Great accommodation for the money: clean room and clean bathroom. Certain amount of privacy in our room , since the window looked out to a slope with trees and plants, instead of the parking lot. Delightful night clerk named Steve . Manager very cordial and helpful! Breakfast not much but good coffee (Pandemic style kitchen I think.) we’d stay here again.

I stopped here on a whim, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were huge, and laid out for accessibility, and everything was recently updated, and clean.
I didn't get her name, but the woman at the front desk was fantastic. Pleasant, extremely helpful, and she saved my camera for me, when I left it behind.
The location was great, too, being no more than 25 minutes from everything in Beaver County.

we enjoyed our stay at comfort suites in Monaca. the room was clean and comfortable. customer service was awesome. the a/c was a little noisy and the bed needs to be replaced but we will definitely stay there again next year when we do our annual friends visit. we have stayed at other hotels nearby but liked this the best.

Walking into the hotel and our room we were very pleased especially for the affordable price point as the decor was modern, room was very clean and looked recently renovated. The only “gripe” was the Walls are paper thin. Floor, ceilings, walls. Could hear everything from every direction. To make it worse we had a sporadic loud banging noise in the AC/heating unit that would wake u from a dead sleep. Could last a minute to 5 minutes. We think it was water dripping on the outside ledge of it from the unit above us but not sure. It was hard to get a good nights sleep because of that and the thin walls. Our purpose was a one night stay outside Pittsburgh prior to a sporting event at an affordable price since the game was quite expensive. So despite the cons noted above it was a clean hotel and room that you could feel safe and comfortable not being in a cheap smelling and looking accommodations. Perhaps staying on an upper floor would remove some of those issues.

Arrived to the hotel checked in and went to the elevator, scariest elevator ever we didn't use it at all the remainder of our stay. We booked a king room online and found when we got to the room that it was double beds. Then it got cold and we found that the heat didn't work. We complained in the morning about both of theses issues and got told "they are playing games with you, there are no king beds. Also our breakfast consisted of a muffin and a bottle of water in a paper bag. I have requested for the manager to call 2 times now with no answer. I don't like to just bash businesses with giving an opportunity to correct the situation but no attempts have been made.

I've never been spoken to by a front desk person like this in my life! These people are the coldest, rudest human beings at a hotel I've ever seen. I've been coming to this hotel for awhile now and have always enjoyed myself, but suddenly they began canceling our reservations with no notification. They do not call, they do not email. They cancel without warning. I'm honestly shocked as I write this, because I've always loved this hotel. The lady that used to work at front desk was so sweet, but now they have an extremely angry man up there, who clearly needs some sensitivity training.

The debit/credit card is used as a guarantee to hold the room. If the debit/credit card is declined when attempting to get an authorization code, the reservation is cancelled and the room is re-sold as it is no longer guaranteed. Additionally, we would like to point out that we take all incidents of aggressive, violent or abusive treatment against our staff very seriously. From day 1, I had bugs in my room. I reported to the front desk but was treated rudely, like I was lying. This behavior went on until I left. Don't waste your money. Breakfast is gross, barely warm, and questionable sausage. Besides the bugs that showed up often, the rooms were OK if you like trying to sleep next to a drag race....

Checked in got settled put items on the desk but once I turned the light on some small roaches took shelter. Killed two but the other went into the electric outlet. Got a picture of that one and ones that were dead on the floor. Told the front desk about the problem, they asked if I wanted to change rooms. Told them we were leaving to another hotel. The front desk lady came to the room to see where the bugs were. The two I smashed on the desk and the other that was in the outlet, we tried to kill as well. Not sure if we succeeded as it was by the baseboard, but when she came in, it was no longer there. Then the couch was tore up, afraid maybe the bugs were in there as well.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and fortunately were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. The room was very spacious and clean. It had a king bed, two person jacuzzi tub, 2 tv's, walk in shower with rain shower head, mini fridge and microwave. The air conditioner worked great. They had a hot breakfast available in the morning which was great for our early starts. Wifi worked well and there were more electrical receptacles than I have ever seen in a hotel room. The hotel also had a barbeque out back for guest's use but we did not try it so can't comment on that. Check in was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room and bathroom. I only stayed one night for business. Breakfast was also nice. Didn't have time to use any of the hotel amenities. Staff as friendly and helpful regarding the surrounding area.

We are friendly to pets :-) but unfortunately at this time we DO NOT allow pets into the hotel. We do apologize for this and hope to one day be able to accommodate our four legged friends;-)
