Detailed Reviews
We stayed here towards the end of our NC500 experience. We arrived and immediately fell in love with the village and our room which is so gorgeously decorated and quality fixings and fixtures including a lush bed and pillows and gorgeous highland coo decor ❤️. Everything we needed was in the room. The cherry on the cake was being visited by deer in the evening in the cottage garden. Just beautiful. Our host was friendly and accommodating, the b&b was spotlessly clean and we really do wish we could have stayed longer. Just perfect 👌

+1
The location of our B&B just outside Applecross was above our expectations and it was fortunate that this was our choice as it was an idyllic setting close to the water’s edge with a panorama of Raasay and on the property a church whose history and original foundations go back centuries to early Christian settlers.Deer from adjoining Applecross House Estate wander freely in your view
Our Highland Coo room was modern with seaview more than met our requirements. The bed itself was extremely comfortable – it always sets the gold standard for any rating.High end toiletries in the name of Highland Soap Company Ltd was noted
The decor was tasteful and Clement Design belongs to owner Teri,an interior designer.
The breakfast was continental with fresh berries yoghurt muesli as well fresh and croissant
Close by you have the magical walled garden restaurant
It was an enjoyable two night stay in a tranquil setting

This Accommodation was well appointed with everything a guest could need. There is a key safe entry so the owners need not be in upon arrival, this was useful.
a minor point - all the breakfast food was in the room - cereals, milk, orange juice, jams, yoghurts in the fridge and the owners delivered fresh bread and croissants to the room. A continental breakfast would have been perfect if meat, cheese and tomatoes were delivered as well!
Lovely location in 'the middle of nowhere!'

Beautifully located B and B with great views to Skye. All on its own beside the church at the opposite end of the bay to the village.Really stylish inside, lovely soap products and a cute little window where a small table and chairs has been set up to have breakfast at…overlooking Skye of course.Nice sitting out table and chairs too.
Enjoyed the breakfast of orange juice, raspberries and yoghurt as well as croissants. We also paid a bit extra for porridge and a fried egg roll.
Would definitely stay again…delightful place to arrive at after travelling.

Our best stop over on our recent NC500 tour! The Highland Coo room was beautifully decorated, with a huge comfy bed and added touches like underfloor heating in the bathroom really made it the most welcome overnight refresh so we were ready to head off and explore some more. The room has a beautiful view and the continental breakfast offering set us up for the day. Hope to return again soon and highly recommend.

Such a beautiful spot and wonderful accommodation with the warmest welcome. An enormous, ridiculously comfortable bed, rainfall shower and absolute peace. The breakfast was perfect, with everything we needed and much more, including a delicious loaf of home baked bread, brought warm to our door.
The walk into the village is a delight too, look out for the deer on the village green.

We loved our stay here. The accommodations, comfort and convenience were perfect. Teri was the perfect host and breakfast was good. Teri, the host is also a graphic designer whose work is reflected throughout the rooms. We bought a couple of towels with her designs on them which continue to remind us of our wonderful time.

Loved Applecross and Clachan Manse. Really felt like we were at the end of the earth! Most beautiful sunset on our whole trip. The rooms are very private and decorated wonderfully. We liked that we could have breakfast in our room after being on the road for a while. Tery and Daniel were so nice, she brings baked goodies for breakfast. Really a place to disconnect and enjoy the local beauty. Good restaurants within walking distance too!

100% recommend Clachan Manse - what an amazing B&B. We stayed there for a night whilst cycling the North Coast 500 for our honeymoon. Teri went out of her way to help us and communication in the lead up to our stay was fantastic. The room (Highland Coo Room) was beautiful, the continental breakfast was perfect and tasty and we had the comfiest night sleep ever! Easy walking distance to the Walled Garden in Applecross - just perfect.

Both rooms are gorgeous. Clean, cosy, everything you could need - with picture perfect views. You definitely won't go hungry either! The breakfast tray is very well stocked! Tery is super lovely, helpful and friendly. We had a great 2 nights in Applecross. The Walled Garden is heaven (good coffee!!). And seeing so many deer in such a beautiful spot was just awesome. All very good.

no, so sorry but we are full. Regards, Tery
Hi Sheila! We have a room on the 17th but not the 16th. Let me know if you would like to reserve a room. Thanks so much, Tery
I'm so sorry but we are full those dates. We have 2 cats too - they are in the main house with us and the rooms are in a separate building.
