Check in employees were extremely friendly and always asking if we were good, needed anything, & very pleasant during our stay. We were in room 212 and enjoyed our trip. Cold AC and comfortable beds. Rooms are nice and updated. We will be back!

I had called ahead to ascertain about their serving breakfast and the lady that responded was welcoming and assured me they were accommodating in that area. Our stay was pleasant, quiet, and breakfast the following morning was graciously served by the server. Although limited, it was very adequate and beat having to go elsewhere.

Checking in for the stay I was informed that during the Covid 19 the hotel had trouble obtaining the snacks we are entitled to receive, something we have grown used to receiving.and usually enjoy in lieu of an evening meal. :-(

This hotel was all-around great! The staff was very kind and accommodating. It seems the place has been recently renovated and it was very clean! The room and bathroom were a great size and it was very quiet. Not many good breakfast options (but I'll just assume that's due to covid!). I would stay here again!

The ONLY reason we booked this hotel was for the whirlpool hot tub. However, when we went down it was not working. The woman at the front desk came out and could not get it to work either and said she would contact maintenance. That night we went back down and it still was not working. When we went to check out the same attendant from the previous day was working. When I mentioned the hot tub she said, "Oh! When I called maintenance they showed me that the emergency shut off button was just stuck." After we returned home I received an email from the general manager. This was his email to me, " I am not sure what problem you are referring to with our hot tub. I personally serviced the hot tub and it was operating just fine. There is a timer on the wall that has to be turned to activate the jets. I have reviewed our Maintenance Request Logs and see no issues reported. The pool & hot tub area was very busy over the weekend and I have not seen any issues reported. I would be very interested to know who you reported the problem to, and what sort of issue there was." He was SO interested he never responded to my reply in which I described what I wrote here and gave him some suggestions on how to correct the problem.
Having said all of that, the room was very clean and the cable TV worked. There was no emptying of the trash nor tidying of our room after our first night, even though there was a sign on the bathroom mirror saying it would be done for multiple night guests.

The room needs to be updated, sheets need to be changed, bed needs to be thrown away, new carpet, just throw the room away. I travel for work and choose to stay at the Hampson, because of reputation. I frequently stay at the Hampton on Haywood rd in Greenville sc bec it’s so nice like all the other Hamptons that I pay full price for. This time as a last minute decision to accommodate plans. I had to move my reservation from the Hampton in Greenville to the one in Easley sc. I paid full price for a room that looks like the red roof, motel 6, nothing remarkably relatable to the Hampton ,or Hilton brand of franchise. The staff is nice ,but the rooms was icky, itchy, old,and I didn’t feel comfortable.

Hi senora45, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at the Hampton Inn Easley. Our property has maintained one of the original floor and room plans which has a variation to the fairly new properties like Hampton Inn Haywood Mall. We have replaced all of the beds on the property recently with brand new Serta mattresses and are continuing to update any dated items on the property. As we implement a more modern look in the future I hope you can give us another chance to show you all the great things this property has to offer.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, it has greatly degraded. We arrived late in the evening to a gross room. There were food stains on one of the queen bed covers, the toilet had old pee at the base of the toilet, the dresser/TV cabinet was full of dust. I did not complain because we arrived late and I heard the front desk woman tell someone behind us that they were booked for the night. I just went to bed and kept the top covers off of me. My son said the complimentary breakfast was disgusting. The staff is very friendly. That's all this hotel has going for it. Our tournament ended early, so we actually drove home and didn't spend the second night there, though we paid for it. We wouldn't stay here again.

No masks are required or even recommended and no one observes social distancing. I only saw one small sign near the elevator vaguely referencing social distancing and asking that only 2 on the elevator at a time. (I guess they don’t know that if an unmasked stranger coughs or sneezes in the elevator, the 2nd individual could get sick.)

Per state regulations masks are recommended for fully vaccinated individuals and not required which is labeled upon entry to the property and at the front desk. We always stay at Hampton Inn while traveling for business. We have stayed at this location before. This time was not a business trip, it was to visit family and friends that I haven’t been able to see since COVID. The hotel was clean, my room was great, as it has always been in the past. However, the noise level this time was really up there. Not blaming the hotel necessarily, but the guests were slamming doors all during the night and the guest(s) that were in the room above me were so loud. I don’t know if they were dancing, had kids jumping around, or if they were just very heavy footed when they walked. The noise would literally wake me up. Needless to say I didn’t get much sleep. It just wasn’t as peaceful as it has always been in past stays. However, I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

We came down to this Easley SC Hampton Inn on the 4th of July week and we were blown away by the level of service Lisa poured onto us and all the other guests.

All the staff members we met were very nice as well.

We had been staying at a Best Western not far away from this Hampton Inn. The Best Western was horrible to us our last stay and trying this Hampton Inn should've happened way before now.

There was a night/day difference between the 2 units.

Hampton Inn's shower is nicer than our own homes bathtub shower. Hot water too. Yes I said hot 🔥 water. I had to request for hot water 2x's at Best Western. The water has flowed out of the sink nice and fast. Best Western barley came out of the faucet.

Lisa was exuberant and such a nice person. The lady at Best Western told me to get my S*%# and leave after I asked for a discount for having to take a cold shower and ask for the hot water 2x's

We'll be staying at this Hampton Inn for now on.

The people who work here are so so very nice. I have never even seen hotel employees treat everyone so nicely. Restaurants nearby are good. My only warning is that there are no Ubers to get you to the hotel if you have an early flight so rent a car. That's the only option.

I apologize for the lack of availability of Ubers in the area as we have not had issues in the past. I'm sure as Easley grows, which it is definitely in the process of doing, there will be more availability.
