We had a one night stay. check in was quick. Front desk staff was friendly There was a lot of wedding activity at the property, which was fine . Probably the reason the room rate was very expensive on a Saturday. The room was clean. The bathroom door was bizarre. It was a hanging barn style door that left a view from the toilet into the room. Great if you want to watch tv from the toilet, but I did not care for it. Otherwise a good stay. No late night noise from the weddings

I truly enjoyed the text messages to make sure if any or all of my concerns were taking care of. The paid close attention to my preferences. When I ate breakfast or lunch they instantly brung me plastic eating utenils. Very good observation.

I last visited this hotel before covid and wrote a review on this site where I shared some areas that could use some improvement.

I had to return to the area for a meeting at a nearby location so I decided to give this hotel another opportunity. Unfortunately, I see that not only has there not been any improvement, it's got worse.

First, breakfast is terrible: low quality ingredients (powder eggs are still used, this is cheap cheap cheap), very limited variety, total lack of service but to be quickly handed a bill asking for $14 plus tip. The coffee brand used still leaves me an upset stomach. They no longer use a variety of milk cartons to choose from.

Management seems to have removed details such as complimentary newspapers that used to be around the lobby area, fruits...little things that make a difference.

Lifts: They continue to make the same noise when opening doors which is rather annoying for rooms nearby. It cannot be that hard to either tone it down or simply turn the ping off.

Rooms have been well-kept though shampoo provider is no longer Neutrogena but a PRC brand. Beds are comfy though and water pressure is perfect.

Unfortunately, prices have increased rather substantially so, in essence, the value provided by this hotel has been reduced. I seriously doubt I will book this hotel yet again.

We checked in on a Friday and things did not start out well. The hotel was fully booked and one of the two elevators was out of service. It remained out of service until we checked out on Sunday. The remaining elevator was painfully slow which lead to lines waiting for the elevator all weekend.

We ate breakfast in the on-site restaurant. You fill out a card to order your breakfast and waitress brings it to your table. After waiting 25 minutes for an omelette and smoothie, we were given the totally wrong order.

This is by far the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We were woken at 6:15 one morning by the room above us dragging chairs across the floor and talking loudly. We could hear every word of their conversation.

Their was only tea pods for the Keurig coffee maker and there was no face cloths in the bathroom and the room phone was inoperative.

We had to call the front desk from our cell phone to advise them about the phone and to request face cloths, coffee pods and toilet paper (they left one-quarter roll and no spares for a two night stay.

When we returned from the wedding we were attending, none of the items we had requested had been delivered. We called once again (from our cell phone) and finally received what we had requested.

The room was adequate but the management of this hotel leaves much to be desired.

We booked a 13-room block as well as a meeting room and Sunday brunch for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah celebration during the weekend of Dec 9. Nicole and the other staff were very responsive and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern.

Our guests all said they enjoyed their stay, and from a host standpoint, communicating with the staff was easy. We dropped off the welcome gift bags, and the front desk staff put them out for the guests to pick up during check in.

Parking and Wi-Fi were free, and the location was a quick drive to both the temple for the religious service and the Saturday afternoon party venue. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel's location is convenient to major highways like the Blue Route (476 for you out of towners).

More recently, we experienced a power outage due to inclement weather. I took my daughters to the Hilton for the hot breakfast because everything in our refrigerator spoiled, and we could not use our electric cooktop and oven. We weren't guests, so we paid for breakfast by credit card. The girls were able to access the WiFi to communicate with their teachers while we ate, and the buffet and front desk staff were attentive and sympathetic.

When it came to choosing a hotel for our wedding in September, we took a lot of time to research options near our venue that still could offer a great experience to our hospitality based guest party. We planned to make this hotel our "base of operations" as we traveled from Florida prior to the big day. We had an effortless check-in with Aisha (sp?) with quick access to our room and offered to deliver all our wedding packages we had mailed prior. Speak of packages, we could not have done our special day without Nicole and Katie from sales/events who helped answer our endless questions and packages (I'm pretty sure there were over 15) until we could arrive in-person. With their help we were able to provide welcome bags to all our guests and have the attention to get everything organized. While the hotel was booked at max capacity, due to multiple weddings happening at the same time as ours, it did make some room adjustments difficult. However, Brooke and the rest of the front desk staff did all they could to accommodate our group. While the hotel amenities, such as the breakfast and market coffee machine, didn't quite meet standards, there were plenty of other options within the area to enjoy with our guests. We would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend for any future weddings!

Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes and had a plastic bag over the smoke detector. When we informed the front desk, we were initially told they had no other rooms and sent someone up to spray Lysol everywhere. Eventually they found us another room but it also had several issues (loud, broken door) and got just a slight discount on the room. Probably would not stay again.

I am a seasoned traveler and after staying here a week, due to the cleanliness and service, this felt like a five star hotel.
Thank you for upgrading me to a junior suite and giving me a late checkout as requested.
Due to COVID, it is understood that there is no daily room cleaning, so anytime i asked for anything, they were on it. Even when i didn’t need anything, they would ask me through the Hilton app messaging if i needed anything.
To top that off, Whole Foods was across the parking lot.
So thanks to everyone there from the front desk folks to the cleaning crew for making my stay great!!

I booked my Room January 25, 2022. The wedding was Saturday September 24, 2022
2 nights before we all left, The Hilton Bumped 3 of my friends to another hotel, they also booked their rooms January 25, 2022, The Mother of the groom was already there and she spoke to the sales Manager and got their rooms back. I wasn't affected at that time. When I went to register at the desk, the manager was overwhelmed. The line was out the door for checking in. you see they overbooked the Hotel. they had Nine weddings and Parents Weekend for Villanova. When I finally got to the desk, I was told that I could have a room with a king size bed. I of course was grateful for a room and said yes. The manager said the room wasn't cleaned yet but she would leave the keys for me at the desk. I had to put my bags in my friends room to get dressed. because of the wait time I had only 15 Minutes to get ready and run down to the shuttle. We all went to the wedding and got back at 11:00. My friends and I went right to the front desk to pick up my keys. Their manager that I was dealing with in the afternoon saw me and ran out. I ask the gentleman at the desk for my keys and he informed me that I would have to get a shuttle and go to a hotel 1/2 hour away because they gave my room to someone else. I looked at him with disbelief. I said to him, I am a single women who you want to go on a shuttle for 1/2 hour to a hotel that I know nothing about and then would have to figure out how to get back. I reserved this room in January 2022, but I am the one who gets bumped? All of my friends are here, my ride to get back to Long Island is here. I was told I had a room and my keys would be at the desk. Remember I said the Manager saw me when I came in for the keys and fled, well I think she knew all along I was bumped to another hotel and didn't tell me. I writing this to let everyone know how not to go to this Hilton Hotel. I am giving it 1 star. There management is awful. The double booked this hotel and there policy is to ship you out to other hotels. I am a Hilton Honors member and look what they did to me!

I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel! They practice in double charging! I had to go to the Better Business Bureau as a last resort to get my money back! Next, I would have had to challenge the charge with the Bank!
