Cleanliness was key. Hotel staff accommodating. Had a minor issue and the hotel manager made it all good. Great for quiet getaway. Baleen restaurant was amazing. Looking forward to a return visit soon. Convenient location to quick bites and shops. Walked everywhere
We keep coming to Solé over and over when we are in Miami! This is because the hotel and the service is always outstanding. The room is beautiful and well kept, the beach is always clean with chairs and umbrellas. The best are the staff...always smiling and accommodating, will help you whenever you need help, will stop to chit chat and make sure you are having a great stay. Fiorella is especially friendly and makes our stays here at Solé extra special! Joel and Pedro at the beach are always in a good mood and constantly check up on us to make sure all is well! Thank you Solé! We will be back!
Bad service car damaged by valet parking and no one contacted me. I booked 3 persons and got a single queen bed I will never stay on that place anymore this was a very bad experience also overcharged for the quality only two elevators working. poor amenities.
From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff was amazing. Whether it was the front desk staff, pool/beach or restaurant staff, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive! Food & drinks were great, I would absolutely recommend staying here.
Celebration of 32 yrs of marriage during this trip and stay at the hotel. Everyday was like a new beginning to start something new and planning a treasure hunt throughout the city. Finding little trickes in treasure.
Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort I can't. I'm sorry. My initial concerns were addressed and I really do appreciate that. But the lack of service and cleanliness of the pool area throughout the day is disgusting (mind you service is only from 11-4 and the pool is open 24/7) I have photos but do not wish to share at this time. I've struggled with really liking this place but I am highly disappointed
We stayed here to welcome my girlfriend's mom and sister who were visiting from Utah. We had a full ocean view suite that was drop dead gorgeous. An endless view of the Atlantic Ocean from our balcony and an incredible sunrise. All of the staff that we dealt with: valet, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage back of house, --front of house and bartenders, and beach/pool team were all awesome and met us with a smile and great customer service. The suite was out of this world and we hope to stay in the same one if we can on a future Miami visit!
It was in a prime location for restaurants, beach, and people watching. It was unexpected to only have valet parking as my only parking option and slowed down a bit during the weekend when everyone was going out. It might have been only our room, but both my boyfriend and I had a sneezing and watery-eye allergic reaction after every shower. It was very uncomfortable but our overall stay was nice. Last thought, their restaurant is closed for dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Overall, the hotel is nice. It is way overpriced along with the food. The reason I'm giving an average rating is because this hotel is in serious need of a service elevator. The poor employees could never get on the elevator to do their jobs b/c the wait is so long to even get on an elevator. There was one point me and my husband waited 30 minutes to get to our room
I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and accommodating. Had fun at the pool and loved the poolside bar. Cedric, the concierge, handled my special requests even through his personal emergency. The only negative was the long wait for the elevator. One of the 3 elevators appeared to be out of service, which may have caused the issue.
