Stayed in the Frisco area while visiting family. I've been a faithful Hampton Inn customer in many locations. And this one will be a return site as I visit family here again. The property is clean, run well with Covid19 precautions, and the staff are friendly and competent. The front desk staff handled every question and need I had, the kitchen manager was ready every morning with a good free breakfast, and the housekeeping staff handled the room needs efficiently every day. This is a well managed and operated Hampton Inn. And it even shows in the staff smiles and attitudes. Well done folks!
My son got me a suite here last Saturday for Father's Day. What a great gift! Very comfortable room with large work station and a bathroom with the strongest shower I've ever seen in any hotel. Located near everything in Frisco. Great!
Thanks to manager Tyler McGranahan and his team, our family just had a wonderful experience at this hotel! He made sure we had a very competitive rate for an extended stay for our nephew’s high school graduation. The room was very comfortable and all employees provided exceptional service like Tyler. Highly recommend!
We stayed here recently. The place is newer, clean and service was great. The bed was comfy and everything worked well. We were very pleased. It was convenient to everything we needed. We would stay here again.
We stay at this hotel quite often when visiting family. Clean, nice and a great location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices are varied and the food is very good. We feel safe in this area as well.
