Stayed here the second week of January during a four day birthday trip. For our first time in Nashville, it was a perfect place to stay. Far enough removed from the craziness of Broadway and its surrounding museums and construction zones, but close enough that getting to and

Stopped in for one night during a cross country trip. Very nice staff. Easy part of town from which to walk around, and right off of I40. We went because it is pet friendly, and it is. They even had a dog greeting guests from the check in desk! Only criticism is that my

Stayed here for a few nights during a roadtrip in the US. The hotel is very fresh and has that unmistakable Kimpton flavour to it. Service by all staff was friendly and expedient. The Midtown area has lots of bars and restaurants and is a good place to stay. Broadway and the

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for our company conference. Hotel is relatively new - 2 years old. Well ewuiped with nice TV, bath robes, and most impressively - A YOGA MAT. What a good idea to provide a Yoga mat. I totally took advantage of the mat in my room to do my daily

This was my first visit at this particular Kimpton property, and it will most certainly not be my last. I had booked the hotel in a frantic planning session in which I would be proposing to my girlfriend on Friday night, and then marrying her the following day (provided she

Is there a grass area close by to walk my dog.
Hi there! Everyone beat me to it! On the 7th floor of the parking garage there is a small dog run (for those late night and foul weather walks). You can re-enter the hotel with your room key. Otherwise there is a lot of green space in the neighborhood. And we have supplies at the front desk to help you help keep the area green!

What is the cost to park at the hotel?
Valet parking is $35 + tax per night. With that you have unlimited in and out privileges. The garage adjacent to the hotel has a self-parking option at $25 + tax per night. The two downsides are that there is not an entrance from the garage to the hotel so you will have to walk about 1/2 a block to the hotel entrance AND you will have to pay every time you leave (and the parking clock resets itself). Additionally, there is street parking and other surface lots around the neighborhood but rates vary.

Our guest floors range from 2 to 7. We would be happy to place your room on one of the lower floors (availability may depend on which room type you book because some have only 1 option per floor). You can take stairs down and out of the building, but for safety/security reasons there is no entry into the stairs from the ground level (or on any guest floor), so getting back to your room would be a challenge.

Everyone has summed it up pretty well. There are a number of long-established bars locals frequent just down the block on Division Street and Broadway. There is another pocket about half a mile down on Demonbreun. And the lower Broadway honky tonks are 1.5 miles away. Nashville loves to party! Nearly all of these will feature live entertainment 7 nights a week.
