The front desk lady was super nice. She tried so hard to make me feel comfortable. But the manager? Smh. I arrived around 4:30-5 pm and the room still wasn’t ready. Front desk tells me that the manager is checking the rooms. She will call me when it’s ready. I get a call. I go upstairs. Now I swear she said that they cleaned it. But there was stuff on the floor, the chair in the room was dirty, the kitchen counter was falling apart. Bed didn’t look safe to lay my head on. Room and hall smelled sooooo musty and was damp. I called the front desk to see if there was another room and of course I got the manager. Rude... My luck.... wished it was the kind lady at the front desk earlier. Long story short I canceled my stay.

Very good accommodations, excellent staff, clean rooms with kitchens, updated tv, channels, internet. Good Covid cleaning but gym and breakfast to go not available for same reason. If your handicapable this is a good place. Close to everything including the Pa turnpike, malls, food etc. if you want my detailed review look on google maps, under Randall Williams. Thanks

I decided to stay here last minute due to a snowstorm in the area because it was the most reasonably priced & it's very close to work. I was able to easily book online without having to provide credit card info, only needed to pay at the hotel. The traffic trying to get home on this date was horrendous sooo thought it might be a good idea to stay since driving safety was an issue as well & I've passed by many times & was curious about the accommodations here. Now I did realize that it wasn't going to be luxurious, but I certainly expected more for my money. At any rate, when checking in, there were two young ladies at check-in who graciously told everyone entering that the hotel's computers were down & that no guests could be checked in - this was due to the storm. Guests had the options of waiting it out or risk traveling to another property a few miles away since their systems were up & running (I wondered why there were so many ppl sitting in the lobby area). I decided to wait it out, so approximately in another 20-30 mins we were told we could be checked in as one of the computers was now working. The phones were ringing off the hook the entire time, but the young ladies remained friendly & composed when answering the phones & trying to check in the influx of guests at the same time so kudos to them! After checking in, I received a room on the 4th floor. The elevator definitely needs an upgrade as it's very slow & in need of a decor update. When arriving on my floor, my room, of course, was near the end of a long & dimly lit hallway. I quickly entered my room only to find that the bed had been stripped of all linens which were laying on the floor next to the bed - ugh! The room itself was acceptable (queen size bed), kitchenette, bathroom & flat screen tv which sat on a dresser in front of the bed. The tv had connection problems which I assume was due to the storm, but I was finally able to get some of the channels to come in after playing with the remote control a little. I then decided to call down to the front desk to have new linens put on the bed, but to my disappointment, the phone didn't work! When trying to dial out, I was only able to get a busy signal soooo back down to the front desk I went. Back at the front desk, it was still very busy, but one of the young ladies acknowledged me immediately to address my problem. She decided to give me another room altogether - I received another room on the same floor which was closer to the elevator thank goodness. 🙂 Upon entering this room, it was pretty much the same setup, but somewhat larger in the entrance area to the room. The room appeared clean, good temperature as it was very cold outside & didn't have any kind of weird smells going on (as I'd read on prior reviews after checking in). To my amazement, there was the same issue with the tv, but this time I was not able to get ANY channels at all!! I I tried & tried working with the remote & tv cables, but nothing worked so I had a very quiet night as I was much too tired to have to switch rooms once again if they were unable to resolve the tv issue. If you wanted any type of kitchenware (pans, utensils, etc), you had to get these items from the front desk, but this wasn't an issue for me because I brought in my own food items with me. The only other issue I found was that one of the lights on the side of the bed didn't work. The chair next to the bed was a nice surprise as it was actually a lounger chair so I was able to prop my feet up. The bed linens/blanket could use an upgrade, but they were clean. Bed was comfortable, but this could have also been because I was very tired, as well! In the morning I had a nice view of the main road out front so this was great to wake up to. The bathroom vent was a little loud when turned on, but not unbearable. The shower was great - good water pressure & nice hot water! There was a continental- type breakfast included with the room, but I decided not to partake. When checking out, there was no one at the front desk, so dropped my room key in the box & left after waiting for a few minutes. Access to/from the property is very easy with a short ride to access several highways, including the PA turnpike. Would I stay here again? Maybe if there were no other options available, but mainly wanted to share my personal experience with the public.

I have stayed several times while traveling for work. This location is well managed, always quiet, and as a single female, I feel very safe here. Management is very present and tends to hotel well. If you are a mature, responsible adult looking for a short term home away from home, you will appreciate this location and management team. They are very sincere in keeping this property free from disruptive or non paying guests. This is not a 5 star hotel, do not expect luxury. But you can expect a comfortable room, a kitchen full of supplies, a great shower, and good night's sleep. Television has plenty of channels to chose from, parking is ample, lobby is welcoming with sitting areas, and there is coffee and grab and go breakfast items.

First I would like you to know you have excellent employees who are courteous and attentive. That is the only positive thing I can say about the property. When approaching the doors you’re greeted by the stench of old cigarette butts that litter the front walk. And I’m not talking about one or two, there were easily a hundred. People are outside smoking and congregating like It was an inner city apartment building. I know this because I’ve lived in one. The elevators had words scratched into to metal panels. Then we get to our room 338 which has it's windows ajar, air conditioning on 60, and smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The kitchen area floor was so sticky it held the to my flip flops. One of the bed’s pillows were missing pillow cases. The hairdryer seemed to be ripped from the wall. We were then moved to room 314 which we were informed was not suitable by a very polite staff member before we could even enter. We finally were given room 236 which was better for a while. After being in the room for about an hour the smell of cigarette smoke got stronger and stronger. I assumed someone was smoking in another room and the smell filtered into our room. Clearly no one adhered to the nonsmoking policy since the entire inside and outside of the building smelled like an overused slightly damp ashtray. Then I noticed the beds were made with only sheets, no comforters or blankets. The curtain rods and towel racks were both hanging on by a wing and a prayer. To top everything off the guests above us sounded as if they were dropping bowling balls every few seconds. We came to the hotel because we lost power after a storm. We opted to come home rather than stay overnight.

This location is very well run. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and the building is very clean. I see the staff constantly cleaning, wiping and sanitizing all surfaces and handles. Hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed throughout the common areas on the main floor. Masking signs have also been placed. With all of the extra cleaning occurring, the manager, Kameka and her staff have somehow found the time to adorn the entrance and lobby area with beautiful holiday decorations. Even though this has been an unprecedented year that many of us will not miss, it does help, even just a little. Kudos to her for the consideration and going the extra mile for her guests!

l booked my trip through Expedia and selected to pay at the hotel. Upon arrival, I was told I needed to pay an extra 150 dollars because I booked through an outside resource. In all of my confirmation emails, it stated nothing about extra fees. The worker checking me in was rude when I asked why and told her I was unaware. She told me that the 150 would be refunded immediately after check-out. When checking out, I was mid conversation and the man cleaning turned the vacuum on right next to me, making it hard to communicate with the desk concierge. When I asked about the refund, she stated it could take up to a week to be refunded, so I was provided false information from one of the women. We also had to wait for a room to be ready when showing up after check-in time. When getting into our room, my friend and I both showered, and after walking around the room to get ready, I had no shoes on, and my feet were brown on the bottom. I then decided to put my slippers on, and the bottom of them was completely ruined and disgusting from the floors not being cleaned properly. Because of this, we had to keep all of our belongings on the table and chair leaving no space to sit or use the counters. I am extremely upset and disappointed as they take pride in their cleaning process, stated online, at the front desk, and on a sticker in the bathroom. My friend and I usually stay in airbnb and wanted to see how a hotel would be. Needless to say, we will be sticking to airbnb and not returning to this hotel. We were only there for a night as we went to a concert in Philadelphia.
