From our arrival experience with valet, to our front desk experience, we were very happy with the result. Our room was big and nice, with a great view. The location is right smack in the middle of the Bealle Street scene. An all in all winner in our book.
I don’t know what to say about this hotel other than go somewhere else. Everything from valet park to check in, to check out and leave was a miserable experience. I have never been to a hotel this mismanaged in my life. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
