The hotel's location strikes a perfect balance between accessibility to attractions and a reprieve from the bustle, enhancing its appeal. Service at the hotel garners accolades for its hospitable staff, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Our college tennis team stayed here for two nights for a local tournament and we had an amazing stay! The staff was awesome - from creating the room block to the assistance of staff upon checking in, making sure the rooms were well kept, and making sure we had everything we needed for a good stay. We had a buffet catered by the hotel on the first night which was awesome - very tasty Italian food. Night two we decided to eat in the restaurant which was just as good with A+ service. The evening reception was great and the breakfast had tons of options with a great guy making omelettes. Overall a great stay and if we are back in the area we will 100% be returning.

Great building for the area. Just right for four people- so long as the group isn't looking for lavish. The basic suite has a small sectional, desk, TV. The sectional is comprised as a sleeper & chase with ottoman. Small hall with sink, refrigerator, microwave, storage, with the bathroom with thick glass doors & marble. Bedroom is well lit naturally, and the right size, with a closing door. Great common area with an 85-105" TV. Pool, fitness center, on-site restaurant. A classy but not eletist or over the top place for folks who are looking for a fantastic staff, nice suite room, incredible breakfast that would save a family of 4 at least $60.

This is for hardcore Tripadvisor addicts that overthink their stays and want the best value, not what's cheapest. I stay in quite a few places in the northeast. A good number of 3-ish & up star hotels & suites have good service, but there were standouts here, which is rare. Nancy & Bennie at breakfast- both were genuine people, both had outstanding attitudes & personalities, both were eager to help, but not over the top. Just right, not fake, accommodating, genuine, professional, confident & inviting. Two people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Hilton is lucky to have them, because Hilton is lucky to have my business, and I'll be returning specifically because of that pair.

The buffet they prepared and presented was full, not sloppy, and had many options, and was included with the stay. There was a tip jar for the made-to-order, but it was clear it wasn't expected. The two are 100% worth it, but I'd left my wallet in my room. I was assuming I'd fund 4oz yogurts, 8oz milk boxes, and the typical bulk cereals, maybe hard boiled eggs, or a banana, or bagel. What I assumed was entirely wrong. The aforementioned basics were available, but so too were made on the spot omelets, all typical breakfast meats, in bulk, including options for religious diets, scrambled eggs made from fresh eggs, not powdered, an array of carbohydrates, waffles, fresh fruits- not just the typical. And the last time I had service like that pair offered was at Ruth's Chris. The complementary part saved me from having to spend $50+/- on a couple of semi-entitled (because of their mother's resentful behavior. I don't care if she sees this, it's absolutely true.), but promising kids. Both were fantastic and accommodating, complementing eachother in a way that was genuine, and I can't say enough! (If management happens to read this, I believe I have their names right, though perhaps misspelled. I encountered them on the morning of 2/11/23).

This was my second visit to this hotel, and I must say the overall experience was commendable. The front desk staff exuded warmth and were highly approachable. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast – the cooked-to-order omelets prepared by their charming chef were simply delicious.

However, there is some room for improvement. While the bed offered a comfortable night's rest, signs of wear and tear in the room were evident. The bathroom, in particular, could benefit from some attention – from its ceiling and wallpaper conditions to a much-needed deep cleaning, especially concerning the vent and window sills.

Despite these minor issues, the positives outweigh the negatives, and I would undoubtedly consider staying here again. The genuine hospitality and the delectable breakfast experience play a significant role in my favorable outlook.

I am currently in my hotel room as I write this. At this point I can honestly say, I won’t stay again. First, while you would think the idea using your phone for a key would be cool, when the app won’t let you sign in and you spend 30 minutes trying to reset a password, it’s just not worth it. Then when you get in the room, there are hairs on the toilet and in the sink, not my idea of clean. Then you notice that there are only 3 towels and you listed four people are staying in your room. Then you plan your evening and decide to go to the pool around 9:30pm because the app AND website say it’s open until 11pm, but then you can’t get in. So you call the front desk and they say it closed at 9. Literally spent extra money for this hotel to use the pool and now we can’t. The only reason I didn’t give this place the lowest rating possible, is because the guy at the front desk was at least friendly. Definitely feel taken advantage of and that I was duped paying a higher price for this hotel. Never again.

Upon entering hotel, the front staff was very hospitable. As an Honors member, you received complimentary bottled water upon checking in. Their was also an amply stocked grab and go snack & beverage room. The on site restaurant Cool Rivers ( which we did not patronize) was a perk for guests not wanting to travel outside the premises. The
The King room suite was spacious, couch was comfortable, TV good size, nice Keurig coffee station along with mini fridge, & microwave . The King bed was nicely firm, good sized dresser, the blackout drapes were great for sleeping in so no sun came in. The living room had them as well for privacy.
Daily breakfast buffet was fully stocked with Coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereals, bagels, muffins, breads.
Benni the cook made FRESH eggs, pancakes, omelets to order, with your choice of adding meats, cheese, & vegetables.
The nightly guest hospitality was a nice touch to relax with a cocktail, wine, beer and light appetizers.

The only downside ( which is why I gave it a 4 rating) we were on the 2nd floor and the
Shower water pressure was very weak. ( at least in our room ) Just a trickle from the rain shower head. Bathroom sink & convenience sink weren’t draining well. Kept filling up . Plumber came and fixed the convenience sink. The bathroom sink problem wasn’t resolved due to the issue being in the pipes behind the wall.

Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and it was right off of highway 202, and 5 miles from King Prussia Prussia Mall.

From the moment we checked in all was great, I asked for 3 feather pillows and they had them to the room within 10 minutes. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing eggs to order the omelets were the best I have ever had, also on the buffet perfectly cooked bacon always full, fluffy scrambled eggs both pork and turkey sausage, delicious potatoes, waffles and French toast sticks, and assortment of fruits and breads and never empty coffee. The breakfast staff was awsome. Evening reception drinks and snacks very well done. The house keeping staff did great. The room a 2 room king was very clean and well furnished. I highly recommend and we will be back for sure

We visited the Cool River bar at the Embassy Suites Valley Forge on Sunday evening. We had a bite to eat at the bar and some cocktails. The bartender, Fawn, was a breath of fresh air coming in from the day long rains. Fawn had a great personality and was very professional. We will be back again soon for dinner and drinks.

This is a very nice place. I could only give 4 stars as there were some negatives.

The internet was not working on the evening that we were there. They said it was out in the whole area and it was fixed next morning. Not the hotel’s fault but it was a real issue for us.

They still run the evening reception. The one in Chevy Chase didn’t when we were there earlier this year so this was a bonus but it was nothing special and the seating/table area was freezing cold so we couldn’t hang around and relax there.

It was still cold there in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast was good except the guy didn’t turn the eggs. He just put a lid on the pan and assumed that will do the same job. It didn’t. I asked for over-medium and got a half- cooked egg because he didn’t turn it.

On the plus side, all the staff in the hotel were great. Easy drive to and from King of Prussia. Good, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms.

I am a Lifetime Diamond Member so have stayed in lots of hotels in the Hilton group.

Overall, this was good value and I would stay here again.

We usually love Embassy Suites, & this is probably my favorite Embassy in the country. (Haven’t been everywhere, but we’ve traveled a lot.) The suites are nice & bright, comfortable temps & beds, bathrooms conveniently appointed, & the breakfast is good. I love that I can have an omelet made or a couple of fried eggs, & the cook seems quite experienced.
There is a really cool device in the restaurant that offers a glass a wine at the push of a button. The room key activates it & charges one’s room. A variety wines are available, probably a plus for those staying a few days.
We met the owner of this hotel, & he was super nice. The desk staff is always helpful & pleasant. My husband likes that there are plenty of carts for luggage. All in all, the folks at this hotel do a lot of things right.

The hotel was close to where we needed to go and to highways. It has a beautiful lobby, a tasty restaurant, and buffet breakfast daily, with an omelette station. It was also pet-friendly and they had dog bags set up around the property. The rooms were pleasant and spacious, one bedroom suites with a small living room, two tvs, a mini fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. They also had glass elevators and the upper floors overlooked the lobby, a nice touch at an attractive facility. The only complaint was how terrible the omelette station got backed up, particularly on Sunday morning. Get there early. They had already closed the other sections while people were still on line and they ran out of coffee. Unthinkable!
