I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We travel frequently, and it was a delight to be welcomed into this hotel by such personable, accommodating staff members. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The hotel is newer so very updated and the rooms are a nice size with comfortable bedding. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed a quiet stay in an area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Homemade biscuits and gravy (I'm serious), bacon, eggs, pancakes. It was outstanding, and their employees are to be commended.

Hotel's Favourite
Clean. Kind. Fresh. These are the top three words I’d use to describe our two nights at this hotel. The room was one of the cleanest I have seen in all my travels and had a pleasing fresh scent when we opened the door to the room. We needed extra pillows which were promptly delivered to us from the friendly front desk clerk. We will stay here again!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels during my travel career, but I have never encountered a staff that was as friendly, helpful and genuinely warm. We were at this location because we had a death in our family. Everyone of the staff made a special effort to make us comfortable. The Breakfast Attendant, Jerri, was amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was top quality. We will always use this facility when we return to Simpsonville.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but it is not going in the right direction. It is still a relatively new hotel but it is starting to show some wear and tear. The bathroom was not as clean as previously. The person checking us in was "surly" to say the least (she obviously hated her job so she presented in that manner). The food was still good and the servers were excellent. It still puzzles me why a relatively new hotel did not install ADA compliant (Comfort level) toilets when it was built. This is a problem for older clientele.

Fantastic experience! Our room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was AMAZING! Front desk lady and the breakfast lady were so kind and helpful. We definitely had a wonderful time and if we are ever back in this area, we will stay again!

Traveling to visit family. The hotel is clean, and well appointed. Check in was quick, and friendly. The king suite was clean. My only complaint was the toilet in the bathroom was ridiculously short. As in it was probably the shortest “John” I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I would’ve given a 4 stars except for this.

This was the best Holiday Inn Express ever! The King suite room was clean and spacious with a walk in shower that I loved. It felt like home. The breakfast food and juices were great. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Worth the cost. I will stay again.

This property has been open for approx. two years and has been maintained in like new condition. Our room had both a refrigerator and a Micorwave in it as well as a single pod coffee maker. The staff is very nice and we loved the location as it sits back off the main road so it is very quite. We plan to recommend it to our friends.

I stayed here for my great nephew’s graduation celebration. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and my only complaint was the pillows. The pillows were too small and flat but other than that ever was good. We enjoyed the breakfast bar which was fully stocked. Unlimited Coffee and tea all day. Nice hotel overall .

The hotel itself is great. Everything is modern and clean. However, if you are a light sleeper you might want to stay somewhere else. In the room above, you could hear people walking all the time. It was very annoying considering it was past midnight and then they decided to get up early (6 am) the next day. Also, you can hear the TV in the next door room.
