What a great job. Parking is easy. Park on the sixth level and you will level with the lobby and check in. parking is 7.50 a night or 24-hour period. Just get a ticket when arriving and go to the 6th floor and hand the ticket into the checking counter. They will give you a card for use while staying at the hotel. Just put it in the drop box beside the parking exit after check out.
There are many restaurants very close including attached to the hotel. The rooftop pool area is great. I think as its off-season towels seemed to be at a premium. We had to request them every time we took the kids to the pool. The pool could be heated but not warm. We really loved the water refill stations on every floor with individual ice available in plastic bags. The plastic is not great and as far as we could tell Greenville does not recycle. This was nothing compared to the restaurant that is attached on the ground floor. Caviar and Bananas a true environmental disaster. I think worse that any Starbucks. I will review separately.
The staff were kind and helpful. It is a dog friendly hotel and dog loving city. The management should travel to Jacksonville Florida Aloft hotels and give some instruction on how to take care of a hotel and try to be as environmental as possible. Please bring and use refillable water bottles, and refillable hot beverage cups. Please leave a little tip for cleaning staff. We look forward to returning to Greenville sc and the Aloft hotel.

We went to Greenville for the Bill Engvall show and turned it into a two night visit to explore Greenville. Parking was easy, very reasonable rate, and plenty of spots just outside the P6 garage entrance to the hotel. Check-in was one of the fastest that I have experienced. My wife and I loved that you needed a key card to access the room floors on the elevators. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance We also were able to walk to the Peace Center for the show.

Loved the location of this hotel! About a half block from the middle of main street and EASY walking to anything you would like to see and do in Downtown Greenville. Parking was very easy to find and convenient (only $7 per night). We stayed just one night on a Saturday and it truly felt like a mini vacation.
We had lunch at Nose Dive, dinner at Soby's and breakfast Sunday morning at Maple Street Biscuit Company (all an extremely short walk from the hotel).
A special "shout out" to the gentleman at the front desk that checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful!

I like that the parking garage is attached to the hotel directly, so you can go right into the hotel without getting rained on etc. Front desk staff friendly enough, room was clean & comfortable. The TV was not a smart TV which I’m accustomed to nowadays. Also, I like that Starbucks is available in the lobby but the day I went they had no muffins ready to purchase at 9am which I found odd, he said they were baking... seems a little late in the day to prepare breakfast foods. Not a huge deal, but there were basically no take and go items available.

This hotel is awesome. Bree the manager on duty was amazing in that my son had his dog with us which it is a pet friendly hotel. Needless to say the dog was barking & we had 4 complaints. Which is not normal due to he is usually a great dog. They tried calling me but I did not take my phone out during dinner to see the call. So upon return before going out for reservations at 10:00 we were shocked to be told we would have to stay with our dog in the room due to the complaints. My son called Bree the manager & normally they have a foster dog but not at this time due to COVID so since it was our first time in the city and we had reservations she offered to let us bring Lincoln (the dog) down & kept him in the marked off area where normally the foster dog goes and the staff watched him till we came back. We were so relieved and extremely thankful for this service which is normally not offered. All the staff were amazing. This hotel is a great location and very modern. They have a small dog area by the pool for your pet to use instead of having to walk down in the city which is amazing. the rooms are very nice and clean. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

It was for my anniversary. We got the corner suite. Check in was good. But we had several problems with the room and the hotel that I feel like shouldn’t have been an issue for how much we paid for two nights. The moved us to another room for the second night, which was extremely inconvenient and not on the floor we wanted. All they said they could do was refund us the $14 parking charges and two free drinks at the bar because we book through a third party. I didn’t feel like trying with them anymore because I felt like I spent enough time trying to solve this issues. I took pictures of most of the issues and I’m planning on posting a review to all travel pages so others know. Staying in one of the most (if not the most) expensive room I expected so much more. I wanted to love it because I’m local and I love what they do with the dogs but I don’t know if I can go through this again and pay that much for the same experience.

Also the pool was tiny and only went 3.5’ they removed the knobs from the fire pit so you can’t use it. The ice freezer was awful on every floor. There is no ice machine, they bag the ice for you. And they are ALL frozen blocks of ice!!! Completely unstable. I told them and they said they’ll tell maintenance but never offered to get me ice some other way.

The bartender was the shunning star. We have different drink request and we was attentive and friendly.

The room was dirtier than expected with stains on fabrics and floors. Nasty mess on doors that is cleanable but no one had. The ottoman wasn’t pulled out and cleaned so there was food and crumbs. The water pressure in the sinks were pitiful. I couldn’t even rinse my tooth brush.

The bathtub was broken. The drain was pulled out when we checked in. I called and maint came in and just pushed it back in. This did NOT fix it. The water would drain regardless of it being closed because the lever under the faucet didn’t work either. The whirlpool features also didn’t work, which was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and can’t wait always until my next visit to the Aloft in Greenville. Staff is always so friendly and they upgrade me to their best suite on the corner when available which is an excellent room with many windows, great views and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower & jetted tub that I find so relaxing after a long day of driving! Mobile check-in and key are available through the Marriott app and COVID-19 safety precautions are in place such as mask policies, hand sanitizer which is really comforting to me as a guest.

So much to do in walking distance of Downtown Greenville with nice shops and many restaurants sure to satisfy any appetite!

It is a very nice hotel. BUT my advice is to watch your bank account after you check in. I was initially charged for too many rooms and incurred bank fees of over $200! By the time the hold was reversed, it was much too late. No, they did not make it right! The Manager ignored two emails! So disappointed that this happened. I certainly won’t stay there again if this is how they do business. My guess is because they’re a franchise, they can pretty much conduct business as they please. Shame on them!

I wanted to give this hotel a five-star review because the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice desk and lots of plugs. The lobby is hip with a small bar and games and a pool table. The room was clean but the toilet because clogged the first time I used it. There were no face cloths. I asked the front desk to send housekeeping and got one washcloth (unusual). I saw my AMEX charges and noticed I was charged $12 extra a night for parking, But I didn't have a car nor did they give me a parking pass so I wonder why the extra money was mysteriously charged even though my reciept didn't include that charge, So watch your bill and make sure you get the usual hotel amenities.

Pretty standard for an Aloft. In fact, the layout of the lobby and the room looked identical to an Aloft in another city where we stayed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the rooms are not noise-proof. I could even hear the guests in the adjoining rooms when they pulled up their binds. Parking in the garage is only $7 per night which is very reasonable for downtown. Staff were friendly and professional.
