Was in town for an event at Bon Secours and couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. Room was ready almost two hours early, so we were able to check in via the app and head straight to the room. Valet was great, and every member of staff that we encountered was happy and willing to help us out! The location was perfect, walking distance to the arena, and downtown Greenville.

The room was absolutely massive. The kitchenette was great, plenty of serveware, and a full sized fridge. Comfortable couch and sitting area, the amount of storage in this room was amazing. The only knock I have on the room is that the AC doesn't seem like its powerful enough to cool this entire room in a Carolina summer. It was struggling at points. Bathroom had everything we needed, and a high shower head made things a lot more comfortable.

The best breakfast I've had at a Hilton property recently. In addition to the standard offerings, there was also a hot case full of breakfast sandwiches and other hot items you can grab and go.

Was only here for one night, but I feel like this is a property I could absolutely come back to for a more extended stay.

Home2 by Hilton may be our new go to Hilton hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a couch and ottoman with a curtain to separate the room if someone is still sleeping. Small kitchen area if you need such. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking along Main Street for a nice meal or shopping. The hotel does charge $15 for parking, but reasonable for a city parking fee - and it is in and out for the $15 fee. The lobby and common spaces are very nicely decorated. We did not eat the breakfast provided (had our eye on the Bonjour Crepe menu down the street) but compared to most hotel breakfasts it looked very good and was nicely presented with several attendants keeping things clean. The price is right and I highly recommend you try the Home2 by Hilton in other locations. We have stayed in three now. Christie at the front desk was very helpful.

The hotel is a great place to stay due to proximity to downtown shops and dining, spacious rooms and free valet parking, which is a huge savings compared to other hotels. It's appears clean, seems to have a nice gym and free coffee/tea in the lobby. It is a nice hotel if your goal is stay somewhere reasonably price, clean and walking distance to everything. Important note to anyone wanting to stay here, bring your own toiletries if you don't like the refillable shampoo/body gel in the showers set up.

We really liked this hotel. The rooms were large with a great layout that included a sofa, two possible desk areas - one with a rolling table that could be rolled up to the sofa to allow a family to eat comfortably together. This is particularly good during covid-19 since take out is much safer than eating in restaurants.

The only surprise for us was that the hotel was valet only. It was at no charge but we had not been prepared for this in advance. Also, we chose this hotel because it is in easy walking distance to the Bon Secours Arena. We were attending an event there and had planned to put our luggage in the car after checkout but leave the car at the hotel. The valet probably would have brought the car for us to do so and return it, but instead of asking for that when we were clearly checked out we just moved the car to a parking garage. Since the event (graduation) was socially distanced and the arena was not near capacity parking was plentiful.

Breakfast included several heat and serve sandwich options which is better than most hotels are offering during the pandemic. We also loved being in downtown Greenville and enjoyed walking around.

We saw an unusual number of dogs in the hotel so it must be pet friendly. Fortunately we did not notice any pet odors and there was a large dog next door to us but we did not hear it.

We decided on our trip late and there were not many available options for hotels in town. The location seemed great! We hold HHonors diamond status and the points were low, so it was an easy decision. After checking in and staying a few days we quickly realized why the stay was so cheap.
Cleanliness was lacking greatly. The room appeared clean upon entering the room. However, I picked my toddler up after she had been running around the room barefoot and she had black long hairs stuck to her feet and wrapped around her little toes. We left to the room to let the front desk know and were disturbed by the overflowing trashcan near the elevator, with that entire area smelling like a dirty diaper. We shared our concerns with the front desk. They did not have any more rooms available and offered to clean the floor.
When we returned to our room, the floor seemed much cleaner and the stench in the hallway was gone. But things just kept coming up.
Within a few hours of being back in our room, our toddler brought us a piece of metal she had found somewhere on the floor. It appeared like a broken rusted earring. How was the room cleaned if there are metal scraps on the floor?! Bedsheets were ripped. Also the dishwasher was full of unloaded dishes.
Fast forward to last night of our stay we were hanging in our room after dinner and received a knock on the door, by the time we walked up to check who it was a gentleman with a key to our room was attempting to open the door. When my husband got to the door, he stated "sorry I was just helping out the girls" assuming he was referring to the housekeeping crew as their cart was outside of the room near us. I found that encounter extremely uncomfortable and called the front desk to express my concerns. The front desk woman laughed and stated "oh it must have been our handyman, he always gets confused which room he is supposed to go to." I did not find it funny. We did not see a safe in the room and I felt uncomfortable leaving my belongings in the room knowing that a random man may be entering without cause or permission.
The last morning before we left, we were having breakfast on the patio. We were startled by a car approaching a turn on the street which leads to the hotel. The cars tires screeched around the corner and slowed down while pulling into the hotel entryway. As we looked at the driver we realized that it was the hotel's valet driver bringing up a car for a hotel customer. Terrifying to think if he was driving our car in the same reckless manner as well.
This was the worst stay we have ever had in any Hilton hotels. Staff need supervision and training.

Affordable for family of 5. Easy access to the interstate/airport exits. Provided variety of breakfast options including almond milk for us non dairy drinkers. There is a $15 parking valet but there is a parking garage a block away that is less money for overnight parking. I used valet, they were nice and quick with morning rush checkouts. Walking distance to variety of restaurants and Starbucks.

Checked into our room only to find it still dirtied from the previous guest who had a cat. There was cat hair everywhere on the floor, our socks were covered in hair. The. My daughter found a can of cat food in the closet. We’re extremely allergic to cat so we asked to switch rooms. We were informed that all the rooms were sold out and so we’re the surrounding hotels. The best they could do was offer us an empty can of Lysol and a vacuum cleaner. We CLEANED OUR OWN ROOM but ultimately had to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn’t stop sneezing and our eyes were irritated.

My wife and I stayed here as a getaway night and we were very happy that we chose this hotel.
This hotel is located on North Main Street but it is still in a prime location to walk to see the Greenville Drive play, hop on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or grab something to eat or drink and head to the Falls.
The hotel staff was very, very friendly and everyone seemed happy to work there. The room was large with a sofa/bed and table and of course a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave with dishes provided. A small stove top is available by contacting the front desk.
The lobby area offers many places to sit and enjoy your free breakfast and there are sofas and tables outside on the patio as well.
I would stay here again!

I booked a room for my daughter and granddaughter for dance competition weekend as a gift. I called the day I was to check in and talked to the manager. I told her that I would be responsible for the bill and that I was paying. I said I was HH member and to bill to the card on file. She had me confirm the card number and said she would make sure check in person was aware. My daughter showed up around 10pm with a 5yr old, 3 month old and 2 bags. Unbeknownst to her they proceeded to charge her card for the 2 night stay, and watched her struggle with her kids and bags without offering any help. A guest saw her struggling and helped her out. The next day, she called me because her card had a $350 hold. I called and spoke with the desk person. He reversed the charge and proceeded to charge my card. We now had 3 charges pending for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately, the charge on my daughters card stayed pending for 5 days and screwed up her account. Thank God her bank worked with her to clear it up. It angered me that I gave them this trip as a gift, stated to the manager that it was a gift, and they still messed up. I reached out to Hilton and got an email back with everyone pointing fingers at one another. Nobody was taking responsibility. I love Hilton hotels and stay at them a lot. I was told I would get a call from the manager and never got the call. Very disappointed in their lack of costumer service. At least the room was adequate for her stay

This was the second hotel stay since COVID hit. There was a lot to like here. Hand sanitizer available at check in. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Glad to see the massive counter space for our luggage. Generous kitchen area. Cleaver desk. Great black out curtains. Comfortable beds. I like the curtain separating the beds from the couch area so my husband could read late. I like the lamps where the base acts as a nightlight. Breakfast was buffet but everything is wrapped. What I wasn’t as fond of was the drop off area by the door. Looks like a valet area but it isn’t. Except you don’t know that because the signs suggest otherwise. Make sure you pull out your luggage here as you’ll be parking in the garage a level below. Sounds innocent enough until you get there. Make sure you bring your smallest vehicle and a backup cam doesn’t hurt either. Once we nudged the truck we had into its allotted spot there was hardly any room to open the door. If anything we barely got out. It was setup for valet with lifts for cars. But other than this it was a great hotel. Very easy to walk to town where a restaurant, Roost which had lots of outdoor seating and followed Covid standards. A really good ice cream shop here too. You’ll feel very safe here and we would recommend.
