We stayed here while visiting relatives at Christmas time. All the front desk staff, restaurant staff, and housekeepers were very helpful and professional. We stayed in a King Suite which had a large bedroom, and bathroom, and a spacious “living room” with a sofa (sofa bed), big screen TV, an arm chair, desk and chair, lamps, closet, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and counter, wardrobe, and locking safe. The free buffet breakfast served in the nice restaurant was delicious, with warm eggs, bacon, has browns, Belgian waffles, a wide variety of cut fruit, whole fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, pastries, three juices, coffee, and tea. The hotel is clean and modern. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The cute little Wayne town center with lots of cute restaurants and shops is only a mile away. Giant Grocery, Home Sense, and TJ Max , and Jersey Mike’s at right across the street. Pietro’s Pizza, a Greek restaurant, a noodle house, and upscale Flemings steak restaurant are all right next to the hotel. The Radnor Trail is a nice urban walking trail very near the hotel through park like grounds. We will stay here whenever we visit this area.

Every time we travel to Philadelphia Main Line we always stay at The Radnor Hotel because of their FIRST CLASS SERVICE. We have been to weddings and events as well as just traveling through for business or pleasure. The people they hire are friendly and very helpful and every aspect of our stay is delightful! Because of this history, we felt confident and recently booked a room at The Radnor Hotel. They did everything possible to ensure our well being while utilizing the hotels facilities, my favorite are the relaxing and stunning gardens. And the newly renovated guest rooms are beautifully designed and very comfy. They added touchless sanitizers and polite little safety reminders throughout the facility. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful even though we could not get the benefit of their smile because of mask wearing. My husband and I where completely satisfied with the entire stay, particularly during this time of social distancing and health and safety concerns, and would recommend it to everyone!

I recently stayed at Radnor Hotel while my husband had surgery at Lankenau. I was very concerned about Covid safety protocols. I found it very reassuring once I checked in. The room was nice and clean. Extra pillows were delivered sealed in a bag when requested. Distancing, mask wearing, and sanitizer availability, all met my satisfaction and allowed me peace of mind in a very stressful situation. Most of all, I would like to comment on the staff. Everyone I spoke to was wonderfully friendly and responsive to any request. I would gladly recommend this hotel and will very likely return here myself in the future.

I stayed at The Radnor Hotel last week and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I was impressed by the management/staff and their attention to detail. During this time of social distancing, it was very clear they had thought through the precautions necessary to make guests feel safe. My room was beautifully renovated and spotless, and as always, the service was warm, friendly, and professional. I feel that Radnor takes a special pride in what they offer their guests - it doesn't feel like a run of the mill hotel chain. Thank you!

This hotel is taking advantage of “covid” to avoid providing basic services like daily housekeeping. i have traveled extensively for the past year and to the best of my knowledge, this is the last hold out. They will not allow daily housekeeping to clean rooms, just every third day. What? Why? Is there somehow not a Covid risk on the third day? How about providing jobs for the people that need it instead of taking away jobs. Or lowing room rates since you’re not providing a basic hotel service? Clearly trying to save a buck instead of providing service for your guests. At least say it like it is instead of using the lame and at this point laughable excuse of covid.

With our industry-wide workforce challenges, we are unable to provide daily in-room services. We can replace any items that you need and remove any items left outside your room door. We appreciate your patience and understanding due to this situation that is beyond our control.

Just stayed at this hotel while visiting family. From reservation through check in/out staff was professional & friendly. The room was updated & nicely appointed w/ new counters in the dressing area, an attractive wardrobe console, complimentary in room coffee/tea via coffee maker, smal fridge, fresh new towels & pleasant toiletries. The breakfast buffet was quite good, though we were hurried out at 10am. The rear patio garden off the Chanticleer banquet room is delightful. Some areas of improvement? The workout room equipment is ancient & unsafe imo. If it were my property I would only offer a full set of dumbells, medicine balls, new mats, a couple of stationary bikes, treadmills and bench. Ambient noise from the unit above mine was quite audible. I could hear a tub being filled & the toilet being used. That was less than ideal. The beding though white was not the most dense thread count and is starting to have a dingy appearance. The bed was comfortable enough but I didn't feel like I wanted to pull the covers over me...and instead used the fresh new towels as my covers. Would I stay here again? If I could get a top floor-yes. Is it convenient to everything: highway, airport, transportation? Yes.

I stayed at The Radnor Hotel last night with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms have all been very recently renovated and look fantastic. In addition to being spotless, the entire hotel is extremely Covid safe. My daughter and I felt very comfortable with the Covid precautions the hotel has taken. The entire staff from the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in, to the housekeeping staff, to the general manager were extremely professional, friendly, and wanted to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are looking forward to going back to The Radnor Hotel very soon. Thank you!

We have stayed at and enjoyed the RADNOR Hotel many times as our son attends Villanova I concur with the positive review comments especially the delightful staff and the breakfast buffet.

However the environmental awareness is lacking and needs improvement.
1 the hallway temperature is set at a chilly 68 somewhere between 72-75 is considered normal by international standards.
2. The bath light and fan switch are combined and cannot be turned on separately.
:3: The shower head has only one speed and cannot be moderated.
4. The are only single use throw away paper coffee cups and fake cream. No porcelain or milk available the coffee dispenser.
5. No walking trails maps available The front desk is not even aware of the delightful trail int immediate neighborhood. It is less than 1/3 of mile away but nobody is away it.
6. Carpeting throughput the premises. Carpeting is filthy and very unsanitary. A decent quality respectable hotel should have either hardwood or tile as they do in Europe and most of the rest of the world including underdeveloped countries.

Thank you for the review. We are always working to improve our environmental impact so we appreciate your feedback. Please note that the hotel undergoes a rigorous cleaning schedule that includes regular and thorough carpet cleaning. The majority of our guests appreciate the efforts we take to keep the hotel as quiet as possible through the use of acoustic ceiling panels and wall-to-wall carpet for sound absorption in the hallways and common areas adjacent to the guest rooms. Rest assured that we will be addressing your concerns with our team.

The hotel was very clean with spacious rooms and basic amenities, like a fridge. Real cups, not paper, would’ve been appropriate for the price. The hotel, itself, is on the expensive side, given its location on the main line. Since the restaurant is closed for a remodel, it would also be appropriate and appreciated to have more extensive breakfast items, like muffins, donuts, and bagels. We also suggest discontinuing the term “garden view” as the bulk of the rooms look onto an ugly parking lot (very misleading name).

Thank you for the positive review, April. We appreciate and value your feedback. Please note, the room type you refer to is named Garden because it is located on the Garden Level of the hotel and is noted as such in the room description when making your reservation online. We have updated your guest profile to request a Garden View on future stays and we will do our very best to accommodate this request depending on availability.

I visit the Philadelphia area 5-10 times per year, travel with clients, need dependability, reliability, a good night’s stay, etc. For me, there is only one choice in the area - The Radnor Hotel. From check in to check out you just feel you are experiencing something more personal, less commercial, not your typical hotel where you are just another body passing through. Love staying there and will continue to give them all my business. Don’t miss the Glenmorgan restaurant in the lobby area. Great for breakfast lunch and dinner (drinks).

There is a train station located about a mile away just north of th intersection of King of Prussia Rd. & Radnor-Chester Rd. About a 10 minute walk. I don't think breakfast is includ?ed, try calling the hotel directly. Hope this helps.
