My wife and I were in Willow Grove for a funeral and stayed one night at the Marriot Courtyard . It is a typical Marriot location.....clean, up to date with really nice and professional staff. A special shout out to the lady at the front desk, Tia, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is close to the PA turnpike and a Wawa is just up the street. Miller's Ale House, which serves typical pub food is a two minute walk across the parking lot. We ate there (the fajitas) and they were good as well as the service. If we are back in the region, we will definitely stay at the Marriot again.

Had a great weekend stay at this clean hotel. It was nice having a balcony to be able to sit out on. The room was clean and a very good size. The hotel was very quiet and we heard no noise that disturbed us. The front desk lady was very nice and quickly checked us in when we first arrived and explained to us where our room was located. The parking lot was well lit and seemed very safe. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Willow Grove.

Friendly and professional accommodating staff. Clean and updated rooms, and common area. Free parking onsite. Conveniently located off the z Willow Grove exit off the PA Turnpike. Many restaurants and shopping within under a 10 minute drive, which I highly recommend. WiFi, business room with printers, large lounging area, modern furnishings, clean rooms and common areas, temperature control from a thermostat in-room, and a mini fridge. The hotel and staff did what business should do- meet or exceed expectations. Every staff member is a delight. Courtyard Willow Grove is a safe and perfect hotel option in the area. I’ve stayed at some of the highest rated luxury hotels in the world. So, I’m aware of high standards. For a mid-level hotel chain, this Courtyard Marriott location fulfills everything it promises.

So I have been incredibly patient for 3 months. I came here with my boyfriend and since his card was expired I had to use my card for the "incidentals" . That night we purchased about $22.50 in incidentals and the next day I was charged $264.50. Supposedly no one knew where this charge came from but one of their employees took my card, charged it and the money was taken from my account but somehow it wasn't in their system. I was patient. Hoping it would be resolved but 3 months later and it hasn't been. Very shady business at the Willow Grove Marriott.

I requested a quiet room in hotel so they put me on the third floor - fine - except they put me next to the only other occupants on that floor. Having been in hotel housekeeping myself, management wants to fill rooms adjacent making it easier for housekeeping to clean. So inconsiderate of the desk to stick me there. And the room doors are the noisiest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The cable was terrible with no audio on CNN, HDN, Cartoon N and poor quality image on many channels. No regular coffee in the rooms - ALL rooms, according to the front desk. Why only decaf? Again, probably to make less work for housekeeping. You have to get dressed and get regular coffee in the commissary. A nice staffer brought me up a cup after I complained but is this any way to run a hotel?

We booked this hotel for my son’s wedding with a group rate & our family and friends booked 15 rooms. My son & his wife arranged and paid an additional $250 to keep the bar open till 1 am and we were told the outside courtyard and fire pits would be available for us. Immediately upon return to the hotel at 11pm, the manager informed us that the courtyard was closed. Every time anyone went out to the courtyard, he promptly told them they got noise complaints and insisted we leave & remain in the hotel lobby. This was very disappointing as it was a beautiful night and the guys wanted to smoke cigars and celebrate the marriage. Beside that, the venue was clean & the staff ( beside the manager) were very helpful and pleasant. If you pay extra for the courtyard, get it in writing! We will be requesting our $250 back!

Stayed for an overnight business meeting. Hotel room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Misinformed full breakfast was included and charged $23. Called to address this and was told, no this is on you. Small detail but in hospitality - details count.

Quiet location off busy highway. Secon floor room facing courtyard was clean and comfortable. The bistro was closed on Saturday evening (check ahead to make sure they are open) but opened in the morning for breakfast. There is a restaurant nearby by crowded and noisy with a long wait time. We opted to buy refreshments (beer and pretzels )in the hotel’s canteen- not my idea of a healthy meal.

Hotel has been here for a long time and is clearly dated. Rooms are dark gray in color and needs cleaned well and updated. Checkin folks are super nice. Beds are comfortable, Bathrooms dated and dirty. No microwave. No tea. There is a coffee make with generic coffee. Starbucks in the lobby at certain hours. No USB or charging ports of any kind in the room (which gives one an idea of how dated the hotel is.) Plenty of parking. There are many, newer and nicer hotels in the area and next time, I'll stay in one of those.

I stayed here a couple times over the last month. The hotel is incredibly dated but I opted to continue staying here because the staff was so kind.
The past stay was different. I went to my room and the sliding glass door lock was broken (in a first floor room).
I trekked back to the front desk and spoke with Kadia. She was completely indifferent and non-apologetic. This is not just a disappointment from an aesthetic perspective but a safety one as well.
I recommend Kadia receive coaching on how to interact with guests as politely as the other staff.
