Looking at a map the park appeared to be across the street from Graceland. Indeed it was and was adjacent to the Elvis Museum which was an easy 5 minute walk.

The park offered great 30/50 Amp electric, water, and sewage right at the camp sites. The showers and bathrooms were quite clean. The office offered helpful hints on local restaurants that delivered as well as locations that would pick up clients if they wished to dine in.

Approximately $48/night for full hookups and you walk through gate directly into Graceland. What's not to like.

Site very level. Hookups well organized.Bathrooms/showers building close and still fairly clean late at night. Site has security and guards patrolling.

Nice campground if you plan on visiting Graceland. Sites are narrow but most are long enough for RV & tow. Sewer is at the rear of most sites so park short or bring a long drain hose. The 4 star review is due to un-level sites and they could use premium sites and wider sites plus spend some cash on upgrading.

The Graceland RV Park is in a great location – It is next door to the Elvis Presley Museum. We stayed there 5 nights. The sites are reasonably level (gravel) and the amenities cover the basics (50/30 amp electric, water, sewer). The Wi-Fi is slow and didn’t support streaming (even with limited rigs in the park). There is no cable TV. The staff was nice when we were there. The Laundry facilities were decent. The sign said the restrooms/laundry are closed 11-1 for cleaning. Two longer term residents told me they have never seen the restrooms or laundry room cleaned during their stay. The roads are dirt/gravel or pavement in need of repair (potholes). The grass areas/planters are unkept and basically weeds. We have a Hughes Autoformer power monitor box. The Autoformer detected issues with the power and shut the power off several times during our stay. We arrived just after a storm passed through. The site we were assigned was partially flooded when we arrived (poor drainage). I could go on but why beat a dying horse. Don’t be fooled by the picture on the website. This is an old picture, I’m guessing, and it no longer resembles the actual state of the park. In short, it’s an old, run-down park that the owners don’t appear to be maintaining.

We only stayed one night and found the park OK. Did not go to Graceland (been there before) but it is right across the street. Location is in a sketchy part of town.
We arrived at about 3:00 and were met by a guard as we drove in who took down our license plate and told us to go to the office to check in. We arrive at the office at 3:05 as the lady in the office is leaving. She says the office is now closed and we are considered "night check-ins" and we can find the map to our site stuck on the bulletin board as she walks off. That was weird, but the map was good and no problem finding out spot. Gravel pads are level and most are pull throughs. We are 38' towing a jeep wrangler and could pull in and leave the jeep connected which was nice. Overall the park in general seems well kept. Only some sites have 50 amp service. The wi-fi is spotty. It is OK for a one night stay. I would probably not stay here again.

Had a nice stay, Park was quiet and clean. Priced reasonably. We drove to the other nearby RV Resorts to take a look ( do not waste your time ), Graceland is the best in this area! Laundry and the bath-house are very well kept up + they have 24 Hour Security on sight 👍🇺🇸

If all your looking for is a place close to Graceland for a day or two this place is ok. The staff outside is great. Not so much in the office. Our site was too small to park my travel trailer and the truck without my truck out on the road. When we inquired about a larger spot we where told the campground was full and we could not move. At no time was the camp ever full. And to make the stay even worse we were put next to a permanent resident that had two window shaker A/C units in it and a three year old that run up and down their trailer so load it literally shook your trailer. All in all in camp is clean and in fair shape.

The RV Park associated with Graceland is in need of some TLC. Graceland and the tour was beautiful and well kempt. The RV park was starting to get a little run down. It may be due to the corona virus culture at this time, but if they aren't careful to rejuvenate this park, it will have a negative effect on Graceland as a whole.

This was a wonderful trip to Memphis, to visit Graceland. The RV park its simple, quiet, clean, organized. It takes only 2 minutes from the RV Park walking to Graceland. In fact they have a gate way from the Campground directly to the Graceland Site. Better than that just two of that. Graceland is located on a very simple part of Memphis. We walked from the Rv Park to a near by restaurant witch I recommend you to check it out, its called Piccadilly Cafeteria, they serve Soul Food, home made, authentic!
Back to Memphis-Graceland RV Park & Campground I recommend it!

Campground was fine - somewhat dated, but sites were clean and the facility pretty well maintained. The best part of the campground was the location - literally next door/across the street from Graceland. The downside is that the campground sits in an area that is in need of improvement, somewhat rough area. Security was concerning - although there was a guard on duty 24 hours, we had a panhandler come through asking for money/cigarettes. Outside of that, no issues.
