Very nice newer hotel. Very clean, had lots of amenities for a low cost. The only drawback is the distance to any restaurants or stores. I had to use Uber as I had flown in. If you have a car I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was decent. It served its purpose, and it was the only reasonably priced hotel I could find last minute on Mardi Gras weekend. It’s in the America’s Best Hotel chain and was renovated 4 years ago. The continental breakfast was good with the usual bread, muffins, and

Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic but ok. Wi-Fi was very good. Location was not near local facilities so generally had to drive to pubs and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Outdoor pool available but we did not use this as weather

Spent 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. This hotel is a good deal for the money. Yes, it’s dated but it was clean. It’s not the Hyatt but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere. If you want good value for your money, stay here. The breakfast

Does the hotel offer a shuttle to and from the cruise port?
No they do not offer a shuttle to port, but they will help you get a taxi. Cost us $12 to get back to hotel from port for 4 people. We left our cars at hotel. Make sure you do not park around the edge of lot and park under lights. One of our cars got brokeen into here, but they park where it was easy to get to from street without being seen. All of the cars parked in middle of lot were fine.

"There is no good view from any place that I could tell."
"Room stinks the only way to minimize the smell is to have the air on full blast and the lowest temperature and then you freeze"
