Arrived 21:30pm check in was prompt we were welcomed by Jesse who was very informative and happy to ask any questions. Breakfast is great waffle machine is just a bonus. Everything cooked well and plenty to choose from.

Beds are very comfy and pillows also comfy.

Rooms spacious and adequate space.

All staff have been fantastic - Alex and Jesse are an asset to this hotel.

There is a complimentary shuttle over to the gaylord Opryland hotel which is fantastic.

Shuttle service to downtown and broadway from $10 per person return trip is fantastic.

Nothing is too much hassle for the staff.

Was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is underestimated.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the hotel location right by a highway was helpful. There were several restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, and I appreciated the couch area and small "kitchen" area with a small sink, counter, and mini fridge/microwave. The beds were very comfortable. I wish the sink/counter area didn't face the beds, though. While the counter was very large and spacious enough for all of our toiletries, etc., when I get up earlier than my family and want to get ready using the sink and light and outlet, the bright light is shining right in the face of whoever is still sleeping. I wish that area was facing a different way. The light in the bathroom was very dim. Maybe a brighter bulb would be better? I wish there were more places to hang towels. The breakfast was decent: waffle maker (but only one- there was always a line of people waiting), hot eggs, sausages or ham, hash brown potatoes, oatmeal with lots of toppings, yogurt with toppings, cereal, muffins, bananas and apples, juices, coffee, milk, and bread/bagels for toasting. Two of the mornings we were there, there weren't any plates at breakfast, just small bowls and larger bowls for the hot food. It would be great if workers were regularly checking to restock the plates and empty the garbage throughout the breakfast hours. We liked the shuttle service to the downtown area to visit the bars to hear live music. Overall, we had a very fine stay here.

We reserved a king room, winding up in an "Accessible king bed/roll-in shower with sofa bed", the only king room available. We liked the spacious room, with a separate sitting area, wet bar, fridge and a workstation in a separate corner. A person could easily live here comfortably for a few days. Very nice hot breakfast served in an attractive serving area with open hardwood shelving. Especially we appreciated the hard plates, coffee cups and real silverware (not plastic or styrofoam). These really elevated the dining experience. Several restaurants operate close by, some with no-cover live music, like the Scoreboard and Music City Bar and Grill. My only caveat: the Operyland area is pretty far from downtown Nashville with its Broadway bars, if that's what you want to visit. For its midrange-hotel price tag, this hotel is a terrific value.

We wanted to love this hotel. The location was close to the conference we were attending at the Gaylord (close enough to walk) and the price was much more amenable for a larger party, but we just didn't love it. The breakfast was satisfactory but the front desk was passive to our issues.
Our room's air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was SOAKED next to it. The shower curtain was extremely moldy and the solution was to put a large dusty fan blowing on the soaked carpet and spray some bleach on the shower curtain. Neither solved the problems we faced.
The room was undoubtedly contaminated with hidden mold in the soaked carpet as headaches were our constant companion while staying here. The only blessing was that we were gone for nearly 10 hours each day at the conference at the Gaylord.
The price we paid was too much considering the things we've had to throw away because of contamination with mold. In retrospect we should have demanded a different room earlier in our stay to see if that would have improved the situation.
We don't recommend this hotel.

Room wasn't particularly clean which is shocking considering recent events. Bathroom was tiny - you could literally barely close the door without squeezing between the shower and the toliet. If you were someone of above-average size, honestly, you likely would struggle to close it at all.

We weren't welcomed as members of their Hyatt club, weren't offered free breakfast, and didn't have our room cleaned even though we took our "Do Not Disturb" signs off our doors around 9:30 AM both mornings. Also an annoying bumping sound for 24 hours a day that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

Stop over on a long distance trip. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful with registration and with recommendations for places we could go for dinner. Price to bring my 2 little noshing dogs was $75 for one night, which I thought was s little high.

You get what you pay for. 6-night stay beginning Dec 25 2022. 1st night we discovered that the lower bed sheet was substantially ripped, and that there was no liquid soap in the shower. Only had one small facial soap bar. We requested a new sheet and soap the next morning but nothing had happened by the time we came back at 8:00 PM. We reported this to the front desk woman, Rayne, who said none of the housekeeping staff came in that day. When I told her I'd seen the housekeeper that morning on our floor, she backpedaled and said, "oh, yeah, she was the only one and she's still here working". So I immediately searched all 5 floors and not a soul was working. Rayne also said that the liquid soap was "on back order" and that they didn't have any to give us. She then gave us a new lower sheet to replace the ripped one. However, it turned out later to be for a Queen and our bed was a King. After going back to the room and trying to fit the sheet, I reported the error to her and she admitted that the hotel didn't have any more King sheets and that she would, personally, "have to wash one" in order to get us one. Unbelievable! Knowing that the sheet wouldn't fit our bed, she gave it to us anyway! Flabbergasting! I made an upper sheet work for the lower. The next morning I talked to Jessica, the housekeeper on our floor, and she had NOT been working late as Rayne had asserted. I reported all this to Don, the Manager of Housekeeping who 1) told me that Jessica did stay the night, but did so because she was afraid to drive in the snow, NOT because she was working late and that 2) the soap was NOT on back order as Rayne had asserted. Don then said he'd have the general manager, Stuart, call me about Rayne's lying to us. However, Stuart did not call. On top of all this, one morning the hotel ran out of dishes and plates, places to sit for breakfast, and all of the food at their "free" breakfast bar and we didn't get breakfast even though we were there before the ending time. In addition, the toilet/shower room was so small that it was nearly impossible to close the door if you're standing inside. AND we never got a new King lower sheet. Companies are run from the top down. This is a poorly-run hotel, the worst Hyatt-owned property we've ever stayed at.

First, cleanliness was average. Hairs in the shower. We were told upon check in that there would not be maid service unless we pre scheduled it with a 3 hour window when we wouldn't be there. The door into the bathroom is too large. It made it hard to get in the room and shut the door. Larger people would have a problem with that! Numerous trips for soap, towels, etc., were made to the front desk. Room #305

Stayed here for the night with family. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and breakfast hot the spot. I had an important engagement in the morning and needed a quiet, undisturbed area away from my kids. Erica at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, allowing me to use a conference room that was quiet. She made sure I had everything I needed and was super friendly. Kudos to her for helping me out in an important situation!

We had a comfortable four night stay in this hotel. The hotel was clean and the bedrooms had a comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and friendly.
When we booked the hotel it was advertised as having free parking in front of the hotel however when we arrived we were asked to pay $8 per nigh. This was quickly waived when we advised the staff that it was free at the time the booking was made.
There is a very useful shuttle bus from the hotel to downtown Nashville and back for a return fare of $10 per person. We used it several time even though we had a hire car at our disposal.
A fair free breakfast was provided but beware the staff stop restocking items about thirty minutes before breakfast closes. This was rather disappointing and is our only negative comment about this hotel.
Several family style restaurants are located within a two or three minutes drive from the hotel. It is also very close to the Grand Old Oprey.

I believe there is a charge for the shuttle. It is not easy to find free parking downtown so you will likely have to pay either way.
