Room was filthy, pee droplets on the wall of the bathroom, floor didn’t look vacuumed or mopped, shower was dirty, no fridge. She said we couldn’t get another room because they already upgraded us without asking and we had been in the room for an hour before deciding to say something. Worst days inn I’ve stayed at.

First room: walked in and was overwhelmed with the smell of smoke. In a 'non-smoking' room. There was also a loose board with screws in it sticking out from under the bed. Went back to reception and got a new room. This one smelled lightly of smoking, but not horrible. And the cords for the AC unit were hanging loosely from underneath it. We verified the AC worked and accepted the room. The next morning housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am. We were there for 1 night only and there are signs everywhere that if you stay longer, they only come every 3 days. There's no reason they should have been coming to check the room. Track when people check out and don't approach the room before that.

This is one of the worst stays for me in a Wyndham Hotel. Carpet was pretty nasty and obviously had not seen any deep cleaning in a while. Towels were dirty and had stains on them. Overall condition of the room and bathroom was pretty rough and needs rehab.

I stayed in this place with my 12 year old daughter for 3 nights this weekend for an ECNL soccer showcase. Upon arrival, I noticed a sign on the front desk that said they now charge $200 per night for pets even though it’s supposed to be pet friendly. Got the keys and found our way past the green pool (wasn’t supposed to be green) and past what looked like vagrants living out of the trunk of their car, up the stairs that were literally falling apart, through a cloud of reefer to find our room. The room was clean but the water never actually got hot at the sink or shower - it was luke warm so I wasn’t able to shave all weekend because I didn’t want to shave off my goosebumps. At night, it’s extremely loud…. Noise from the freeway, noise in the parking lot and the place seemed like the red light district because there were people coming and going in the hall ALL NIGHT. I’m sure people were “working” out of their rooms and they must have made a killing based on all the traffic through the hall all night. Thank god we had our 80 lb Great Dane mix with us, otherwise we would have been terrified. Please don’t stay here unless you hate yourself.

I checked in around the beginning of December for a soccer showcase I was attending. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the room smelled of a heavy smell, like they were trying to cover something up. Mattress was stained, a lot of dirt and uncleanliness throughout the room. On Friday evening I went to Pizza Hit and Little Caesars and picked up 3 pizzas which cost $37.26. I set all three pizza boxes on the cabinet next to the TV. In about 20 minute I opened the lid to the top pizza and saw a bunch of cock roaches swarming around on the top of the pizza. The other boxes also had some roaches and bugs inside the box . I set all three boxes outside the door. I immediately went to the front desk to report this and the condition of the assigned room. The desk clerk I spoke to stated that there was nothing they could do, as there were no more rooms available. At that time, I could not find another Hotel that had availability. Though, I did seriously consider sleeping in my car. After I had got rid of all the pizza from the room the cock roach and bug activity backed down some. There were still roaches seen in the bathroom on the floor and creeping up the walls and on the cabinet around the TV. I have never stayed in a Hotel/ Motel that was this disgusting and dirty as well as a safety risk. Completely unacceptable. Before I checked out, I informed the front desk clerk about my experience and what happening in my room. Nobody would come to the room and see the cock roaches themselves. They just just apologized and gave me the managers business card. Attached, are a just a couple of the pics I took. I emailed the manager about my terrible stay and attached some pics of the cock roaches. I also contacted Wyndham by email and phone and sent them some pics too. I was finally contacted back by email from the manager who issued me a refund for my stay less the pizzas I had to throw out, which was the very least they could do. This is a run down dirty motel with sketchy people in other rooms and hanging out. There was a constant smell of weed coming from other rooms, and people letting their rottweiler dogs crap everywhere. Just a terrible place to stay. I am glad my wife was not with me, we defiantly would not of stayed. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Stay anywhere but this nasty, disgusting "pay by the hour motel", as there appeared to be people "working" out of the rooms.

We checked in around 8 pm and the room smelled unpleasant. I told the desk clerk, and inquired about some air fresheners and she said they were locked up. There was a small amount of toilet paper on the roll so I had to go back for that. The elevator was not working. I paid for 2 days online so a refund is out of the question. Breakfast consists of sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, coffee and pastries. They only do eggs and meat on the weekends. The toilet wouldn’t flush this morning. I will not be staying at any other motel with this name.

My husband and I checked into the Days Inn in Greenville, SC after a very long drive. The check-in process was fine, although the cost for the room was about $25.00 more than the online price. The man at the desk who checked us in was very friendly and we hoped to get a good night's sleep. That never happened. The noise from the traffic was extremely loud and constant all night long. If that weren't bad enough there was noise coming from nearby rooms and the hall all night. Since neither my husband nor myself got any sleep, we decided to dress and leave early. We knew that breakfast began at 6:00 a.m. but we were ready to check out at 5:45 a.m. and were not going to stay for the breakfast. We didn't want to wait in this hotel any longer, but I asked if I could take a juice (that was already out) for the road and the manager said "no". There wasn't a coffee pot in the room. I couldn't believe that I was not allowed to take one juice when we were not even staying for breakfast, but the manager said "it was their policy". My advice: avoid this hotel.

I am the manager and I would never tell a guest no for a can of juice. Also, per Wyndham brand standards, coffee pots in rooms are no longer required. They are available at the front desk. Online rates are always cheaper than walk-ins. it is deals that hotels run with their apps. As for the traffic noise, that is something beyond our control. But thanks for taking the time for the review!

The room smells like someone has been smoking pot when I first walked in. Seems like a homeless has been living there which smells like it. The lights to the bathroom sink doesn’t seem to work though you have to flipped it so many times for it to come on. Plus there is only one light bulbs that only works which it supposed to have 3, but only one works. The air vent in the bathroom is holding or hanging buy duck tape. The wall has duck taped which taped over a hole over the head of the bed. The mini fridge looks nasty and the microwave doesn’t even work. The door to the room looks like someone is trying to jam something in to it.

We pre booked a pet friendly room. Long travel day and we arrived exhausted at 11:30 pm. Clerk said we'd need to pay an additional $150 bc they were out of pet rooms. Our reservation didn't matter, clerk just pointed to sign and offered no other solution. Very rude and smug. Hotel is not cared for, smelled of cigarette smoke throughout, broken glass in parking, musty and filthy. We ended up leaving.

The road noise is unbearable. Didn’t get any sleep. At least have enough sense to book your Diamond members in a room that doesn’t face the road. Requested another room but was told none available. Requested to be transferred to another hotel and told none available. Was told to put tissue in my ears. The breakfast was emptied out 30 mins before posted end time. Not only did I not sleep, I didn’t eat either. I would like a full refund. This is unacceptable.
