Leighinmohr House Hotel garners praise for its exceptional service, with staff frequently going the extra mile to delight guests and ensure events run seamlessly. The cleanliness is a standout feature, with numerous guests impressed by the immaculate rooms and facilities, especially during weddings. The hotel's atmosphere is often described as warm and inviting, ideal for special occasions, though some find it lacking in liveliness. The rooms earn commendations for their stylish decor and comfort. While the amenities, particularly for weddings and dining, receive high marks, a few guests feel the pricing doesn't always equate to value.

We recently held our wedding at Leighinmohr House Hotel. I cannot praise the staff and the facilities at the Hotel enough. Our wedding was held at the Hotel and the room was set up to perfection which put us at ease everyone commented on how they felt welcomed by the staff when entering the wedding. After we left the main room we went to the bar area next door service was great and again everyone said how at ease they felt. After photos we were back in the main room for the reception. Again service was excellent and the food was amazing and served quickly. So many of my guests have told me how good the food was and how friendly the staff were.
I cannot recommend Leighinmohr House Hotel enough. If your considering getting married and want your day tailored to your needs then this is definitely the place to go.

5* Review for the Leighinmohr, they were faultless from start to finish when we were planning our big day. We had 5 dates due to Covid & everytime they executed our change over with limited stress & great ease.

Communication on the run up was outstanding, all our finer intricate and personal details were delivered and nothing was too much bother,

Organisation on the day faultless, everything as we requested,

Recommendation of stylists/make-up in the area flawless - highly recommended,

Accommodation beautiful with idyllic setting,

Food beautiful - all our guests were well catered for,

Venue exactly what we asked for & timing all fab on the day,

Couldn't have asked for better on the day it was simply perfect and fantastic value for money.

Highly recommended 👌

We have been staying in the Leighinmohr House hotel over a number of years. Having stayed in many hotels in Northern Ireland this one is the best. The most relaxing atmosphere you could imagine. The staff from the cleaning lady right up to the owner are the friendlies most helpful people we have ever come across in any other hotel. From the moment you arrive until you checkout you are made to feel welcome. The food is amazing just like the staff my wife her sister and l will be returning again soon we can't wait. Thankyou to the staff of this amazing hotel for always making our stay so special.

5* quality, service and professionalism. Myself and my husband celebrated our wedding at Leighinmohr House on Saturday 8th January 2022. The service we received was nothing but exceptional. Patricia was our host of the day and she pulled out all the stops to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Adrian, the owner of the hotel was very kind to give us our 2nd night stay on the house due to loosing out on numbers because of covid. It was massively appreciated. The food that was served on the day of the wedding was phenomenal. Our guests spoke very highly about the quality of the food. They said they could taste how fresh the food was. The food was warm, tasty and top quality. The venue itself is beautiful, elegant and modern. The staff of the hotel (receptionists, house keeping, bar staff, waitresses/waiters) were all friendly, kind and would go out of their way to help you. One of my guests at the hotel requested WKD blue however the hotel did not have supply of this. Adrian the owner of the hotel went straight out and purchased the drink for our guest to have. If anyone is considering booking their wedding at Leighinmohr, we could not recommend them anymore.

The hotel as a wedding venue cannot be faulted the food was beautiful and the staff lovely. Picturesque grounds.

The rooms are beautifully decorated but unfunctional. No drawer space. A very tiny cupboard with 4 coat hangers and an ironing board squashed in was only place to hang clothes. Bathroom was lovely but shower pressure poor. No toilet brush! There was a heating control which didn't work and you had to call reception to turn temperature down or up- room was boiling!. No fridge for a bottle a water and signs warning any food or drink not bought in hotel would be fined at £50! The bedside light was temperamental.
The bar was closed. So for the price hotel had no facilities was not good value for money for bedrooms.

On a positive note the breakfast was excellent. The French toast with Bacon best I've had. 👌

I’m normally not one to write reviews but found Leighmore so bad I had to.
We were attending a wedding and staying over as room can be booked at wedding rate. When paying for room discovered wedding rate was 45p cheaper than booking direct.
The meal was lovely and vegan diners catered for exceptionally well, despite what appeared to be wood chips in the soup.
Bar staff where telling guests they didn’t have certain spirits we could easily see sitting behind the bar and sighed when asked for a frozen cocktail that was on their menu as this obviously takes more effort to make.
The rooms are beautifully decorated however, the mattresses are not that comfortable (travel lodges are better), and the beds are small as both mine and my husbands feet hung out over the edge.
Breakfast the next day was told my room
Had already came down for breakfast and they had someone else’s name down against my room despite me stranding there with the room card eventually they let me have breakfast.
The food was your typical hotel breakfast but smaller than expected but the sausages had a very weird taste to them and don’t recommend them.
The receptionist on at checkout was grumpy, not well presented for front of house and was yawning at me whilst trying to checkout.
Personally for what you get it is very over priced and definitely would not be returning.

We were attending my son's wedding reception, with an overnight stay.

Wedding reception: The wedding ceremony and reception were superbly organised by the hotel, from start to finish. Food and service and the reception room were all first class. Beautiful food, expertly served. I have only good things to say about the reception in this lovely hotel! Recommended.

Bedroom: An overnight stay was included in the package. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and very charming. We did feel that the bed was very firm, too hard for us. We also felt that the shower tray was very slippery when wet. Other guests in our group also made the same comments, about the bed and the shower tray. If management read this, these are two things they could possibly look at. Possibly add "toppers" to the mattresses, and provide non slip rubber mats for the showers.

An excellent wedding venue, highly recommended.

We were able to accommodate 12 family members comfortably in the hotel's library room. The service and courtesy afforded to us by the owner, events manager and serving staff was truly superb and very professional indeed. This wonderful afternoon will be remembered by us all for a very long time. First class.

Lunch from the Christmas menu was superb! Service good. However after 2 hours on our table we were asked to move - which was ok but for a number of reasons. 1. We had just started drinking our tea 2./ there were empty tables that could have been used 3./ there wasn’t actually anyone waiting for a table 4./ our tea and mince pies were taken on a tray for us and we were walked all around the different rooms trying to get somewhere for us to sit! 5./ Other tables that were there longer than us weren’t asked to move!! A large wedding had arrived no one had a face mask on and I mean no one! Face mask signs are up and we had to produce our covid passports on arrival! Disappointed at the latter part of our visit. I’m back next week -let’s see what happens!!

Came for a wedding. Food was lovely for dinner and breakfast and staff were all really friendly. The only disappointment was our room- quite overpriced and very very hot- the thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference even when we turned it to the lowest setting. The shower in the room was also very poor- not very hot when at max temp and had so much limescale the water didn’t flow properly. Perfect for a meal but won’t be staying over again.
