Staff is great. Front desk girl was always very helpful. Breakfast is good and has a variety of hot and cold items. House keeping was excellent. Only issue is that walls are thin. Can hear people talking and babies crying at night. Needs some updating. Otherwise we would go back. Close to everything.

Overnight stay was plus and minus. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was small and noisy. Good for 1 person for 1 night. My room was noisy because it was too close to lobby and the ice machine and the street.

We were visiting someone in Greenville, and this location was very convenient. It was easy to get back on the interstate the next morning. The room was a little beat up, but quite clean. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money. Breakfast was fine.

Reading hotel reviews can often be depressing since most people complain. I must say we were pleasantly surprised from the pleasant check-in at 1am to check-out a few days later. The hotel room was clean with everything working - including air conditioning on hot days! The shower was not the typical tiny shower stall but roomy and clean with plenty of hot water. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with plenty of pillows (even a spare in the dresser). The fridge/freezer worked great with was especially a concern being that I had medication which had to be stored at cold temperatures. We honestly found this to be the hotel where we plan to stay on all future visits to the Greenville area. My thanks especially to Antonio for his friendly nature helping make our stay pleasant.

The lobby and rooms were really nice and clean. The associates were nice and friendly. One of the cleaning ladies thought I was locked out of my room and was going to assist me. The bed was nice and comfortable. The pillows were nice and fluffy.

This place is horrible. I would not recommend this place my first night staying here. I’ve been here five days and my first night there was roaches in the room. I complain to the front office or to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they can do about it the second night the same issue The third night I asked them if they had washer and dryers. They don’t even have washer and dryers for the guess the staff here is very noisy. You can never sleep. I definitely would give this hotel a zero stars.

All employees went out of their way to accommodate us, including helping us find and mail my daughter’s pillow home!
It’s COVID time and everyone is anxious about traveling and staying in hotels. From the front desk to the room and to check out, I felt very comfortable with all the cleaning and changes they have made to ensure the safety of guests and workers. My two kids and I had an incredibly long and comfortable sleep! Just what we needed on our travels. And, despite my daughter leaving her pillow behind, she was overjoyed it would be waiting for her at home, due to the help of the hotel worker.

Decided to stay at Sleep Inn to be close to the airport & downtown Greenville for one night, but here is what kept us there for three!
Beds were comfortable, breakfast was well balanced with Juice, yogurt, cereal, hot foods (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and bacon) along with a waffle maker.
Personally, Antonio at the front desk (who looks great in pink) was extremely accommodating as we were extending our day each morning based on our business circumstance and was helping answer questions we had that related to our business.
I'd be happy to recommend the Sleep Inn and if I'm back in Greenville I look forward to coming back!

We are providing Grab N Go breakfast. It includes cereal and milk, breakfast sandwich, fresh fruit, pastries, granola bar, coffee and juice.
