We stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a hockey tournament at the oaks ice center. It’s at a great location only 5 minutes away from the rink. Clean rooms, most of the hotel was freshly painted. The buffet breakfast was good so was the coffee. Only complaint is the parking lot fills up fast and you have to park near Bob Evans. The employees are hard workers but short staffed.

Stayed here for an event at the Expo center. This and the Hilton Garden Inn next door have the same amenities during these covid times - which is to say non-existent in terms of breakfast or restaurant for HGI, so pick one based on price. The room I stayed had an issue with some kind of generator noise kicking in for about 10 seconds every few minutes. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't keep me up, but be aware of this in case you run into it. I stayed on the 2nd floor in the 210+ range.

We stayed here for the Philadelphia Fishing Show. The room was very clean. It is located minutes from the expo center. The complimentary breakfast had both hot (not warm) items along with cereals, fruit, etc. The staff were constantly replenishing items and everything was very tasty. Our only minor complaint was the lack of variety on the tv stations. Although the tv in the lobby had a multitude of channels along with a channel guide on line, this was lacking in the room. Need a better selection with movie channels.

I have to give this hotel a poor rating due primarily to it's absolute unwillingness to enforce mask requirements by guests. Upon my entry there was a large, loud group and several had no masks. I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk who assured me they were leaving momentarily. I considered staying at Hilton Springhill Suites just 200 yards up the road, but when I quickly checked my app it said the reservation was non-refundable. Ugh. I was also told the large group was on the 2nd and 3rd floor and as an Honors member I was on the 5th (note: Honors perk was peanuts and bottle of water); so I would generally not encounter them. The room was okay, a 6.5 out of 10, but on the positive side the bed was very soft and comfortable. The products were Neutrogena and while there were a number of wall scuff marks, the room was relatively clean. I walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner and on my way out of the hotel I saw about half the guests were NOT wearing masks. The desk clerk was now watching television in another area of the reception room. When I came back from dinner, I saw 4 more guests, 2 of whom had no masks. Finally, in the morning, I saw people loitering in the reception area without masks and the clerk (a different one) said nothing. I would not recommend anyone staying here in the near future. But, that's not all. At 0130, members of the large group returned to their room which was next to mine and proceeded to play music loudly. I called the front desk and the clerk patiently listened to my concern and took action to stop the music (kudos to him). Nevertheless, the large group was using my floor repeatedly and doors slammed shut and the elevator dinged open and closed until 0330. I can't hold the hotel accountable for night owl behavior like slamming doors, but I was specifically told the large group was on a different floor. Finally, despite the app saying hot breakfast is served at the hotel, it is not. I didn't expect hot foot given Covid, but we are now 6 months+ into a pandemic, so Hilton please update your app information, since the app updated, I assumed the information updated as well. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. So, 2 stars out of 5 and 1 star is solely because the staff was friendly and the bed was soft. My recommendation is that folks stay at Springhill Suites (another Hilton property) just 200 yards up the road; hopefully it's taking customer care more seriously.

We checked in to the Hampton Inn around 3pm and were disappointed to find our room had only one queen bed in it. The woman at check in said that was the only room available. My daughter took a shower and when finished called out that there were no towels in the bathroom. I called to the front desk and the man told me there were no towels available and they were waiting for guests to return their dirty towels. We went out to dinner and upon returning, I asked the man again for towels. He said they had none and would not be getting any. He offered some hand towels.

In the morning, I recounted this story to the woman at the front desk and she was horrified. She promptly went to a nearby unused room and handed me two towels. I mentioned to her the Hampton Inn 100% guarantee and she was very sympathetic and gave me the contact info for the Manager Montavis Johnson. Unfortunately, Mr. Johnson never addressed the issue of no towels and seems to think that is perfectly acceptable to not provide towels and refused to honor their guarantee. It seems completely unacceptable that a hotel would be out of towels and not have them in the room when a guest checks in. This manager is completely incompetent and a disgrace to the Hilton/Hampton Inn management team. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

We booked a King/sitting room. We have stayed here in the past but it has definitely gone way down hill. There were no bath towels in our room at check in. We made several trips to the front desk to request things. The kitchen area had little to no useful objects - a dish/glass or two, a small stack of public bathroom type paper towels. The toilet & tub are in a large separate room from the vanity, but we had to move in a kitchen area chair to have a place to put a towel or clothing. The living room consisted on one hard sleeper sofa and a very small flat screen TV on a piece of furniture. There was a larger TV in the bedroom. The furniture was vey cheap looking. The elevators were dirty and banged up. This hotel needs a major renovation to maintain Hilton standards. The reception lady was pleasant & helpful.

We arrive late to only find out that the elevator was out of service and the only floor available was the 3rd floor! My son had a broken bone and had to wear a boot which made climbing up and down the stairs hazardous on top of us having to carry our luggage via the emergency stairs. I think they tried to soften the blow by offering my husband & I adult beverage. The room was out dated and the pocket door to the bathroom was hard to open and closed. It seemed clean but the sheets felt hard to me but the bed was comfortable enough for one night. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwich for on the go and these package waffles that were way too sugary and processed. I didn't have the oatmeal but heard another guest comment how it was to creamy? Overall, for one night it was tolerable but not satisfactory. I feel like our room should have been discounted due to the lack of access especially since one person in our family was obviously not fully capable of doing the stairs; I'm just glad we decided to keep my mom at my sisters as she is in a wheelchair and we would have not been able to get her to the third floor due to the elevator.

Hello, Although I am sorry that you experienced these issues at your most recent location. It seems that you have posted this review to the wrong location. Our elevator has not been down and is running effectively and has been operating normally for quite some time. We do not offer adult beverages at our location at all as we currently do not carry or sell these items. We do not offer breakfast sandwiches or pre-packaged waffles. Our breakfast is a continental complimentary breakfast that is freshly prepared daily. Our waffles are self-service and made to order by our guest themselves. Wishing you all the best.

What a nice, little hotel. We stayed here for a hockey tournament and it was super close to the rink. There was also numerous dining and shopping options close by.

I liked this Hampton Inn better than most because this one had a better room design and a proper bathroom door. A lot of Hamptons now have the barn door bathroom door and they just do not work great when traveling with others for privacy reasons. It also had dresser drawers which are lacking at some other locations.

Best of all, it was incredibly clean. I still microban all surfaces no matter how clean but probably didn’t need to. The front desk staff was so friendly. Hot breakfast is served in the lobby and it is pretty good. Most hotels are still just doing grab and go, so eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, etc is great. They have an outdoor pool the kids enjoyed and nice beach towels at the front desk.

We have to return to Philly several other times this season for hockey and all the parents agree that we hope we get placed at this hotel again because there some real doozies out there. The only minor negative here is the elevator dings at every level very loudly. Our room was right at the elevator. Thank goodness we had a white sound machine or we would have had to change rooms.

Stayed at this location for my brother's wedding. A few of my highlights include the rooms, the service, and the experience I had during my stay. Checking into the hotel, I encountered Les who had a fantastic personality. He delivered fantastic service and provided water bottles to me and my family upon request. The rooms are clean, modern, and appear to have been renovated recently. The only big concern is that the bathrooms are not ventilated, but we alleviated this by keeping the air conditioning on. Aside from this, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and the storage provided in the room was fantastic for our suits and items needed to freshen and glam-up for the wedding. Because the bride and groom were able to easily book a block for the wedding party, it was easy to check up on our family and friends as well. I also managed to get some breakfast in the morning, which was served for several hours. The breakfast was well-stocked, and I was happy to grab a few bites before running off for the day's activities. I would also like to include the fact that there is a coffee bar for guests in the lobby, but a minor inconvenience was that the roasts were lukewarm upon filling the cups.

One positive is while there were several issues that I had run into, they were quickly resolved by the front desk. While these issues were trivial (with examples including locking myself out of my room or concerns regarding the keys), the front desk individuals were swift to handle these inconveniences and helped me in a kind manner.

Another highlight is how Brionna, the manager, provided ample care for the wedding party by accommodating our schedule and our large group. It was fantastic having Brionna available to solve any issues and was immensely supportive and friendly during our stay. My parents had actually had concerns with neighbors harassing them in the night, but Brionna had helped us figure out a solution to give my parents their rest and prevent the neighbors from disturbing anyone else.

Above all else, the experience staying at this location was phenomenal, and the staff and the accommodations felt comfortable and personal. I will not forget the kindness of the staff, especially Brionna who had been one of the group's biggest supporters (and I am happy to help out with any messes especially with such a big group).

This particular location shines in its excellent staff and service that helps to provide a comfortable and accommodating stay for anyone. I highly recommend the place for any wedding groups or large events that require coordination in the area. I especially want to recognize Brionna for her kindness and charity during our stay. If I had another event near this place, I would certainly stay again.
