Another excellent family break at Moness. We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday in the Bracken lodge. Everything was pretty much the same as in the Hunter lodge when we stayed here in September. Lovely Christmas decorations. Visited the pool on both days we were there, around dinner t

Although there were some minor niggles with the maintenance of the property, they would not stop me returning. The resort is located in a beautiful part of the world and the whole experience, accommodation, food, service was excellent and I look forward to a future relaxing break

2 adults and a 3 year old . Is the suit in the hotel ok of would the cottage be better? Also anyone went half board is it worth it? Thanks
Didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t comment on suitability. Cottage was basic but we thought it was great and had loads of room and it gives more flexibility. Depends what you are looking for. I liked the freedom of getting up when you wanted and taking time over breakfast before we headed out for the day. Hope that helps

"We stayed in the courtyard which is near the hotel but there are bigger cottages further back with outdoor seating and better views,"
"A wide mix of lodge and room style so hard to advise"
"Large cottage would be ideal for party"
"Stayed in cottages, so can't say anything about hotel room."
"The resort is on a hill, so for a better view as for a hilltop cottage or if in the hotel a view of the valley and opposite hills."
