First time staying here. Front desk service was courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast has very nice options, and really enjoyed the coffee (not something I usually say for hotels). Walls are a bit thin, feel like I heard lots more than typical. Great proximity and easy access to Winstar (primary reason for our stay). Definitely will keep it on our list for future visits.

Room was good. We got one with the spa. Surprisingly there were no chairs in the room. I’d for go the spa for chairs. Spa needed facia work and we didn’t use it either. Your only 15 mikes from Winstar so it is very convenient.

Very nice hotel not cheap at $230 a night. Our room air conditioner had an issue that couldn’t really be resolved in the middle of the night so it was a bit uncomfortable. The entry like going into the room would flicker after a minute or so. I report of these issues I have no idea if they did anything about it...

We traveled during the weekend so price was a bit higher than expected but was worth the price. Room was clean, shower was great, breakfast was different. And it was quieter than other hotels. It was the perfect distance between our business location and having fun at Winstar casino

It’s not fancy, but provided a good night’s sleep at a very reasonable price. Everything was in working order - beds comfortable and had refrigerator & microwave which was useful. The breakfast had decent selection. Didn’t see much in way of Hilton Hhonors amenities.

Where do I start...this place should not be associated with the Hilton name. We stayed on the 4th floor for noise reduction but in our first room (423) the floors are uneven and you felt like you were going to fall through. Front desk girl, who was so nice, let us look at a couple more suites which all are run down, stained sofas that when opened to a sofa bed were filthy sheets and busted springs holding up the mattress that was basically springs. Water smelt like Sulphur and tasted horrible. If you can, continue down the road. This place needs to be condemned like the outlet mall beside it. The ONLY good thing about the hotel are the girls working the front desk.

The room was very clean. The staff were all very courteous and very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with many options. No complaints at all. Our family will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. If Cracker Barrel is you type of food, it is conveniently next door.

Great location and easy access to highway. Nearby restaurants also a plus. Walk to Cracker Barrel or short drive to Applebee’s. Rooms on back side face old outlet mall parking lot for more privacy and quietness. Beds are comfortable and rooms are well cleaned. Tv remotes are sanitized and wrapped in plastic so you know it’s been cleaned. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic but Cracker Barrel is just next door for better options.

I’m really glad we found this hotel room last minute. Someone else’s cancellation was our saving grace. Customer service from the staff was impeccable, rooms were super clean, even the tv remote was wrapped in its own little bag. Very impressed and will definitely stay again.
