The room was clean, the price was right. The front desk staff was friendly. On one of the reviews, the person said their room smelled of smoke. I could very very FAINTLY smell smoke. But not enough to be a bothersome. I had to Really try hard to even get a whiff of smoke. I didn’t even mention it because it was obvious they clean their rooms. It is a dated hotel and needs more updates, but it was clean. The parking lot is gated.😬😬. The lady at the front desk said don’t be out and about walking after dark. We walked to the nearby Mexican Restaurant for dinner. I don’t recommend it. My meal was greasy.🤢. We felt safe, it was quiet. It’s in the industrial area.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, however I was a little surprised by the gated parking area. The breakfast was doable and had plenty. I enjoyed our stay very much. They recommendation for Mexican food down the road was and excellent choice. Also surprised at the restaurant with a policeman at the door checking handbags and persons for guns.

Upon first glance this motel looks like it has the potential to be a complete dive...on the very edge of what goes from a shabby neighborhood to a BAD neighborhood. Outside room doors, exterior doesn't look upscale in the least.

But I think you might be surprised by this place. Lobby is very nice, clean, looks recently updated, with a few cute touches. Cute little breakfast nook (although I hate breakfast and didn't try it, it looked decent...cereal, juice, milk, and fruit at the least). Desk clerks weren't Ritz-Carlton caliber obviously :) but were nice and not rude.

The rooms were SURPRISINGLY nice. Extremely large for the price (mine looked like a mini-suite!) with a small sofa, desk, large TV in an armoire, a large mini-fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board (hair dryer too I believe), and a king bed! I paid $69 but could have easily paid $55 through the BW site had I booked earlier. Interior looked brand new...nice wallpaper and borders, a cute floral arrangement on the armoire, all in all it felt very much steps above a standard room. Such a nice, big room. I have stayed in much worse rooms for twice that price.

There is a roomy sink/dressing area (including a rather large closet with a door!) with granite sinktop. The bathroom looked a little shabby (in comparison) with some cracked tile, worn looking walls in the shower, old looking faucets, etc, but in comparison to the rest of the room it really didn't matter. Water pressure in the shower was fabulous...when I arrived LATE Friday night I took a very, very long shower and had hot water like crazy...however, come Sunday check out, very little was left. I suspect this is one of those motels that runs out of hot water early in the day. I waited fifteen minutes and got back in to tepid water..it never did get hot again, but it wasn't unbearable, either. I have generally bad luck with hot water in hotels though so it may just have been me! I don't want to take a "brief" shower unless I am running mortally late and resent it when hot water is just about zapped after ten minutes!

Beds were okay...not incredibly comfortable but not the Conestoga-wagon style beds made out of concrete I stayed in the next night at a Country Hearth Inn! Pillows weren't exceptionally thick either but weren't the dreaded toilet-paper thin wafers that some places dish out. Nothing stood out as exceptionally uncomfortable.

The truly exceptional thing I encountered here was the leniency with check out. I was allowed to check out at 1 pm without any hassles. We got another call at around 12:30 where we reconfirmed the night manager OK'ed it and that was that. When I have had so many hassles with rudeness and absolutely unbendable rules with check outs, this was truly a treat. Kudos to the staff for not being rude or inflexible about this.

The room would have been very quiet and peaceful had it not been for the rude guests that showed up Friday night. An SUV stood parked outside the pool with one of the loudest car audio systems I've ever heard (in any other context, I'd be impressed!) and at 2 am had the bass cranked so loud that my own bed was vibrating slightly despite being on the other side of the hotel from it. It sounded like one of the upstairs rooms was having a big party since I heard some bass, people shouting/stomping around, and so on for a little while. I wasn't in a hurry to sleep but I don't know how it didn't wake up others around me...after a good half hour, it quit; not sure if it was the hotel staff that said something or they just stopped themselves. This isn't the hotel's fault- it's the fault of the rude guests. Otherwise the rooms seemed pretty soundtight..I wouldn't suggest staying near the ice machine though, because I heard that grinding away all day and night, LOL.

I was a woman traveling alone for the first night so I was paying close attention to my safety. There were plenty of cameras and the parking lot was well-lit; I didn't feel like I was in the best of neighborhoods but I have been in much worse!

Very very close to the airport and the venue I was in town for (Mid-South Coliseum). Downtown was another quick drive, and Graceland is literally one exit down. It seems like a good central location if you're renting a car and flying in and out. I found the Wolfchase Galleria about twenty minutes away with every retail store, Macy's-type, and food outlet you could possibly want. (This area seemed VERY nice...Germantown..seemed like a bit more upscale area to stay in if you are looking for that)

All in all, a very nice experience. I have had so many more hassles and disappointments with hotels three times the price of this one. Such large rooms that definitely feel more expensive than they are. Highly suggested!

After a 11 hour drive we found this hotel. The elevator was so filthy the dirt was caked in a corner. When I registered I could smell marijuana and thought maybe someone was outside smoking it. When we went to our room on the 2nd floor you could smell it again and then a man came out of a room smoking it! Let my pictures be your judge. The curtains were shedded, the extra mattress was stained and had grass or something on it. The beds were disgusting. When we left in the morning there was a woman dressed provocatively waiting on a man who came off the elevator. I can only assume what that was. If I could rate it a negative 100 I would, the clerk both morning and night were a joke, no greeting or an acknowledgement. They charge you one thing and when you arrive they charge an additional 15% for incidentals. They said it would be refunded & we are on day 8 of waiting for that refund. Thank God we brought our Lysol and Clorox wipes. Choice hotels should really look into this dump. I wouldn’t want any type of association with them.

Very scary. Property has gates all around some with razor sharp wire
First room that was assigned to us smelled like cat urine. Clerk was very nice and moved us to the handicapped room which had several cigarette burns in the spread on the end of the bed.
Sounded like a day care above us and loud music in the early morning.

Rooms wreaked of the smell of smoke. People smoking in the hallways and being loud music in the hallway. My travel companion needed water to take her medication. Vending machines were broken and we couldn’t find a bottle of water anywhere. The manager, Bessy Lopez, pretended to listen but based on the reviews I’ve read, it’s all lip service because nothing seems to change.

Awful. I write very few negative reviews but to say this place is a disappointment is a huge understatment. Rooms poorly cleaned during COVID (we removed gel from the counter tops). The room smelled terribly and was trying to be masked with room freshener. Floor and sheets worn all the way down. Phone didnt work. People were loud all night both nights we were here jumping on the floor (complaints made bo difference) people partying and smoking weed outside our room late into the night. All very sketchy.

We arrived 6-17-22 after booking online. The bed was clean but, the room was questionable at best. My family had rooms next door to each other. The first night, we noticed roaches in my brother’s room as they came crawling out on the TV stand. It was reported to the front desk however, where they told him to come to the front desk in the morning for the manager to address it. That same night, I noticed several small roaches during my midnight visit to the restroom. We were disgusted to say the least! Unfortunately, all hotels we called in the area were booked. The manager accommodated us by moving us to rooms on the opposite side of the property the next morning. I told her I had pictures of the roaches, but she never asked to see them. These people know they have a problem!!
We did not come to this place expecting a 5-star experience however, at minimum, we expected a clean place to rest. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! The first clue should have been the smell of urine as I climbed the stairs to the second floor! TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!

Recently visited this property. I had reservations for two nights but ended up leaving after first. Room could use some care but overall was ok. Very loud people above me. Seemed all night like someone was coming through ceiling. Also 3 random calls during night to point of me having to put phone off hook. Dogs barking in room next door.

Iron parking lot gates which seemed to open automatically so appeared to be of little value but suggested area was unsafe. AM staff gave my check out summary to another room holder in error. It had my address on it. I do not believe they knew we were traveling together as they had not been on duty when we came in. Again I did not feel safe. Breakfast was below standard.
