This hotel was great and the staff was amazing. Due to a major soccer function the room we requested (1 bedroom suite) was not available so we got a 1 bedroom studio. This room was perfect. It was spacious and clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated. When I went down for breakfast there was about 20 hungry soccer players ready to eat. The staff handled everything wonderfully. I will definitely keep this location in mind the next time we are in the area!

This was our first overnight stay in Greenville. We picked the perfect hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed. Every part of the hotel from the lobby to the dining area to the parking garage was spotless. Each staff member, especially in the dining area ,was friendly and helpful. The food selection was impressive, too.

We spent 2 nights here in August. I was very disappointed in the fact that our room was near the "back door" to the parking lot and it seemed that there were MANY people who could not operate the key swipe and were BANGING on the door to try to open it. Very disturbing. Also, we were told that due to "budget cuts" they would not be able to offer us the bottles of water usually offered to Hilton Honors Silver members. We've stayed at 6 Hilton properties in the last two months and this is the only one with "budget cuts". There was a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived and no extra rolls in the room. Had to ask the front desk to replenish. The room was pleasant and we found it to be clean and it was convenient to the things were were in town for. We would probably stay here again if back in the area.

The sheets had obvious human and maybe dog hair all over them- the replacement sheets were unfortunately dirty with hair also. The handle to the refrigerator had some orange substance that wiped away easily with a Clorox wipe leading me to believe the room hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. 2 of 3 guests could only get cold water in the shower. It seemed as though only one person was on staff the whole stay. I will not be staying at another Homewood Suites again. Ever.

This hotel does not deserve 3 star rating. Filthy carpets , stained sheets and pillows welcomes you at this hotel. The gentleman at the counter was rude and was not able to handle the work load , they all were completely overwhelmed. You do get a lot of people from time to time but keeping it clean should not be an issue. Forget about the carpets , can we not expect clean sheets , and pillows to sleep ? Clearly the owners are not spending the money for the right purposes. The breakfast was a joke , they ran out of food before 8:30 AM two of the four days we stayed. Another issue we faced was the noise from the highway , the hotel is so close to the highway that you cannot get good sleep. Rooms 419 and up which are parallel to the highway are to be avoided just in case you are forced to stay in this hotel . We stayed here because of a soccer tournament. The kitchen utencils were really old and out of shape , the garbage disposal in the sink did not work , do not turn on the dishwasher in the night the noise will not allow you to sleep. Have stayed in other home wood suites but this was the worst and will not stay in another home wood chain after this.

The room was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I stayed here for 10 days and they kept my suite in top shape. Breakfast and evening socials were delicious and such a nice add-on. The complimentary WiFi was strong enough to cover all my needs including video streaming

As a seasoned and experienced business traveler (over 150 nights per year) and a Hilton Honors Member (Diamond status), I almost always choose Homewood Suits if it’s conveniently located to where my work takes me. I’m seldom disappointed with the service, amenities, and accommodations. However, my stay at this location was less than satisfactory and not what typically expect.
For starters, my room was located on the North side of the building less than 100 yards from a busy and noisy interstate highway. During my two night stay, I slept a total of only 5 hours due to the noise from the highway. The noise level reminded me (several times) of being at a NASCAR race—- and I am not exaggerating. Granted, since I was staying only 2 nights, I didn’t ask for another room—- but if I were staying longer, I definitely would’ve requested a move.
I found the staff to be less than attentive which, again, is not what I’m accustomed to at Homewood Suites, a specially being a Diamond member. Not once was I acknowledged as even being a Hilton Honors member, even upon check-in. On my second night, I went to the lobby to request some salt for my dinner. Nobody was at the reception desk. O stood there for almost 4 minutes (which is a relatively long time if you think about it) and finally found staff in the kitchen. When I asked for some salt, I got the feeling I was bothering them and shouldn’t be in the kitchen. They asked me to step outside the kitchen area while a fat bald headed guy (I think he was the manager on duty) found me a few pa is of salt. Again, could be me, but they made me feel like I was bothering them.
In closing, I am returning to the Greenville area next week and had additional reservations at this property which I cancelled specifically because of the instances I described above. I certainly would not recommend this place, especially for an extended stay. Choose carefully.

We were here for my son’s away meet and needed a place with a kitchenette due to allergies. We love Homewood Suites but this location isn’t good.
The front desk woman was so annoyed by guests! When we checked in she was eating in the lobby and made it weird checking in. We didn’t mind the eating but she was annoyed by us. We just needed our room keys…
The sofa bed our son slept on had stained sheets. We called down for a fresh set and she said come down and get them. The walls are bubbled with pink stains and water on the ceiling through the building. The stove is cracked. The foot of the mattress is higher than the head of the bed so we asked for extra pillows when we got back from our day. She was barefoot walking around the front desk area and said she would let us know when she had some. When she did, there was only one available and she left it laying on the front desk for us to come get. She was also visibly annoyed by another guest asking for assistance.
I don’t understand the passive aggressive attitude, everyone seemed very polite towards her as it seems there wasn’t a lot of staff. We didn’t think it was her fault the sheets were stained or the walls being nasty, but we want clean sheets… If there isn’t enough staff to bring pillows, towels, or sheets she could explain it instead of having an attitude.

Typical Hilton property. Clean, decently appointed. But beware of where your room is located in this hotel. Never see a hotel where your room can be a further walk from the lobby than this one outside of a casino hotel. When you make a reservation make sure you get a room near the front elevator. Oddest hotel design I have ever seen. Can't believe Hilton actually bough this design.

Noisy location, this hotel is next to a busy interstate. Room assigned had maintenance issues and never should have been assigned to a guest before repairs were made. Spent a horrible night with little sleep, definitely a failure to deliver on the Hilton promise. Staff was professional but cold and seemed apathetic to the trouble caused and inconvenience of having to move rooms and check out early. I’ve been back to area twice since and will not stay here again, nor recommend. Stay at the Courtyard Greenville Maudlin instead at 100 Millport Circle, Greenville, SC 29607. Staff was phenomenal, rooms were clean, no maintenance issues, and quiet.
