The rooms are smaller but perfect for a one night or two night stay. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are great. The window shade was perfect to keep out the light. The air conditioner was quiet and worked great. Overall a great stay! Room 523 is the best. Nice view and on opposite side of highway. It was super quiet.

I was in town for March Madness. I found this hotel on line . There were not many reviews due to the fact it has just open in October 2021. I arrive 3 hours before check-in and explained that the 1st game was at 2:30 I wanted to get downtown and find adequate parking near the arena. The clerk said no problem. Later that night when I went to my room, I was pleasantly surprised! Wooden floors instead of carpet, strict policy on sanitizing throughout the hotel, hand sanitizing stations located throughout the hotel, soap and lotion dispensers attached to the shower walls and near the bathroom sink. Breakfast was average (cereal, grits, eggs, sausage, yogurt. pancakes etc) As far as location it was 10 minutes away from the arena and the local Haywood Mall. This hotel was near various eating establishment. Overall it was very quiet, staff was very friendly, and the facility provided BASIC NEEDS!

Found this hotel through a travel coupon hotel discount book. We stayed 2 nights, one on our way south and then on our return trip. It was easy to get to from I-85.
Everything was modern and clean. The room wasn't spacious and the "desk" looked like it came from IKEA, but it was nice. No carpet, which is okay. The bathroom was stocked with tubes attached to the wall with shampoo and conditioner.
The bed was comfortable with big pillows (4) and the TV was big and high-definition. That was a nice surprise. We just watched the end of a Superman movie, and you could definitely tell the difference.
The best thing was the hot breakfast. Bagels, bread, Danish, eggs, grits, sausage, juice, milk, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes *although it was out of mix on the way (they filled it eventually) and it was not working on the way back. They also have a pool table in the seating/dining area. Lots of seating.
Coffee and tea is available 24/7 and they have an assortment of snacks to purchase. No fridge or microwave in the room.
The curtains were thick and "rolled down" using a chain. They let no light in, so that was good.
They have an indoor pool as well. No overhang to drive under and unload. It is sort of an odd entrance from what we are used to. All rooms are accessible from inside, no outdoor entries to rooms.
It was a new experience for us, comfortable, but "cold" in a modern sense. Not homey, but okay at the same time. Staff was nice, but not warm & friendly.

The hotel is new, clean and bright and colorful. They had a great pancake machine the kids loved. The pool was small but it’s indoors and the kids had a blast. The staff was very pleasant and eager to help. Rooms are small but we were only staying one night and they are very well laid out. The pool table and bright colors and fun furniture was a nice change. We would definitely stay again. The staff were invited to breakfast at the end of the meal time and they seemed quite happy about that. I thought it was a lovely incentive.

My first time staying at a Tru brand hotel. Rooms were very small. Thin walls with little insulation to keep you from hearing all the activity in the adjoining rooms. Very minimalist. We had kids and animals in nearby rooms and could hear everything all night. The two queen beds were crammed in there. Breakfast was great and well kept. Staff at the hotel was helpful when we asked for it. I would only recommend for a one or two night stay. Find a suite at another hotel if you're planning on being there longer.

A Hilton property we have not stayed at before, Tru is a good choice. The room was comfortable (except for the platform frame for the bed I kept bumping into), mattress was good and plenty of pillows. We want to thank Sara for accommodating us in getting us into a room early, searching for a left-behind item (which we had all along). She went above and beyond. We also interacted with Paul and Javarius and both were professional and helpful. Pancake maker was down, so we went somewhere else for breakfast. Otherwise, good value for our money.

Jervaris was incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcome! From the moment we stepped through the doors of Tru Hotel, he greeted us with the warm southern hospitality the South is known for. It’s always a great experience staying somewhere that truly values top-notch customer service!

If I could rate it a 10 star I would. We were here for a baseball tournament. Jervaris was our host for our stay,he is such an amazing person. He made sure our WHOLE team was taken care of. Jervaris is a person that all hotels need to train for hospitality. Try by Hilton you have found a gem in Jervaris. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. We will definitely be back.

Stayed at this property for a one night stay and it definitely exceeded my expectations, brand new property with lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Breakfast was great only one minor issue, housekeeping knocked on my door before 9am and I could hear them in the hallways. Overall stay was 5 stars.
