Stayed here in a queen room. Beds we’re comfortable, room was spacious. No noise from other rooms. Due to COVID-19 b’fast was very limited but they still made an effort with sausage & egg sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc.
Located close to Lander University. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night while on a fishing trip. Easy to find off the 25 bypass. Adequate parking, room was good, clean and comfy. Everything worked properly. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

Staff was great. Very professional and courteous. All seemed to be customer oriented. From the front desk to maid service. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and what it was supposed to be. In my opinion, it was the best value for my money.

We'll I haven't stayed in this hotel in many many years, this is the first time in at least ten years. I was so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful renovations that have been done here. It's nice, modern, and clean design mashed me feel kind I'm in a bigger city in a trendy hotel. I also booked my room online which was easy to do and convient but I made my reservation for the 23rd of Nov instead of the 24th of October. Well I couldn't get the online website in the phone but the gentleman in the office here fixed my problem with no problem. The customer service here is outstanding! The front desk clerk was so helpful and friendly he made my stressed out self calm down and be able to enjoy my visit.

Upon arrival as we walk in the door a roach is waiting to greet us. The floors were nasty, the commode (lid, seat and around the bottom were nasty with visible trash and what not scattered. I called every hotel in the area and everyone was completely booked. With 4 kiddos and 11:45 our only other option was to sleep in the suburban! My oldest went to shower(with flip flops still on because of the mess) and shower nozzle is broken. “Warm” water only and it only worked for the bathtub! I contacted the front desk and after telling them all the the above, he said ok so what’s the problem??!!!! I said are you kidding me and got so frustrated that I just hung up! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! I never even read reviews so to post one must means this place is very very nasty!!!!

Horrible "Quality" ! Neither the room or sheets were clean. Bed obviously slept in & only made up as opposed to sheets changed. Once I changed the sheets they still stunk like washed w/o soap. Surfaces were dirty. Such an annoyance to have to get new sheets, clean and make the bed prior to going to sleep after a long work day. There were upgrades but what's the point if not clean. Was the management's fault too because despite upgrades, nasty crap was allowed to remain like rusty lamp and disgusting microwave. The internet was terrible as well.

Girlfriend and I needed an escape and gf wanted to go swimming while we were at it. We went to one hotel and the pool wasn't open. So to make the gf happy I extended our mini vacation by booking another place. I called and made sure the pool was open and in good shape. I got a guarantee.
We checked in and went to the pool, it was closed. They put in chemicals right after check in at 3pm and said we could swim the next day. The next day came and we kept getting told it'll be fine. Two days and the main reason we stayed was so gf could go swimming. They promised a pool. Nice lady even came by to give gf a towel for the pool... but then it was never open during our stay.
The room was cool and mostly clean. If we didn't come specifically because the pool at the other hotel was closed and she wanted to swim it would have been ok. Instead we got the runaround, constantly being told the pool will be open soon, it never was. And the manager doesn't seem to exist.

The room was not cleaned. Trash behind the nightstand. Bathroom sink had debris and water stains on the faucet. The tub safety handle had rust stains on it. I waited until I returned home to shower. I will not choose this hotel again. They need to improve their safety standards.
