From the front desk welcome throughout our entire stay, it was a first class establishment. The hotel is six significant blocks from the Reedy, but we felt comfortable walking to the Reedy and neighboring restaurants! The hotel offered complimentary laundry and they graciously found me a small fan when I realized I had forgotten mine.

Room Tip: Parking is sparse. Valet was $18.00 daily and worth it.

Was in town for an event at Bon Secours and couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. Room was ready almost two hours early, so we were able to check in via the app and head straight to the room. Valet was great, and every member of staff that we encountered was happy and willing to help us out! The location was perfect, walking distance to the arena, and downtown Greenville.

The room was absolutely massive. The kitchenette was great, plenty of serveware, and a full sized fridge. Comfortable couch and sitting area, the amount of storage in this room was amazing. The only knock I have on the room is that the AC doesn't seem like its powerful enough to cool this entire room in a Carolina summer. It was struggling at points. Bathroom had everything we needed, and a high shower head made things a lot more comfortable.

The best breakfast I've had at a Hilton property recently. In addition to the standard offerings, there was also a hot case full of breakfast sandwiches and other hot items you can grab and go.

Was only here for one night, but I feel like this is a property I could absolutely come back to for a more extended stay.

Home2 by Hilton may be our new go to Hilton hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a couch and ottoman with a curtain to separate the room if someone is still sleeping. Small kitchen area if you need such. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking along Main Street for a nice meal or shopping. The hotel does charge $15 for parking, but reasonable for a city parking fee - and it is in and out for the $15 fee. The lobby and common spaces are very nicely decorated. We did not eat the breakfast provided (had our eye on the Bonjour Crepe menu down the street) but compared to most hotel breakfasts it looked very good and was nicely presented with several attendants keeping things clean. The price is right and I highly recommend you try the Home2 by Hilton in other locations. We have stayed in three now. Christie at the front desk was very helpful.

This is our second stay and first was a bit better. Rooms are very very dated and need upgrades. Relatively clean, no complaints there. My main complaint is that the USB ports for charging were all broken. We were told renovations were planned in 2025 but we could not charge any devices. We also had zero internet. The wi-fi was so sketchy our emails did not download from the night before until the next day. We even lost a tv channel for a few minutes. Until the renovations are made this hotel is really not the best. Breakfast is free but is over by 9:00 am and the servings are strange the meat offered is not a breakfast choice but shredded chicken and the sausage is more a keilbasa type, not at all breakfast sausage or links or bacon. Just disappointing choices for breakfast and very limited.

We decided on our trip late and there were not many available options for hotels in town. The location seemed great! We hold HHonors diamond status and the points were low, so it was an easy decision. After checking in and staying a few days we quickly realized why the stay was so cheap.
Cleanliness was lacking greatly. The room appeared clean upon entering the room. However, I picked my toddler up after she had been running around the room barefoot and she had black long hairs stuck to her feet and wrapped around her little toes. We left to the room to let the front desk know and were disturbed by the overflowing trashcan near the elevator, with that entire area smelling like a dirty diaper. We shared our concerns with the front desk. They did not have any more rooms available and offered to clean the floor.
When we returned to our room, the floor seemed much cleaner and the stench in the hallway was gone. But things just kept coming up.
Within a few hours of being back in our room, our toddler brought us a piece of metal she had found somewhere on the floor. It appeared like a broken rusted earring. How was the room cleaned if there are metal scraps on the floor?! Bedsheets were ripped. Also the dishwasher was full of unloaded dishes.
Fast forward to last night of our stay we were hanging in our room after dinner and received a knock on the door, by the time we walked up to check who it was a gentleman with a key to our room was attempting to open the door. When my husband got to the door, he stated "sorry I was just helping out the girls" assuming he was referring to the housekeeping crew as their cart was outside of the room near us. I found that encounter extremely uncomfortable and called the front desk to express my concerns. The front desk woman laughed and stated "oh it must have been our handyman, he always gets confused which room he is supposed to go to." I did not find it funny. We did not see a safe in the room and I felt uncomfortable leaving my belongings in the room knowing that a random man may be entering without cause or permission.
The last morning before we left, we were having breakfast on the patio. We were startled by a car approaching a turn on the street which leads to the hotel. The cars tires screeched around the corner and slowed down while pulling into the hotel entryway. As we looked at the driver we realized that it was the hotel's valet driver bringing up a car for a hotel customer. Terrifying to think if he was driving our car in the same reckless manner as well.
This was the worst stay we have ever had in any Hilton hotels. Staff need supervision and training.

The hotel is a great place to stay due to proximity to downtown shops and dining, spacious rooms and free valet parking, which is a huge savings compared to other hotels. It's appears clean, seems to have a nice gym and free coffee/tea in the lobby. It is a nice hotel if your goal is stay somewhere reasonably price, clean and walking distance to everything. Important note to anyone wanting to stay here, bring your own toiletries if you don't like the refillable shampoo/body gel in the showers set up.

My wife and I stayed here as a getaway night and we were very happy that we chose this hotel.
This hotel is located on North Main Street but it is still in a prime location to walk to see the Greenville Drive play, hop on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or grab something to eat or drink and head to the Falls.
The hotel staff was very, very friendly and everyone seemed happy to work there. The room was large with a sofa/bed and table and of course a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave with dishes provided. A small stove top is available by contacting the front desk.
The lobby area offers many places to sit and enjoy your free breakfast and there are sofas and tables outside on the patio as well.
I would stay here again!

The worst hotel experience EVER!! The carpet throughout the hotel is old, dirty, and very smelly. The decor in the hallways and rooms are old, damaged, and very warn. The bed is extremely soft and dips in the middle. The toilet barely worked. The water pressure is terrible! With the exception to Alvin, the hotel staff has little customer service skills, which we found out by personal experience is a direct reflection of the general manager. OMG, the valet parking is horrific! They parked my car on a lift and lost the keys to the car beneath mine. This went on for a little more than an hour. As a result, we were late to the concert we went to Greenville to see. Guest were smoking weed in their rooms as you could smell it throughout the hallways and elevators. Great location, horrible accommodations!
WARNING!!! Stay somewhere else.

Checked into our room only to find it still dirtied from the previous guest who had a cat. There was cat hair everywhere on the floor, our socks were covered in hair. The. My daughter found a can of cat food in the closet. We’re extremely allergic to cat so we asked to switch rooms. We were informed that all the rooms were sold out and so we’re the surrounding hotels. The best they could do was offer us an empty can of Lysol and a vacuum cleaner. We CLEANED OUR OWN ROOM but ultimately had to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn’t stop sneezing and our eyes were irritated.
