Detailed Reviews
Staying at the Marriott West is my home away from home. I’ve stayed at many Marriott’s and the housekeeping staff. Nach and Yohanna go over and beyond their responsibilities. I’m met with warm welcomes, smiles and great conversation. I love when you can walk into a room and have the confidence that the room was cleaned. They make sure my stay is fully stocked with water and tea. They also make sure to leave a signature of some type with the way the washcloths are folded or the flower shaped tissues and toilet paper. Keep up the good work ladies!

From the moment I walked in I felt a warm welcome from the gentleman in the lobby. He pleasantly directed me to the front desk where Fabrice and Marlanea executed a flawless check-in, thanking me for my Bonvoy status, upgrading me, and overall making me feel like a family member coming home. Then, my dinner in Legends, was sooo good. I had the Southwest Salad with Salmon. It was crisp, flavorful, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. But the best part… Chris, my server. Such a nice guy. So personable and attentive. Again, made me feel like I was his brother coming to his house for dinner.
The next morning (and for every morning I stayed, I had the breakfast buffet. The food options were nice and well prepared. However, the best part, was Asia. She is soooo AMAZING!!! She is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. She managed the room so well, greeting the guests, bussing tables, delivering beverages, anticipating guest needs, etc. And talk about gracious, very impressive. She could be the host at a 5 star hotel dining room.
Between the staff, the food, the cleanliness of the hotel, etc, I won’t be staying anywhere else when I am back to this area. And I will be telling my colleagues too. See you soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott Philadelphia West. The hotel is in a centralized location and close to the airport, shops, and eateries. I also enjoyed the staff and service. Major shout out to Marlana who was welcoming from the time I walked in and when I checked out. I’m not from the Philly area and she shared one of her favorite vegan restaurants to ensure I would not starve during my travels. Additionally, her bubbly personality and warm spirit definitely makes me want to come back again! Thanks Marlana for your exceptional service during my time at the Marriott! You are much appreciated for all you do!

I wanted to find a local Marriott hotel because I didn't want to travel too far, and these hotels normally offer a very nice restaurant and indoor heated pool. We were celebrating our anniversary and a friend recommended I try the Marriott Philadelphia West. I made my reservations and told them why we were coming and asked for an upgraded room. I was told almost immediately that my request was granted. When I checked in, I was greeted by Shana at the front desk. I noticed that as she was checking me in, she said something to the other agent, Floyd. I then overheard him say "Right on time" and I thought he was talking to me. He then offered to help me with my bags, and I said no, I'm just putting some decorations in the room to surprise my wife. As I arrived at my room, I noticed it had a double door. The other doors I walked by only had single doors. I opened my room and saw a spectacular suite with all the bells and whistles. If that wasn't enough, there was a happy anniversary card, champagne, and a fruit tray on a table.
When I returned to the front desk, I was greeted by a smiling Shana and Floyd. As I thanked them for all the things they did to make sure our anniversary would be special, Shana reminded me of the "right on time" comment that I heard. She told me that when I came in early, they had just put the gifts inside the room moments before I arrived. I laughed, thanked them again, and started what became a day that my wife and I will not soon forget.
Shana and Floyd are the reason why I always come to Marriott hotels. Marriott people are special!

Really enjoyed Legends Sports Bar. Anna, Se’asia and Amirah were great, and the atmosphere was the perfect place to watch football and golf. Cocktails were mixed perfectly and beers were poured well. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Conshohocken.

The staff was great. From reservation, to the check-in and the dining at the Legends restaurant was all made better with the friendly staff working there. The hotel has prime location which allows guests to walk to a variety of local restaurants in the area.

We were displaced from our apartment for over a week and a half because of a flood that rendered the building uninhabitable. We decided on the Marriott Philadelphia West because of it's close proximity to our apartment.
The hotel was clean and welcoming. They would always give us complimentary water which we appreciated. With the uncertainty of getting back home, we had to extend our stay multiple times throughout our initial stay. Over 3 times. The team of Talha, Rushane, Mindy, Marlanea, Sahrif, and others I did not get the names of, were exceptional. They understood our situation and made it painless. We did not have to move rooms like we heard others at other hotels did. They kept us in the same spot so we could just settle down and figure out our living situation.
We appreciated all of the help they provided us and we will easily recommend anyone who wants to stay in Conshohocken to stay at the Marriott Philadelphia West.

The quality of the rooms, the cleanliness of everything, and amenities are all up to the highest standard. However, the thing I want to emphasize most is the wonderful staff. I travel a lot as a consultant and so I stay at a lot of hotels and a lot of different places. The team at the Marriott, Philadelphia West is one of the absolute best I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Specifically, Shana and Talha were always welcoming faces, offering the highest level of hospitality. They took the time to learn my room preferences, helped me check out on my schedule, and were more than willing to also facilitate any last-minute adjustments that my job necessitated. They even knew that I would always ask for water in the morning and evening, and would have one aside for me. I cannot emphasize enough how much these little things mean to me when I am on the road this much. The staff here made a permanent Marriott customer out of me!

We just stayed here for one night while visiting the Philly area for a quick business trip in early April. Overall our stay was amazing from start to end!
When we checked in, we got the warmest welcome from Christina at the front desk. She gave us two really amazing rooms up on the 17th floor. One of them to our surprise was a corner king. (Room 1704) The other room was a 2 double facing towards the front of the hotel. (Room 1706)
Both the rooms overall were immaculate and had no funky smells or odors, alongside any part of the hotel. Everything was spotless! The beds were definitely on the firmer side, however they were comfortable!
The staff overall couldn’t have been any friendlier, I was highly impressed by the customer service here!! This has become my favorite place to stay in the King of Prussia/Philly area.
We can’t wait to return again sometime in the near future!
