spinach ,cheese pies, a soublaki store and a hospital 2 blocks away from the hotel. Hotel was clean. Staff was amazing. My 14 month old baby was jett lagged. A staff member helped me soothe her by closing the lights for her atthe reception area. twice i ran out of milk for her and he gave me some because the supermarket was closed. The airport is 20 minutes away. I will keep coming back. Love this hotel

Location is brilliant and don't be put off by the 2 stars. The place is extremely clean, and although the outside appears dated, the rooms have a slightly modern feel to them. Staff are friendly and helpful. As expected, there is no pool, which i personally missed while being there, but that's no fault of the hotel. The surrounding area is a little run down and residential. The lovely restaurants are only a 15-minute walk away. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay experience.

The staff are friendly and easy going, this is a value for money budget hotel.
Lovely view of the gorgeous sea if you are given a front room.
The hotel is a bit old but clean with a neutral decor which is good.
Close to the free and paid beaches, also close to the modern tram that takes you quickly to downtown Athens or Pireaus, within easy walking distance to Glyfada and voula.

Free wi-fi easy accessed.

Only negatives are the size of room which is small and the hardness of the beds which makes sleeping tough and your back likelly to hurt when you wake up, and the desk which is tiny.

Well worth the money and overall a positive experience.

We stayed with my husband and our two little children for ten days. Miss Despina and Dimitris (her son) made us feel like home. Every morning they kept our children busy and we could drink our coffee and speak for the first time in a long time. I loved our clean room with the big closets and the fact that all our clothes were well organized. The children were excited with their homemade breakfast. The beach of Voula is just across the street and the tram and bus station is almost outside the hotel. This hotel is the best in this area, unless you can afford a fortune.

I stayed here with my boyfirend and my parents! and all i can really say is that it was supurb!
it was a family run hotel, and every one was so friendly. we arrived in Voula late one evening, and got a bit lost off the airport bus, so we rung the hotel, and the gentleman (bless) said he would call us a taxi to pick us up. we were stubbon and thought it was only down the road so thought we would walk. however we continued to get more lost, and had to ring up a number of times for him to give us directions. eventually we wandered past it, and the little chappy was waiting outside and came running to carry our luggage in.
he made sure we had sea front rooms.
the only thing - the lift only goes to 2nd floor and not the 3rd. but that was fine.
we decided to stay for three nights and then go for a few nights to peloponise and come back for the rest of the holiday. the manager offered to keep our suitcases in a locked room for the weekend while we were away to save us carrying them around. we were very grateful for that. then when we came back, although there was no guarentee that we would have the same rooms, the manager tried his best to give us a sea view. myself and my boyfriend got a room which was facing the back. and the manager offered us another room instead which faced the sea.
all in all, they were very accomodating!! the hotel is basic, i.e is hasnt got a swimming pool or a bar, but there is a kieosk on the corner of the road, which we went and got cheap drink from and drunk and played cards on the outdoor terrrace. they were fine with us doing that.
the rooms were cleaned everyday - including the sheets.
the tram stops literally outside the hotel and so does the bus to take you to voligmani beach (although Voula beach is opposite i recommend catching a bus further down the coast to volagmeni - which is a lovely beach, cheaper to get in and you dont have to pay for loungers or umbrellas) the trams take you to the centre also.
very well located and clean and just a great hotel, just a shame there arent lots of facilities, which is why its a 3 star and not 4.

I used Booking.com and the process was easy and quick... The wifi was outstanding... The outside of the hotel and downstairs were neat and aesthetically pleasing... The staff was professional and offered complementary bottled water... However, upon arrival they stated that our room with a view had to be changed because of issues they were having...

Being 3 young ladies in Athens we choose Voula because it's safer than being downtown..The first thing we noticed when we got upstairs was the door to our room... . It was so flimsy and had a lock equivalent to that of a restroom... When I read other reviews it said the rooms were loud in that you could hear the outside traffic, we could hear the people in the next room using the restroom in great detail... I requested either three twin beds or two full sized beds and they provided two twin beds and a cot that was sunken in the middle... I went to move the small fridge to make more room for our suitcases and there was so much dust it looked like the room had not been cleaned in ages... In addition, I placed some black leggings on a bed side table and I couldn't wear them the next day because of all the dust that was on the table... I also found a long black hair in the white bed sheets along with several smaller hairs... The restroom smelled like sewage, the hose in the shower had what looked like mold all over it, and there was a cigarette butt in the toilet... When I asked for another room they apologized and stated there was nothing they could do... I was there with two of my friends and we decided to leave Athens and return to the island we had previously been staying on (Aegina at hotel Danae)... We left our large suitcases and took backpacks with a few changes of clothes... Great for storing your luggage but that's about it...

People leaving 5 star reviews were completely out of touch with reality. The hotel is quaint, the people are friendly, but this is as far as it goes. The hotel is situated next to a major roadway and the noise of the traffic kept us awake all night long. The heat in the room barely worked - the entire night was frigid. Needless to say, I expect to sleep when I rent a hotel room. Sleeping I did not! The breakfast was extremely simple and not worth the price paid. Do not stay here, buyer beware!

This hotel is just between the Voula A beach and Asteras beach, and also close to the end stop of the tram, so the location is perfect for beach life. The means about 15 minutes walking to the centre of Glyfada, but there are frequent buses along the highway plus the tram so this is not a big problem. Outside the hotel is the very busy and quite noise coastal highway, and for those sensitive to noise this might not be quite perfect, however this is a problem for many of the hotels in Voula/Glyfada, the majority of them are along the highway. The size of rooms and bathroom quite decent for a hotel in this category, and at time of my travel also one of the two cheapest hotels in the Voula/Glyfada area. I have stayed in several of the other hotels in this area, but I'm certain I'll be back in this one next time as well.
