Beautiful grounds, lovely homely room. The views are incredible all around the hotel (We stayed in the Deluxe Superior with Side Sea View with an infant). Significant investment in decor and furniture makes the stay very luxurious. The lovely servers in the Season restaurant and the gentlemen in the carts are very courteous and pleasant. Improvements: - Main irk for us was the food in the beach bar restaurant which was not very great while being very expensive. An hotel of this caliber should really invest in top class chefs especially at this price point. - The pool bar staff can be irritating which ruins the experience. Guests have paid hundreds/thousands of euros to stay in the hotel so they're hardly going to run off without paying for a 50euro bill. We left a card at reception during check-in to cover our expenses and confirmed twice with the reception that they had it on file. However all throughout our stay the restaurants and pool bar claimed they couldn't find our card although we didn't mind paying each day anyway except the inconvenience of bringing our card around and possibly losing it. On one occasion we had spent the day by the Everheights pool wand ere tidying up to leave. I was trying to soothe my baby while my wife went to the till to pay, before that could even happen one of the staff literally ran up to me to remind me that I had an outstanding bill (Dude chill out). I had to politely bring his attention to the fact that my wife was already at the till paying. For the pool bar staff - if we can afford to stay at this hotel what makes you think we can't pay our meals ??? Overall great hotel but lots of improvements in service and food quality. General tip would be to bring bug spray as there are mosquitoes all over Greece.

The staff are thieves. On two occasions I left a pair of sunglasses by my sun lounger and on two occasions they were taken by the time I returned. I was told that nobody had handed them in, which is not a surprise because the only people there were the staff. When I asked to speak to the manager their English suddenly dried up. I hope the Saudi owners of this hotel are as disgusted with the thieving staff as I am.

For a 4-star hotel with these prices other than the location and the facilities, which were new nice and well kept, every other service and interaction was at least subpar. The food, coffee, drinks were expensive (London prices) but orders of magnitude worse than what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The service staff was mostly borderline rude, inflexible and difficult to get the attention of (the servers) with 1 exception (the gentleman who helped us park and carried out baggage to the room). I don't know whether foreign visitors get a better service either because their money has more value or because the service staff forgot their politeness and job when they encountered Greek visitors. We started off with some generous tips but very quickly stopped and regretted giving them. We spent ~£700 over 3 days (room, food, drinks) and it definitely wasn't worth it. A few specific points: - Upon entering the room, the bathroom's drainage was clogged and the room reeked. A handyperson cleaned it up but the smell remained. Not bad enough to ask to be moved but just enough to be annoying. I was embarrassed to tell them again. - Edenaki restaurant on the beach served us cold shrimp in the shrimp pasta and although the server asked us if we wanted cheese and pepper, she never brought it. The risotto was just bland. Is this what we want the tourists to experience of Greece? - When a dish from the Cacti pool restaurant came incorrect (we asked for no peppers) instead of a gracious response, the server asked us who we ordered from defensively and dismissively told us that the chicked in cooked with the peppers as if we knew the recipe - After 45' of waiting and not seeing a server pass by the evereden resident sunbeds, we had to walk to the bar, order and wait. I was informed that I can either wait in the bar queue for the coffee and water or go back to the sunbed and wait for the server. It was not possible to order, pay, and get it delivered to the sunbed - 0 flexibility

There were fires in Greece and we had to cancel our flights. However the hotel would not refund our tickets and said that they cannot do anything. Even though this was our honeymoon and we really wanted to go we had to cancel for our safety and follow the guidelines to avoid travel to Greece. We spoke to the hotel several times - the manager was unwilling to speak to us, we were addressed as different names in their emails to us, they were extremely unprofessional. The service was absolutely ridiculous. Their emails were rude and blunt. We even forwarded them another email that we got from a hotel further out which we had to cancel to show them that the hotel there cancelled and issued a full refund straight away. Yet nothing was done from the hotel. Even when my husband booked the room, he added in the special request box that it’s our honeymoon and they responded with one line saying we can’t offer anything to you. Not even a congratulations from them. They are very unprofessional and do need to undergo training and how to treat customers. Really poor service and we will never go there. We not ones to leave negative reviews, but this had to be mentioned so no one else goes through what we went through. Stay away from this place, there are so many other nicer hotels in Athens where you will be treated better.

We stayed for a week at this lovely hotel, extremely modern and clean, seemed brand new. ..staff very nice and ready to accomodate to help guests have a pleasant stay. Room was modern and extremely clean and comfortable, amazing cleaning staff. Food was delicious and fresh, very big variety every day. Waitresses/waiters were very friendly. Beach was perfect, very luxurious beach beds and drinks service at the beach was top, Andreas the waiter exceptional! Beach was very clean and water quite blue, a pleasant surprise. Pool area stunning, comfortable and again extremely clean and well taken care of. We had a wonderful stay and during this time of Covid all staff were super clean and careful, always following norms and wearing masks. We felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families, with children of all ages. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday a memorable one!!
