My husband and I have now been here for about 17 months. We came here from a small town to be closer to medical facilities. The room/efficiency apartment has served our purposes very well. There has been a lot of turnover in staff since we arrived. We have missed a lot of the employees that left and we hope that the few that remain from when we first came will stay. Gustie is one of the employees that has been here since we first arrived. She feels like “family” and has always been responsive to all of our needs. She is very loyal to this place and treats everyone with respect and a desire to please...great customer service. During difficult times, we have felt comfortable and secure here. We would recommend Woodspring Suites to anyone needing temporary or even long-term simple housing.…

Friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking staff will make your stay at WoodSpring Suites in Johnson City, TN a memorable one. Keira, Gustie, and Amanda provide excellent customer service at the front desk, while also helping to keep the hotel very clean. Lisa, Mary, Alicia, and the other Amanda in housekeeping do an excellent job of cleaning the guests rooms, laundry room, lobby, elevators, etc. Kevin in maintenance is always quick to fix any problem you might have in your room, always with a smile on his face. The grounds and parking areas are well maintained. All of these employees are a real asset to WoodSpring Suites. They all work hard with no grumbling, and are very kind and courteous.

Extended stay immediately upon arriving in the area while awaiting permanent housing. Staff, especially Gustie, were welcoming and extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She made the difference between just okay and exceptional!
