The friendly staff impressed up immediately upon arrival with smiles and helpful information. We asked for extra blankets - no problem. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the floor was very quiet. Included were a large, full breakfast with anything you'd want, along with drinks and food in the evening is such a nice perk. The hotel is in a great location as well. We walked to Whole Foods next door to stock up on healthy snacks. The only disappointment was the pool and spa were closed for repairs, but these things are not something I hold against the hotel. They have to be maintained occasionally. If you are really wanting to use them; however, check ahead. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We arrived at 7 pm, which is when they close the bar and evening meal area, however, staff made sure we had something to eat (and some wine). When I booked I knew there was a free breakfast but was unaware of the evening dinner. Evidently they rotate meals every three days, Wednesday was pork sliders, Mac and cheese and chicken noodle soup. Our room was extremely clean, the bed comfy, everything we wanted. Highly recommend Drury Hotels, check in was a breeze, great staff.

We stayed three nights at the Greenville location for a weekend getaway. This was my second time staying in a Drury Inn with several years apart. This stay was just as nice as my first time which was in Birmingham. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally kind and hospitable. They all go above and beyond! Every part of the hotel was very clean, from the dining area to the lobby and our room. The housekeeping staff pays great attention to detail. The food selection at breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the evening “kickback” time offered hot food with a good variety. I would highly recommend Drury Inn when traveling! We hope to see more locations as we travel and will always choose Drury Inns & Suites.

Great hotel, great service. Best hot breakfast buffet anywhere! Most guests seemed to be professionals and tradesmen. My husband enjoyed the company and all the folks were nice. The laundry room was inconveniently located in the second floor and only had one washer and dryer, but was inexpensive.

We were given Room 707, a very nice big Suite Room, with 2 Beds and a separate Living Room area, with 2 TVs, and an Extra little Sink with Counter and Cabinets. There is no private Safe in the Room. The room has a Mini Microwave and mini Refrigerator. The Hotel has a nice Dining Room area with plenty of good seating, where they give a nice full Breakfast and a small Dinner with Drinks (Alcohol included) that are all Complimentary. The Lobby is spacious. The Hotel has an Indoor Pool. The area and Hotel felt safe, and we enjoyed our one night stay here during a stop over in our Travels heading much further South. All the Staff were professional and friendly.

Recently stayed at Drury Inn and Suites Greenville South Carolina. This hotel was well worth the price. This was the first Drury Inn I have stayed in and I will look into staying again at other locations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable this location was easy access off the interstate and quiet. You could not hear road traffic, they have a quiet time after 10pm, meaning no loud parties in the public areas. They had a cocktail hour with food from 5pm to 7pm in their breakfast room. We did not partake in this event because we had someplace to go but it smelled great and looked well organized. They offer breakfast in morning with all the fixings. If ever in this area definitely check into this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Used to love this hotel, stayed several times a year actually, as I have an adult child that lives in the area. The food has always been sub par but cant complain, its included. The last several times that we stayed the hot tub was inoperable so couldn't use the amenities. The sheets and pillows sometimes smell of sweat. But this last time, was the last straw. The manager waited until my husband went to the vehicle to get our things, came up to our room and knocked quickly 3 times then entered while there was no time for me to get to door, as I was in bathroom. I was also changing, I heard the door opening and grabbed the door. So I'm not suppose to feel safe to change or use bathroom which most do after traveling (I didn't have bathroom door shut, didn't think I would have to. He stated it was his right to do so, as he proceeded to yell at me and just scream that it is not allowed and he was adding a fine and also making a note in computer about us. I already have severe anxiety and I felt violated and unsafe and stressed out the rest of my stay which was suppose to be an enjoyable trip. (We had just stayed actually 2 weeks before and the month before that had stayed for a week at one in KY.) He wanted to see if we had a pet (which we did, my service animal). He could have called and asked us to come down to speak or spoke to my husband when he came back in the door, as he must have been watching us on cameras so he would have been able to speak to him in lobby, not come into my room. This was NOT acceptable. I have never even seen a manger any other time there, but it was like he was stalking me, every time I opened my door he was there, or turned a corner. We dont even take our dog on elevator and use stairs so no one has to bother with her, she doesnt even bark but just sleeps on floor the whole time (I even bring towel to wipe her feet after being outside like I do at home and she always has flea treatment and bath before we come) The staff was very rude. The room was not very clean, there was a cigar under the mattress and some "brown" debris as of what, I am not sure. Homeless people were coming in and eating and "bathing" in the bathroom. Propping side door open to get back in/out. We have tried to contact Drury 3 times and no one will return calls or address situation at all. Would never recommend this place as I have in the past, unless they replace the manager.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. Our goal is to exceed our guests' expectations. We’re always interested in what our guests have to say and how we might improve our customer service. To ensure everyone has a safe and pleasant stay we ensure our policies are being followed. It was brought to the attention of management that a dog was brought into the room which had not been registered at time of check in as when asked, as required. We do apologize for any concerns you had during your stay. We appreciate the business and hope you will give us a try again in the near future. Sincerely, Michael L. General Manager

I've stayed at 4 hotel chains since the pandemic and Drury far surpassed the other 3 on how they are handling things. Room is spotless and fresh and protective coverings and sanitizer are in place. Social distance is maintained by unique approaches such as pools are on an hourly reservation for families and elevator trips go one at a time for groups traveling together. Also, unlike the other 3 chains, Drury maintained its popular evening Kick Back meals and hot breakfast buffet by using the common sense approach of gloves staff serving portions of whatever the guests wants in disposable containers. All staff wear gloves and are friendly.
We were here for a dog show and received a group rate in which the normal pet fee was waived. As others have stated there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and there is microwave and fridge in the room if one prefers to keep more to themselves.
Don't know how they could have done things any better.

Drury hotels are unique in that they offer a “wind down” every evening with food and 3 free alcoholic drinks for each adult. They also have plenty of other drink options. We were staying during my sons sport’s tournament and being able to get back to the hotel and grab something to eat quickly before heading out later for dinner was so incredibly convenient. It also allowed for the opportunity to hang out with friends that were staying in the same hotel. This particular location also had a very nice pool and hot tub.

The Drury Inn and Suites of Greenville is very convenient to main highways and Downtown Greenville, with plenty of parking. The lobby is spacious and the staff are friendly. Our room was clean and up to date. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked inviting. .In the afternoon, there's a movie theater style popcorn machine in the lobby with enough popcorn for everyone to help themselves. Their happy hour provides drinks and enough food to be considered dinner for most. And their breakfasts are satisfying as well. We will stay again.
