Stayed here during Christmas visiting family in Beaver. Nice property, rooms are in good shape, reasonably quiet with convenient location near highway. Facility is clean, and staff was helpful. We woke up one morning to no power in our room, fuse kept tripping. Called the front desk at 7AM and in 10 minutes 2 guys were at the door to help us troubleshoot and resolve the problem (all my fault, I spilled some water which wet an electrical outlet. Unplug the item from the wet socket ). Nice property, would stay again.

I have to say we were highly disappointed this trip. We’ve stayed here several times in the past with no issues. This trip I reserved a double room back in March. When we arrived they didn’t have a double room for us. They said because of many extended stays all they had left was a single room & they’d give us a discount. There was no discount they gave us the single room rate. We were in room 200 and it smelled like stale smoke. The back of the recliner chair was tore & nasty.
Monday morning we asked if any doubles had opened up & they said yes. They also allowed us to move & stay at the single room rate for the rest of the week. Well whomever was in room 113 prior to us had been there for two months. As soon as you opened the door to the room it smelled like rotten cooked cabbage. Once in the room for awhile you didn’t notice the smell so much. As the week went on the smell got stronger again. By weeks end our clothes actually smelled like it too.
I was traveling with my elderly mother & in the past we’ve never had an issue being able to park in one otf their three handicap spots. This week they were always full when we returned in the evening. One if not two were always by someone who didn’t have a handicap sticker or plate.
I totally understand that there’s construction going on near by for a new plant & many of the out of state/town works are staying here. Which is great & great for their local economy but sad for travelers like myself hoping for the same service we’ve had in the past.
The other thing I noticed this time. There is a sign on the front door that it’s a 100% smoke free building & no smoking within 25 feet of the front door. LOL…there was a cigarette out post thing within 5 feet’s of the front door. There we’re also several people smoking within 5 feet of the front door employees included.
I will have to think long & hard before booking here again. This is an annual trip we make & having been staying here since they opened.
My brother & sister in-law were with us this trip too. Thanks goodness their room was clean & odor free. Their only complaint was the smelly garbage can next to the elevator.

I travel a lot for work, usually a week at a time so I try to stay in suite hotels when I can. I would say this one was “meh”. The room was clean, but the hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke and there was a lot of trash piled by the elevators. The walls were SUPER thin so I could hear everything my neighbors said or did. It was nice to have the kitchenette but be aware that no dishes or cookware are provided, which is tough for traveling workers. I had to buy some at the local Walmart. The pet area was littered with cigarette butts and dog poop, which is the fault of the people staying there, not the hotel since there were poop bags and trash cans RIGHT THERE. Overall the bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, towels were fairly fluffy and I didn’t feel unsafe. Not sure I would stay again though.

This property is advertised as nonsmoking extended stay. After we had unpacked, it became clear someone had smoked in the room. I had the desk to sign the release I had to sign saying I would not smoke in the room under a $300 penalty saying the room had been smoked in. I was also given a spray bottle of odor eliminator. A room change was offered, but we were unpacked with a fairly full refrigerator and declined while we waited to see if the spray worked. The spray worked. My complaint is the housekeeping staff is responsible to make sure the room is cleaned and obviously this did not happen. We frequently stay at extended stay properties. This property had zero plates, glasses, silverware or food preparation utensils. that was a huge surprise. We could purchase a fork, knife and plate for $2.00 each at the front desk. I guess we did not fully read their website. No continental breakfast, but there was coffee. The bed was comfortable and the bath was clean. The drawers were dirty and required us to wipe them out with a paper towel. I would attach a photo, but this portal to Trip Advisor does not offer that capability.
We will not return. I am willing to pay a few dollars more for a better stay.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Sometimes smoke smells aren't easy to detect unless you are in the room for a longer period of time, as in your case. My family and I stayed here for a few days in May 2022. We had planned to stay longer but ended up switching to a different place that suited us better. My first and biggest complaint is the smoking. Despite there being a sign saying smoking is not allowed within 25 feet of the front door, there was constantly people smoking right outside the door, which included the employees and even the manager. Nearly every time we had to leave or come in, I would have to tell my young kids to plug their nose and hold their breath so they were not inhaling the smoke. On one occasion, we smelled marijuana inside. When we notified the front desk, we were told they could smell it as well but they did not know what room it was coming from and didn’t do anything. There were ants in our room. We had a room on the first floor and came back one day and noticed the screen had been tampered with. Notified the front desk but was told it would take a couple of days to fix. It wasn’t fixed before we left. Overall, this place is lacking in several areas. The employees were nice enough (when they were there), but definitely need to take the time to make improvements and make people feel comfortable staying there.

I had a reservation for Friday night and they called me at 2pm to tell me there is no room for me and cancel the reservation. No further assist whatsoever . This budget hotel must book every single room to keep the slim profit margin and leave no room to deal with unexpected situation. Lesson learned. Thanks for that.

I'm sorry we were not able to accommodate you. Our hotel has been full for months now due to a local construction project. We are working with 3rd party booking agents to ensure we do not get overbooked. Unfortunately the situation occurs on rare occasions. I apologize for this inconvenience. Our power was going to be out for 3 days. Very bad ice storm in our area. I called an the woman I talked to said the house cleaning staff had called off,she asked a few questions about our situation. She said I'll get a room ready for you. Come on up. Very nice staff. Rooms are great especially since we have a cat an got a pet friendly room. Can't thanks the staff for going over an above for us.

Since it is an economy extended stay, I expected to see a well used but clean, spartan environment but it was rough looking. My recliner had tape covering holes, the grout around the bathroom fixtures was gone and the fixtures moved when utilized. Neither the sink or tub drained well and backed up with dirty water during use. There is not enough parking for guests, let alone visitors and no overflow parking at all. Extended stay rooms had kitchenettes but no pots, pans, glasses or silverware and none was offered on check-in. Really rough clientele. I will say that the desk staff was upbeat, kind and helpful, no matter the time of day.

We were traveling with a 20’ trailer behind a pick up truck. Upon attempting to check into our 2 reserved rooms for 2 adults each we were rudely asked by the front desk attendant “ I hate to be that guy but you aren’t planning on parking like that overnight are you”?. I asked if there was somewhere else he would like us to park to which he responded “ I just know at 9 tonight I am gonna have allot of ticked off people cause we are fully booked and need all our parking spaces” mind you we had two rooms booked with 2 adults in each so if we had all drive separately we would have taken up the same amount of parking spaces. Ended up requesting a refund from Captain Red Beard with his bad attitude and was left scrounging for somewhere to stay at 4:00 on a Saturday evening😡

I'm sorry we were not able to accommodate your parking needs. Our lot provides parking for 1 vehicle per room, we don't have the space available for an oversized trailer. In the future, I would check with the hotel first when traveling with something so large. Most hotels in the area have limited parking as we are all fully booked.
